Dear Rev. Angley,

When I was about 27 years old, I was living in Florida. I wanted to please Jesus, but I couldn’t. I would go to church and stop myself from drinking and smoking, but it was torment; and it would only last for a week or two before I would go back out and get drunk. I couldn’t stop. I would tell God, “I love you, but I can’t be good for you.” I hated myself for it. I was so miserable.

When I was eight months pregnant, I had a ruptured placenta. I was hemorrhaging for 90 minutes; and when I finally got to the hospital, the doctor could not get an IV started because all my veins had collapsed.

My mother was in Ohio and a part of your ministry; and when word got to her, she asked you to pray for me. Then she left for Florida to be with me. In the meantime, the doctors were finally able to put the IV in right near my heart; and then they took me into surgery. I know it was only because of the prayers of you and your congregation members that I made it through. I had hemorrhaged so long that I should have died.

Every time the doctor came into my room, he would shake his head and say that only God could have saved my life. He said he did everything he could, but it had to have been God who saved my life.

While I was in the hospital, my mom was allowed to stay with me and sleep in my room; but after a couple of days, I couldn’t wait for her to leave the room so I could smoke a cigarette. When she finally did, I went into the little bathroom and lit a cigarette. Immediately, heavy conviction came into that bathroom; and God revealed to me that the devil was dragging me around with those cigarettes. Finally, I knew those cigarettes were of the devil, and the Lord delivered me right there.

I threw that lit cigarette into the toilet, and then I washed my hands and face and brushed my teeth. I no longer wanted anything unholy to touch me. The Lord also delivered me from alcohol at the same time. I was free, and I was so happy.

One night as we were about to go to sleep, Mom suddenly raised up and said, “Do you know the Bible says that your self-righteousness is wicked and as filthy rags in the sight of God?” Then she laid back down and went to sleep.

God used that to reveal Himself to me and let me know that I wasn’t supposed to be able to be good within myself, and that gave my heart such great hope. Then He revealed to me the many times He had given me mercy in my life. He gave me great love and yet warning. Then I felt Him wash me in His blood right there in that hospital room. All my misery went out; and I was filled up with God’s holiness, righteousness, love, peace and joy. Those are things I never knew existed for me, and I have never been the same.

Six months later, I went to Grace Cathedral and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost. When I went back to Florida, we sold our home; and we have lived in Akron, Ohio for about 22 years.

Dear Rev. Angley,

When my wife and I were living in Florida, we were both addicted to cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs. My wife was delivered through this ministry, but I was still a mess. I would try to get free, but I couldn’t. I put great effort towards it, but it just wasn’t working.

One day on the way to work, I tried to pray; but I could tell my prayer wasn’t getting anywhere. I finally got mad at the devil; and when I did, I believe it allowed God to break that bondage. Suddenly, the power of God went into my head and all through my body. Then I felt all the devils go out of me, and I knew I was free. It was so powerful. I know it happened through your prayers because my mother-in-law would put my name and my wife’s name on your ministry’s prayer list every week.

Later, I received a miracle for really bad pressure in my head. One night during a service, you pointed at me and said, “There is a person who has great pressure on the brain.” Had I known then what I know now about fighting for a miracle, I probably would have come right out of it; but I didn’t know how to do that, so I continued to struggle with the pressure.

A few years later, I was pointed out again for the same thing; and I was made whole. It was powerful and astounding; and later that day, my wife told me I was glowing.

At another time, my arms constantly ached; so I went onto the platform for prayer. You told me I had very poor circulation and laid hands on me, and God brought me out of that in a wonderful way.

On another Friday night, you pointed me out for a heart murmur. My heart had been fluttering for a couple of weeks, but it went away and never came back.

I do construction work, and it can be pretty hard and demanding, but God has kept me strong and healthy. I have had back trouble and leg trouble at different times, but God always brings me out of it. I just keep looking to God, and He is renewing my youth.

Dear Rev. Angley,

The first miracle I would like to tell you about happened when I was about five years old. The nails on my small toes didn’t grow straight. They grew on an angle, and they constantly had to be trimmed or they would get snagged on my sock. As we were going through the process of trimming my nails, I asked my dad why this had to be. He explained it to me; but he also said, “You can get a miracle if you believe.”

I have been a part of this ministry since I was born, and miracles are a way of life here; so getting a miracle for my toenails sounded like a good deal to me. We prayed; and about two weeks later, my toenails were growing straight just like the nails on my other toes. I was so happy; it was better than Christmas. Everything I had been taught as a child was manifested in that miracle.

That one miracle set a foundation for the rest of my life. You can get so much strength from just one miracle because you can draw on it again and again. It lets you know that God loves you and wants to take care of you.

The next miracle I want to tell you about happened around September of 2016. I was having some physical problems where my legs were becoming weak; and sometimes, I stumbled when I was walking. To get out of a chair, I would have to use my arms to push myself up; and my thighs would ache. Sometimes, the muscles and the nerves in my legs were so weak that I could barely move.

I went before you for prayer, and you said there was more than one thing wrong with me. Then you told me to take it all. I was sitting in the back of the church about a week or two after that; and when I started to get up, I just sprang right up and walked off. Suddenly, it hit me that I had received my miracle, and I had not even realized it. It was amazing!

God has been really good to me and my family down through the years. I would like to thank you, Rev. Angley, for everything you have done for us. I surely appreciate it, and I am very thankful.

Dear Rev. Angley,

You sent me a healing cloth for my mother, who was 88 at the time. She had fallen and was hallucinating from the medicine. Also, she had anemia.

I put the cloth on her name that I wrote on a piece of paper. She stopped taking the pain medicine and is now walking up and down stairs. My brother said she was walking up to ¾ of a mile. She no longer has anemia.

I want you to know, Rev. Angley, about a healing I received since the day you prayed for me in Suriname. The last time you went there, I was a new-born Christian, and I had so much interest to go to the place [where you were holding your crusade services] so you could pray for me. I prayed, and God heard my prayers and provided a way for me to go.

Once you began to pray [over the people], the Holy Spirit showed you my name and my date of birth [so I knew you were talking to me]. Then you started to pray for me right there in the stadium.

I had allergic wounds all over my face and hands, and it felt like a fire was burning on me. I went to doctors, but they had no healing for me. When you traveled back to Suriname, I had no problem anymore.

My mother-in-law is suffering from PAN [a rare disease that causes inflammation in the blood vessels and affects the nerves, intestinal tract, heart and joints]. She is now hospitalized. Earlier, her blood count was only 1500. After giving her medicine, it became only 2500; but there is no further improvement in the count since then. Doctors are now talking about a bone marrow test.

Dear Brother, kindly pray for complete recovery from the disease. Let her blood count shoot up to 4000 and above, and let her not have to have a bone marrow test.
