1 Corinthians
Chapter
The Epistles of Paul the Apostle to the Corinthians were written from Ephesus about A.D. 57. The Christians of Corinth have found it hard to live as they know they should and question Paul about their difficulties. In First Corinthians Paul answers their question, points out what they have done wrong, and encourages them with his message, “You are Christ’s.” Second Corinthians contains Paul’s message of thanksgiving and love. Then he goes on to describe the tribulations he has suffered while preaching the gospel of Christ.
1 Corinthians 6
6:13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
