Micah
Chapter
Micah is the prophecy of the fourth in the great quartet of eighth-century B.C. prophets, with Amos, Hosea, and Isaiah, who preach against the idolatrous and unjust nations of their generation. Micah’s message is stern and uncompromising; judgment is to come soon for Judah.
Micah 7
7:1 Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.
