Then the Waters Flowed
by Ernest Angley
March 2006
John 7:37-39: In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) The Holy Ghost is power from On High. Some people think they receive the Holy Spirit when they receive salvation, but not so. The mother of Jesus was definitely saved, but not until the waters flowed on the Day of Pentecost was she baptized in the Holy Ghost.
John the Baptist told people of their sins, preached repentance, taught forgiveness before Jesus was even crucified for our sins, so we know the baptism of the Holy Ghost doesn’t automatically come with salvation. Salvation and the baptism of the Holy Ghost are two separate experiences. John the Baptist is the only one we read of in the New Testament who had the Holy Ghost from his mother’s womb. Jesus was not baptized in the Holy Ghost until just before He began His ministry.
The Two Kinds of Water
The waters of the Holy Spirit flowed in Old Testament days at different times. In Noah’s day the Lord poured out two kinds of water: the water of death and the water of life. The Noah family was told the waters of destruction would flow and they must get ready to escape. They put such great trust in God’s words that from the throne of grace the Lord was able to direct the Noah family for one hundred twenty years. Just as the Noah family trusted the flow of grace waters, we have to put great trust in the flow of the waters of the Holy Spirit today. The Holy Ghost is promised to all believers, and the waters are flowing.
Noah tried to serve those Living Waters; for one hundred twenty years he preached, warning people of the coming flood. Did they believe? No. Like many today, they thought that believing in coming judgments was fanaticism. They couldn’t understand why Noah was building such a big ship when there never would be enough water to make it float—so they thought.
No Limit to the Capacity of the Soul
People today are skeptical as well about the rivers of Living Waters flowing from the throne of God to His children who are full of the Spirit. That flow of the rivers from Heaven is marvelous indeed; it’s ours and it flows right into our souls.
Can one soul hold a spiritual river? There is no limit to the capacity of the soul. The soul came from God; it can hold all Heaven, the whole Godhead and it certainly can hold rivers of Living Water.
Miracle Meal Barrels
Remember that Jesus said those who believe on Him as the Scripture says will have rivers of Living Water flowing from their innermost being. From you, His disciples, they will flow, from true children of God.
Noah had Living Water in his soul; he was blessed with the wisdom that flows from that water, the knowledge; his family had that wisdom and knowledge. The power of separation was in that flow.
Connected with Heaven twenty-four hours around the clock for one hundred twenty years, the Noah family worked on the ark. Great encouragement came from that Living Water, marvelous faith. Those eight souls, however, were all who received the water; it flowed to them like rivers. They caught it in their souls and held on to it as they were making ready to live in an ark over one year. Prepared to keep healthy in the ark, they also were prepared for all the miracle meal barrels that kept every person, every animal fed.
Without a miracle, the Noah family would have found it impossible to store enough food to feed all those animals for so many months. The Lord gave just such a miracle as He filled the meal barrels the same way He filled a widow woman’s meal barrel and cruse of oil when the prophet Elijah asked her for food. And she said, As the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son. For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth. And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah (I Kings 17:12-16).
The widow had just enough meal to make a little cake before she and her son would starve to death. It was a grim outlook. But the Lord changed that outlook to one of praise as He filled her empty meal barrel and cruse of oil for the duration of the famine. Why? The waters were flowing to Elijah; he flowed out those waters to the widow woman, and she believed God.
The Noah Family Separated from the World
We can help so many people by flowing rivers of Living Water to them. The pure joy of Heaven runs in these rivers. For the Noah family building the ark, the waters were flowing year after year. There was no scarcity of spiritual food for them; they had no trouble staying separated, no trouble standing up to the inhabitants of the earth at that time. They had given themselves to Jehovah God; they belonged to God just as the first Adam and Eve did in Eden. All things were supplied, everything they needed. Night and day God stood by them.
It’s hard to tell how many angels stayed on the job for one hundred twenty years, how many angels came down from Heaven to take part in encouraging, helping, and guarding the Noah family. When angels are around you, they bring a spirit of holy encouragement as sacred as the anointing around the throne of God.
Judgment Waters Contain God’s Hatred
Then came the waters that man didn’t want to see, the waters of judgment. Waters, remember, are in different forms. The Noah family was safe in the ark, and God closed the door. People outside mocked and made fun, but suddenly their merriment was rudely interrupted: The waters of judgment began to pour from above and gush from below. It didn’t take long until enough water came to lift the ark and start it floating.
In the waters of judgment churns all the hatred that God can muster up, all the unkindness, all the punishments. It’s a fearsome thing to fall into the hands of the living God! Now outside the ark, the inhabitants of the earth were in the hands of Jehovah God; they found no patience, no love. No longer did they count with God. Their day of grace had ended; they were about to be destroyed. Screaming, crying, they hammered on the ark as long as they could. They begged to be let in, but it was too late. They could have gotten in during the seven days of grace before the ark door was closed while the rivers of Living Water were still flowing, but they mocked instead. The Lord would have made room for them had some wanted in. None wanted to go into that safety.
The Lord is making room for people today to escape the devastation coming on the earth; everyone can have a reserved seat for Rapture day. But not many seats have been taken, and the storm of tribulation is about to pour in. Those left to face the waters of judgment will meet an angry God. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left (Isaiah 24:6). Few men will be left on planet Earth at the close of the Tribulation Period.
Endtime Signs
The Battle of Armageddon will be more horrible than any other war ever waged. Jesus warned that before He came again, ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved (Matthew 24:6-13).
We have it all, earthquakes, famines, pestilences, wars and rumors of wars. I never expected to be in an earthquake here in Ohio, but it happened. I stayed on the telephone the whole time, thinking that my refrigerator had gone crazy and was dancing a jig. Then the chandelier began to swing back and forth and a picture on the wall joined in all the excitement—and still it didn’t register with me that I was in an earthquake until I hung up. You never know what is going to happen today. Our only place of safety is in the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust (Ruth 2:12).
The rivers of Living Water flowed in the ark; the Noah family had everything they needed. Full of peace, contentment, they were having a wonderful love time shut in with the Lord. In building the ark, they hadn’t been able to take time with each other; now they had the time. They could enjoy caring for the animals, feeding them. They had a whole world on board with them.
When you have Jesus, your Ark, you have a wonderful way of life on board with you, a new life. It’s marvelous to have the Lord flow Himself to you!
The Power of the Holy Ghost Was in the Burning Bush
At the burning bush, we see the Lord flowing Himself to Moses. The burning bush is where Moses received the power of the Holy Ghost, the fire. Taking that fire of the Holy Ghost, Moses went forth with the rod of truth. If you use both the fire of the Holy Ghost and the rod of truth, you will be successful.
Now Moses, unafraid, was standing before Pharaoh, proclaiming what thus saith the Lord. The good waters flowed at first, warning Pharaoh. But Pharaoh would not bend more than a little and then he would back down. The Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart against the power and wonderful gifts of the Holy Ghost that Moses received, against the miracles that took place, the great fantastic miracles of warning and judgment.
The Lord separated His people, protected them and flowed the rivers of life to them, especially on that last night when death was touching every home not protected with the blood of a lamb. A nation was about to come out of a nation and head for the Promised Land where rivers of plenty would flow. Unfortunately, disobedience kept the Israelites from going straight through to that Promised Land, and they had to wander in the wilderness forty years.
Many people start out enjoying the flow of God’s rivers for a short space, but then they forget God and the devil takes their minds to other things.
An Army Met Waters of Judgment
A whole sea was separated by the mighty hands of Living Water. God split the waters of the Red Sea, separating them to the left and to the right. And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left (Exodus 14:22). As many as three or four million people crossed on dry land. Pharaoh’s army in pursuit thought they could cross as well, but the dry passage in the sea was about to close over. The Lord waited until the Israelites were safe on the other shore and then the waters crashed together, drowning the army of the Egyptians; not a soldier escaped those waters of judgment.
The pillar of fire had held the Egyptians back until the Israelites were safely across. The Israelites had the pillar of fire, the fire of the Holy Ghost. We, too, must have that fire with us day and night. To have the Jesus life, the Jesus help, we need the power of the Holy Ghost burning within.
I’ve seen the pillar of fire only one time, and that was in a crusade in another nation. It spun around and around in front of the platform. Untold thousands were there, and God shook the place. The gifts work through the fire of the Holy Ghost, the fire of God. It was through the fire of God, remember, that the miracles took place in Moses’ life.
Now we live in the hour of the pouring out of the Holy Ghost, the hour that Living Waters are flowing to us, not rivers of judgment. Those judgment rivers will come later. People wonder why God doesn’t rise up against unbelievers who fight against His work, but it’s coming. Soon it will be over for them. The time is set. The waters of judgment will put them where God wants them to be. In the meantime, we have the rivers of Living Water flowing to us.
Come, See a Man!
The waters are flowing: What are you serving? Are you serving that fresh water that Jesus talked about when He cried, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink (John 7:37)?
Jesus told a Samaritan woman that whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life (John 4:14). It wasn’t the kind of water she could draw from a well; she didn’t know what she was asking for, but she got it. Forgetting about her water pot and everything else, she ran to spread the news about the man called Jesus. That’s the excitement you feel when the Living Waters are flowing to you. All doubts, all fear are forgotten. It’s come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ (John 4:29)? Come, see a man! Come, see a man who told me all my sins. The woman at the well was forgiven of those sins; the rivers flowed to her; she accepted that water and became a preacher at once, just like Mary Magdalene.
Mary Magdalene had been devil-possessed but she accepted the flow of Living Water from Heaven through the Son of God. It was Mary Magdalene who preached the first resurrection message, the greatest of honors. Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils. And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept (Mark 16:9,10). Mary Magdalene, filled with the rivers of water, did not doubt that Jesus was the Son of God when others doubted. During His trial she was there; she was there when He was crucified; and on that Resurrection morning, she was at the tomb before the break of day. Fearing nothing, she had taken on the Living Water of life. Drink, drink—and drink she did. She had the message, and the waters flowed from her.
Living Water Brings Change
The Lord tried to flow those waters to the disciples daily, but they didn’t accept them, didn’t let those waters stream into their souls. Had they done so, they would have acted differently. Peter wouldn’t have backslidden at the Crucifixion. Thomas wouldn’t have stayed home in unbelief for eight days after the Resurrection. Judas wouldn’t have betrayed Jesus and then committed suicide. If you don’t accept the waters now, it will be too late for you in the Tribulation Period.
When the waters flow, great changes come into lives. Day and night the Holy Ghost flows those waters in mighty ways to every soul delivered from sin, Living Waters of strength, greatness, power and victory. On fire for the Lord, you can walk with your head up almost into Heaven’s glory even before you get there. It’s wonderful to have the fire burning in your soul and the Living Water flowing! Jesus said the water would flow, and flow it did. It’s still flowing.
Before the Crucifixion and Resurrection, Jesus told the disciples about the Holy Ghost: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you (John 14:26). But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me (John 15:26). Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you (John 16:7). The disciples didn’t know just what to expect when the Holy Ghost came. It was beyond their imagination. What would it be like? Then in the Upper Room on the Day of Pentecost they found out.
The Holy Ghost came in like a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance (Acts 2:2-4). In the Upper Room, the waters flowed in an unbelievable way. Those waiting for the Promise of the Father never expected to see all they saw or to receive all they did. Then with those rivers of water flowing they headed out to serve Jesus, knowing it could cost their lives.
Peter had been afraid at the Crucifixion, but no more. Standing before a crowd he cried, You crucified Him! You crucified Him! Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ (Acts 2:36). The waters were flowing—what a great time!
Peter, walking in the streets, was besieged with people wanting a miracle: Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them. There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one (Acts 5:15,16). It wasn’t the shadow that healed, it was healing waters from On High. Life flowed into bodies and people were healed. What a miraculous time!
The Latter Rain Is Greater
The Early Church had the early rain of the Spirit and we have the latter rain today. And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call (Joel 2:28-32). The latter outpouring of the Holy Spirit today is greater than the early rain that fell in the beginning of the Church. In crusades in foreign lands, thousands are saved in moments of time. I preach and we reap right away. It couldn’t have been done like that years ago, but now is a different time; more rivers are flowing, more people receiving the water.
From children of God who go with me to the crusades—those who are prayed up, fasted up and full of God’s love and power—rivers of Living Water flow to the people. The devil-possessed are delivered by the thousands as angels gather, surrounding the crowds. I’ve even seen Michael the archangel—how wonderful to see him! He directs some of the services; God told me he would. Mighty in presence, he not only looks different from any other angel, the devil fears him more than he fears any other angel.
Fantastic Visions Appear
In the services, angels take over, holding back the power of the enemy. Because the rivers from Heaven are flowing directly to so many, Jesus will appear; He’s magnificent.
The rivers of Heaven are flowing to you who are calling up Heaven for people to be saved, healed and delivered. Even if you can’t go with me to the crusades, when you’re praying for the services, you are a part of each service just as though you were there in person. As the rivers of Living Water flow, the power of God takes over and the devils flee before they’re cast into the pit or the lake of fire ahead of their time. It’s amazing to stand on the platform and actually see demons in all kinds of forms. Some look like big, heavy wrestlers, mean and ugly. They come in different sizes, different shapes. Seeing the Holy Spirit deliver people from demons is like seeing a tornado on the television whirling around, but this tornado is filled with demon debris. The rivers of Living Water are flowing and the demons can’t stand before those waters.
I’ve been on the platform and watched the vision of Living Water pour over the people until I couldn’t see them anymore. Then I see the Holy Spirit emerging from that divine water, taking many devils with Him and going I know not where, but probably to the bottomless pit to cast them in. Then the Holy Ghost goes back, completely disappears under the divine flowing water and comes back up again taking more devils out with Him.
The Lord has let me see the rain of the Holy Spirit just as one would look at physical rain, but with a difference. The rain of the Spirit comes straight down and I don’t see it dividing into drops; it’s the size of drops but in streams. There is no separation as it rains down. The divine waters are flowing, taking over the services.
In visions I’ve seen the waters like a river running over the banks, sweeping away all the debris of the devil in the flow. This Living Water that Jesus was talking about takes care of everything through the Holy Ghost, destroying the devil’s works in its path. The devils move; they have to get out of the way so many people can receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. In one crusade over 60,000 received the Holy Ghost in a matter of minutes. The Lord said, And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh (Joel 2:28). We live in the last days, and God is pouring out His Spirit. There will be no excuse for the people who don’t go on to receive the Holy Ghost in this pouring-out time.
Let the Holy Ghost Baptize You
Is the devil blinding your eyes? Are you letting him discourage you? If so, you aren’t listening to God. God will let you know you must receive the Holy Ghost. Don’t give up; give God the glory until the Holy Ghost comes in. Praise God with the words, glory, glory, glory; rejoice as the glory fills you up and the Holy Ghost takes you over completely, using your tongue to speak in another language.
Being baptized in the precious Holy Ghost when I was eighteen is one of the greatest things, second only to receiving salvation, that ever happened to this boy. I was full of God, full of His presence. I lived in the Spirit, walked in the Spirit, prayed in the Spirit; the Holy Ghost prayed through me, sang through me in all kinds of languages and tongues. I spent hours and hours with Him. I begrudged the time I had to be away from my room; I wanted to get back to be with the Lord or to be in church with God’s people. I had no trouble loving everyone, even those who had been my enemies. I hated the devil, hated everything like him. I didn’t miss the world. The things of the world I once had loved I now hated. I had no time for the world’s music; I closed it all out of my life, and the waters flowed. I know I was called of God to preach.
Behold! The Bridegroom Cometh!
Rivers of water are flowing today to the nations by television, radio, the web site, the printed page. The rivers are flowing and it’s jubilee time, shouting time on Earth and in Heaven as well. It’s a time to rejoice; not a time to be weak in the Lord. Soon the harvest will be in. Don’t look down in discouragement; look up; see what the Lord is doing. Listen for that great trumpet sound and the cry, Behold, the Bridegroom cometh! Go ye out to meet Him! For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord (I Thessalonians 4:16,17).
In the meantime the Lord is fully equipping you; use His equipment, not yours. Night and day be yielded to Him. This thing of being wound up a little bit in the Lord’s work and then unwinding, being in church part-time when you could be there all the time shows that your heart’s not in the Lord’s work all the way. One day, some of you will come to church to find most of the congregation missing; we will be gone and you will be left.
Jesus is coming for those who are watching for Him. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh (Matthew 25:13). I’m looking, I’m watching and I’m waiting for Him. I believe in the Rapture. From the time God saved me I began preaching salvation, the Holy Ghost fire, and the Rapture. I still have that same message today to carry to the world.
Waters of Protection
It’s time for us to move, time to be different. We’re in the arena and the lions are roaring, but the power of the Holy Ghost is stronger than any lion; Daniel proved the greatness of the Lord’s power over the lions. The waters flowed and the lions couldn’t harm him.
The Living Water flowed from Heaven into the fiery furnace and the fire had no power over the three Hebrew boys. The Living Waters are flowing today; this water from Heaven will deliver you in every situation as you yield to it. This Living Water can give you power over every demon and the devil himself.
In this water flows the blood of Heaven, divine blood. This water is one hundred percent Jesus blood pure. This is the kind of water, remember, that Jesus served to the woman at the well, water that changed her life and started a revival.
It’s time to think souls, talk souls, pray souls, dream souls and be satisfied only when we’re winning souls. We must win souls! It’s time to move.
The waters were bitter for the Israelites after they crossed the Red Sea. Thirsty, they grumbled and complained. But Moses sought God. And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them (Exodus 15:25). This tree is a type of the Cross going into the water to sweeten the waters of life for us. If your spiritual waters are bitter, they are not waters from Heaven. Many are drinking bitter water; they need to get it out of their system completely. Bitter waters make you weak, underweight spiritually speaking. With bitter waters you find yourself neglecting your Bible, your prayer life, your fasting time, your faith life that lets you know all things are possible to him that believeth. And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible (Mark 10:27).
All the faith you need is in the rivers of Living Water flowing from God, from the throne of grace. Do you understand? The Early Church disciples didn’t understand at first, but they came into understanding by using what was sent from above. Understanding is being sent today; start using it. Use it daily. Some of you were so happy to be saved—for a few weeks. Then you started listening to the devil’s talk; confusion and uncertainty began to move in, and your joy faded. Never let the devil talk to you.
The Dead Were Raised
The waters flowed in Old Testament days and brought great results. They flowed and the dead were raised. Elijah and Elisha each raised a boy from the dead. We don’t know how many others they raised, but the Bible tells us about these two instances. And it came to pass after these things, that the son of the woman, the mistress of the house, fell sick; and his sickness was so sore, that there was no breath left in him. And she said unto Elijah, What have I to do with thee, O thou man of God? art thou come unto me to call my sin to remembrance, and to slay my son? And he said unto her, Give me thy son. And he took him out of her bosom, and carried him up into a loft, where he abode, and laid him upon his own bed. And he cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, hast thou also brought evil upon the widow with whom I sojourn, by slaying her son? And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child’s soul come into him again. And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived. And Elijah took the child, and brought him down out of the chamber into the house, and delivered him unto his mother: and Elijah said, See, thy son liveth (I Kings 17:17-23).
Elisha prayed for life to come to a child, and the Lord heard his prayer: And when Elisha was come into the house, behold, the child was dead, and laid upon his bed. He went in therefore, and shut the door upon them twain, and prayed unto the LORD. And he went up, and lay upon the child, and put his mouth upon his mouth, and his eyes upon his eyes, and his hands upon his hands: and he stretched himself upon the child; and the flesh of the child waxed warm. Then he returned, and walked in the house to and fro; and went up, and stretched himself upon him: and the child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes (II Kings 4:32-35).
It’s time for us to know that all things are possible with God. Get the stone out of the way and let the dead come forth. Jesus said, Take ye away the stone…And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go (John 11:39,43,44).
Elijah Knew the Season
Some of you are asking God to do things for you that you can do for yourself. First, get all the stones out of the way and then let the waters flow.
The waters flowed for Elijah and Elisha in a great way on that day those two walked together to the Jordan River. Elijah had his mantle, and when he came to Jordan, he struck the waters with it. The Living Water took over with great power and separated the Jordan to the left and right so Elisha and Elijah could walk through the river on dry land. As they stepped on the other side, a great flow of water immediately rushed down to close up that path. Suddenly the heavens were aglow; a chariot of fire and horses came sweeping down. Elijah knew he would be taken and he was ready; he knew it was the day he had a free ride all the way to Heaven. Before Elisha had time to think, Elijah was on board the chariot and being gloriously carried up into the clouds.
We live in the final hour of the Gentile Dispensation just before the Rapture will take place. The Lord said we would know the season of His coming and this is the season. The exact time, however, we don’t know. So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors (Matthew 24:33). We’re shouting to the world that the coming of Jesus is at the door.
Are you going to follow Jesus all the way? And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it (Mark 8:34,35). In this mighty flow, let everyone come to Jesus.
Like He did to Sodom and Gomorrah, the Lord will again create havoc as the ill waters of judgment pour down. What calamities will take place! In that water, it won’t be the fire of the Holy Ghost that we love; it will be the fire of judgment. God, I say again, has both kinds of waters: those of judgment and those of love and peace.
In this endtime hour, waters as gentle as a heavenly breeze are still ours. Open wide and let the rivers flow from Heaven! This is your hour of visitation, your hour of revelation. The Lord is seeking to open your eyes to all Heaven’s reality for Earth people. He wants His people to understand the message in His Holy Bible, the holy Word of the Lord.
When you read the Old Testament, you can cry, The waters flowed! It’s the same in the New Testament: The waters flowed! Now look at our day and rejoice that the waters once again are flowing! Let that reality keep you alert as the Holy Spirit flows Living Water from your innermost being to others.
There is no Living Water without the truth of God. No Living Water without the Crucifixion of Jesus. Jesus is life, and we’re flowing Him to the people. The Lord told me His Spirit would be like streams in the desert, then rivers until finally it would cover the whole earth like the waters of the sea, and then the end would come.
Have You Been Born Again?
You who don’t have a real born-again salvation: Come to Jesus. Don’t wait. Tomorrow may be too late, and if you die without Jesus, where will you spend eternity?
Pray this simple prayer of salvation: Oh, God, I don’t want to go to hell. I don’t want to lose my soul. I know you’re God, and I know that Jesus died for me; and oh, God, I ask for mercy! Forgive me, Lord! Now I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all my sins. Come into my heart, Jesus! Come into my heart!
If you meant that prayer, He has come. If you meant it, He is yours. Believe Him to never doubt Him again. Start praying, fasting and living in the Word. All of that will help you, and one day Heaven will be yours for all eternity.
You Can Be Healed
Let the healing waters flow to you and heal you of any disease, any affliction, take away any deformity. This could be the end of your journey for your miracle. Maybe you have wanted a miracle for a long time; the Lord can heal you. Come to God in faith believing, no matter what is wrong; the waters that flowed in Bible days are flowing now. Give over to the grace and the love of God, and let Christ do a miracle work on you. To know Jesus is to know His miraculous power, His miracle greatness of deliverance. His hands are ready to flow Living Waters of healing to you in all reality. He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Give over to the power of God. Believe God for healing all internal parts. The rivers of water are flowing to you; let your soul catch all His greatness, and then let the Holy Spirit use you. From you must flow the rivers of Living Water, from you, Jesus said. How wonderful, indeed!
If you have a back condition, let God give you miracles of re-creation for the vertebrae, the disks, the muscles or whatever the problem is.
God is moving for eye miracles; cataracts will shed off. I curse the eye afflictions in the name of Jesus. The waters of healing are pouring, miracle waters are flowing to you.
Let God restore your nerves to normal, if that is your need. God creates and He re-creates through this Jesus ministry. He promised you a sound mind through love and blood power.
The healing waters include all God’s love, peace. The voice that asked people, Wilt thou be made whole? is still asking that today. Take any miracle you need. What love God has for humanity!
I sanctify the Lord God. I declare, oh, God, the miracles are yours. Your visions come so plentifully now day and night to your servant. Lord, I turn it all over to you; it’s all in your hands, and I yield for the rivers to flow through the power of the Holy Ghost and heal the people.
Lord, I bring the sick and afflicted to you, those with cancer, diabetes, heart trouble, HIV/AIDS, or any other disease. Lay a healing hand on the sick and afflicted; let your mighty healing waters flow to them today. Thou art God; we need no other. Now from your supernatural gifts of healing and your gift of miracles it comes: In the name of your Son Jesus, heal! In the all-powerful name of Jesus, heal! heal! I pray, for no case is too hard for you.
As His miraculous healing power flows into your body, into the body of your little one, accept His promise of healing, accept His mighty flow of Living Water. You have come in contact with the great I-AM, who healed with the same power yesterday that He will heal with today and forever.
The Lord is drawing you to Himself. All the healing, all the strength you need are in these rivers from the throne of God. What great excitement it is to be able to declare that the waters are now flowing! We must reach all over the world; the waters have to flow before the waters of damnation pour in during the Tribulation Period. We will not fail. If we do, untold millions will go to hell. We dare not fail. Reach to the Lord and let the Holy Ghost have His way. The Lord is saying to you, It is I; be not afraid. Come and dine. Everything you need is on the table and the rivers are flowing for you.
