Many people use a cross of wood or metal as a symbol of Christ’s great sacrifice, and there is nothing wrong with that; but some people never get beyond that symbol. That’s why I want to present to you Christ’s Cross of faith, power, life, mercy, goodness, deliverance, healing and end-time vision. This is not Earth’s cross; this is Heaven’s Cross, and it was made with divine blood. It’s a Cross of redemption and divinity. In this last hour, you have to open your eyes to the power of the Cross. You have to know the devil hates the divine blood that flowed down that Cross. He fears it, and he can’t stand against it.

God’s children are facing much in this final hour, but God is giving us much to face it with. Members of the Bride of Christ will meet the devil head-on and win because they will be fully equipped with all the power of Heaven. Every bridal company member must speak the name of Jesus with all the faith, love and greatness of Heaven. It will be the same as the Lord Himself speaking; and when Jesus spoke, things happened. All of Heaven backed up everything He said.

Christ’s Cross of power conquered death, hell and the grave. When you realize that Cross of blood is really yours, it will conquer any devil that comes against you. It will conquer all fear, worry, despair, frustration and anything else that is like the devil. That blood Cross is against everything the devil stands for, and it’s going to tear down his kingdom when the end comes.

You can’t hold up a cross of wood or metal and expect the devil to back off; but with the power of the blood Cross inside, Jesus said you can trample devils underfoot. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). You must seek God and yield to the Spirit until you can overcome the devil the minute he comes around.

The saints of old overcame the devil through the blood of the Lamb and the Word of God, and so can you. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death (Revelation 12:11). You can resist the devil through the power of the blood until he will be glad to get away from you. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

Keep Your Eyes on God

Jesus came to Earth as very man and very God. Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: (Philippians 2:6,7). When Jesus was on Earth, He stood before the devil as a man, not as divinity. When He used the power of God to get things done, He didn’t use any more power than what is available to us today.

When Jesus allowed Peter to walk the waters, Peter used the same power we can use. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus (Matthew 14:29). But when Peter took his eyes off Jesus, he began to sink; and many people focus on Peter sinking rather than the fact that he did walk. He may have taken only three or four steps, but it was still a miracle. Have you ever tried to take even just one step on water without sinking? It can’t be done.

Peter could have walked all the way to Jesus if he had kept his eyes on the Lord; but instead, he looked at the big waves rolling toward him and listened to the devil say, “You’re going down!” Let that be a great lesson to you that you can never listen to the devil.

When you see a big wave coming toward you, don’t let fear take you over. Just use your faith and get ready to be lifted higher and higher in the love of God until you are safe in the arms of Jesus. You can’t just talk, sing or shout about faith in this final hour; you have to put it into action. You can’t just talk about what God can do; you have to believe it and watch Him do it. That’s what the benefits of the Cross are all about.

The Power of the Blood Cross

There was so much darkness in Old Testament days, but Jesus brought light. We would have no light of the New Testament or know our way in this life if it wasn’t for the Cross and the power it brought about.

The Church of Jesus Christ was born from His pierced side, but you can’t just accept Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross; you have to use all He brought—Heaven’s divine faith, hope, healing and deliverance; the plan of redemption; the Word and so much more.

The Bible tells of Moses using a type and shadow of the Cross when the Israelites were wandering in the wilderness. When they came to Marah, they cried, “The water is bitter!” And he [Moses] cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet (Exodus 15:25). That tree was a symbol of the Cross and the power that was going to come and sweeten the waters of life for us.

The Bible says, Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (II Corinthians 5:17). The power of the Jesus Cross will sweeten and change anyone’s life who will accept it no matter what they have done.

How do you get “in Christ” as that verse says?—through the blood Cross. And without shedding of blood is no remission (Hebrews 9:22). There’s no other way but through the divine blood. The door back into Eden is in the form of a Cross. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture (John 10:9). If that door could have been made out of wood or some other earthly material, Adam would have made a door back into Eden thousands of years ago; but he couldn’t do it.

Glory in the Cross

Paul became such a mighty force for the Lord because he had the vision of the greatness of the blood Cross. That is why he could say, But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world (Galatians 6:14).

When you glory in divinity, you are able to use the power of the Almighty that is within you for the things you face every day; but that power first has to be in you. You may sing about the power of God, testify about it and even witness what it can do; but you can’t use any more of God’s power than what is inside of you.

You must let the living, miracle Cross of divinity be your victory; yet so many Christians are defeated because they don’t have it within them. That divine Cross should be more valuable to you than all the riches of the world because the divine life Jesus brought is in the blood that ran down that Cross.

With the life of that blood Cross within, you can call Jesus any time. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). You can live in His presence night and day. You can be led by and walk in the Spirit. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:25).

Divine Love Has No Fear

You can’t walk in the Spirit unless you give yourself to the Word. You must study it until it becomes a part of you. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15). Your life must be controlled by the Word, and you must follow hard after the Lord. You have to be careful to walk in the footsteps of Jesus at all times and yield to the divine will of God through the blood.

The divine blood makes you perfect in Heaven’s divine love. Jesus said, Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect (Matthew 5:48). And the Bible tells you, There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear (I John 4:18). When you yield to the Holy Spirit, He uses the divine blood in your soul to flush out all fear. The love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us (Romans 5:5). If you have any fear today, it’s because you don’t know the power of the blood Cross.

Jesus had no fear when He was on Earth, and you must have a mind just like Jesus had. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5). The blood mind of Christ thinks the thoughts of Heaven at all times, and it pays no attention to the devil. Neither give place to the devil (Ephesians 4:27).

The Christ mind is a wonderful mind like the one Enoch had. One moment Enoch was on Earth, and the next moment he was with the great God of Heaven; and it will be the same with the members of the Bride of Christ on Rapture Day. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God (Hebrews 11:5). Having the mind of Christ pleases God.

Sin No More

So many people may kneel to be saved, but they accept only a symbol of the Cross rather than the true Cross of divinity; so they get up from the altar the same way they knelt down. When you are truly saved, you go forth with the Cross of blood; and you are free, free, free! You’ll be free tomorrow, the next day, the next month and forever as long as you keep that Cross of blood in your heart and never sin against God.

The Bible declares that once you are truly saved, Sin shall not have dominion over you (Romans 6:14). When you hear a preacher say you can’t live free from sin, you know that person is sinning; and people who sin are no better than the devil. The Bible declares, He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil (I John 3:8).

The Lord cast Lucifer and the sinning angels out of Heaven, and He will never let another sin in. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations (Isaiah 14:12)!

Lucifer was one of the most beautiful creatures God had ever made, but he became full of ego and deceit. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee (Ezekiel 28:15, 17). If you think you can’t live free from sin, then get ready to go to hell because that’s where you will end up.

No Substitute for the Blood Cross

Paul said, For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness (I Corinthians 1:18). The Cross is nothing but foolishness to many people today who don’t believe in the Virgin Birth, but hell will be their destiny. The Cross is even foolish to a lot of ministers because they don’t believe in or preach the power of it. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). The real blood Cross leads to one place—Heaven.

If you thought you could carry around a cross of wood and trade it in for one of God’s eternal crowns, you’re badly mistaken. The only cross that can be traded in for a crown is the invaluable blood Cross of Jesus. He gave His life so you could live in Heaven one day, but you have to act now like you will when you get to Heaven.

When Jesus was on Earth, He was our example. Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps (I Peter 2:21). Do you walk, talk and act like Jesus? Some people who claim to be Christians have so much of the world in them that you can’t tell them from anyone else. Why?—because they don’t really have the divine blood of the Cross in their heart.

I have seen crosses of one kind or another in people’s homes, and my mom probably had one in our home; but it didn’t save me. Some people wear crosses around their necks, yet some of those people look as mean as the devil. Wearing or displaying a cross will not protect you or save you; only having the blood that Jesus spilled on the Cross of Calvary will do that. Only that Cross of blood will take you to Heaven.

Beware of Self

The Bible declares the Cross of Christ brought the power and the wisdom of God. But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God (I Corinthians 1:24). The Cross of blood will take all selfish ego out of you because ego does not mix with the power or the wisdom of God.

You may think the devil is your worst enemy, but it is actually self. The blood Cross can give you victory over the devil but not while your ugly self is still acting worse than the devil himself. I have seen people who claimed to have victory, but they didn’t have victory over self. You will never have true Bible victory until you lay your old, ugly self at the foot of the Cross and let the Holy Spirit bury it.

The Israelites were full of self, and Moses had to use yet another type of the Cross to stay the hand of death when the people were being bitten by fiery serpents. And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived (Numbers 21:8,9). That pole was a type of the Cross; and when the people looked at it, it gave them life.

The Lord sent those serpents on purpose because the Israelites had sinned against God, and that serpent on a pole was their only salvation. Today, the blood Cross of Jesus is the only remedy for sin; and that is why the devil fights so hard to keep people from accepting that Cross and using the divine blood that was spilled on it.

Are You a Part of God’s Family?

Through the Cross, we have been made partakers of Christ’s divine nature. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (II Peter 1:4).

If you don’t have the divine blood within, you can’t have that divine nature because you’re not part of the family of God. You may think you are, but you’re not even a distant relative. God does not claim you at all; and if you don’t change, you will one day hear Him say, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity (Matthew 7:23).

God treats His true sons and daughters with great love. He said to us through the prophet Jeremiah, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee (Jeremiah 31:3).

Because of that great love, the Lord wants us to separate from anything unlike Him and be holy. He said, Ye shall be holy; for I am holy (Leviticus 11:44). Without holiness, you will never see God. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). There is no way for anyone to be holy but through the divine blood and the truth in the Word. Jesus prayed for His disciples saying, Sanctify them through thy truth (John 17:17).

You can wash yourself over and over again with every soap on the market and still be dirty in the eyes of God; but when you bow to the blood Cross and put your faith in it, the Lord will accept you. Every time you look at the blood Cross, you must see the words, “WHOSOEVER WILL, let him come.” And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely (Revelation 22:17).

The Humility of the Cross

To receive the benefits of the blood Cross, the Lord requires humility. A man's pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit (Proverbs 29:23). I say again that Jesus is our example, and He was so humble that He died on the Cross for a world of sinners. And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross (Philippians 2:8). Are you as humble as Jesus was when He walked on Earth as a man? You can’t humble yourself before the Lord just once in a while; you have to live that way all the time.

When you are truly humble before the Lord, you will say, “Anything, Lord.” When He is showing you things He needs you to do, you will say, “Yes, Lord.” I do not believe in questioning God. He said, Come now, and let us reason together (Isaiah 1:18). You must seek the Lord and reason with Him until you know what He wants of you and are willing to do it no matter what.

So many people don’t want to humble themselves before the Lord, and they are seeking a life of their own in all the wrong places. By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, and honour, and life (Proverbs 22:4). Jesus died on that blood Cross to bring us life, but it is up to each person to humble themselves every day and accept that life.

Heed the Divine Light

It is time to recognize that the Jesus Cross is the most valuable possession that will ever come your way. It should be more valuable to you than Heaven while you are here on Earth because the blood Cross will give you victory over all the powers of the devil.

We’re living in a world filled with more darkness than light, and the Cross is the only thing that can light your path and keep you from losing your way. Jesus said, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life (John 8:12). If you try following any other cross, you’ll run into every wall the devil puts in your way. Only the light of the Jesus Cross enables you to see all the pitfalls of the devil and all the way from Earth to Heaven.

There are so many benefits of the Cross, and you must never forget one of them. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases (Psalm 103:2,3). The Psalmist didn’t have all the light of the Cross that we have today; He had just a small ray of it and some types and shadows of it. Therefore, if the Psalmist could see all of that before Calvary, then there is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to properly discern the benefits of the Cross today.

Carry the Cross of Calvary

I looked to the blood one night and all my sins vanished. I went into the house of God a sinner and walked out as free as any angel who ever walked down the Avenue of Glory. When you think about going to Heaven, you also must think about using the blood down here on Earth because you’ll never make it without the blood. Only the blood Cross will give you enough light to get to Heaven.

God gave His whole heart and all of His love to make that blood Cross, and He had never done that before. The scene of His only Son dying was so awful that He had to turn His back as Jesus cried, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me (Matthew 27:46)?

Not one bit of God’s love was left out in creating the blood Cross. That is why if people don’t accept Christ’s blood sacrifice on that Cross, they will never be saved no matter how much they pray. Jesus said, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber (John 10:1). And I say again that the door to Heaven is in the form of a Cross.

What kind of Cross do you carry? Is it only an earthly cross of metal or wood, or do you have the blood of the Cross of Calvary in your heart? Just having a type of the true Cross won’t do you any good and neither will looking back to that wooden Cross Jesus died on. Even if we knew where that Cross was and could go and touch it, there would be no power in it. The power is in the divine blood spilled on that Cross, and that power is available to you today.

You can be delivered of anything through the power of the divine blood. But he [Jesus] was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). You must stand in the presence of the blood Cross and know all of its benefits are yours. Yield completely to it; and you will find healing for soul, mind and body.

Jesus said, If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you (John 15:7). You must ask through the divine blood, and then you can be free. Your soul can be cleansed, and your body can be made whole. Everything you need is in the Cross of blood.

Deliverance for Your Soul

If you have any sin or disobedience in you or have failed God in any way, you need to get purified today. The benefits of the Cross will never be yours any other way.

Say this prayer with me now: Oh, God, if there is anything unclean in my Spirit or anything that can’t go through the gates of Glory, I want it to be removed through the blood of Jesus. I confess all of my wrongdoing, and I commit everything into your hands. Forgive me now so I can be yours, and the blood Cross can be mine. Wash me clean through the blood that poured down that Cross at Calvary so I can be free. Come into my heart, Jesus. Come on in. I accept your freedom and deliverance for my soul, mind and body.

Receive a Miracle

The Bible says, The prayer of faith shall save the sick and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). As I pray for your healing, think of the many benefits of the Cross that are yours. Lord, I bring the people before you. You have healed so many through this Jesus ministry; lay a healing hand upon each one now. Lord, by the power that is in the divine blood of Jesus that flowed down that Cross, I curse every sickness and disease in the bodies of the people in the name of the Lord. Break every bondage, and set the people free for your honor and glory. Amen.

Claim God’s promise of healing and notice every change. Then give Him all the honor, the praise and the glory.

Thus Saith the Lord

Yea, saith the Spirit of the Lord, I offer you my blood daily. My blood is yours, Child of God, every day, saith the Lord. There is power and greatness in my blood, and no power can defeat you when you use my blood. The Bride will use my blood night and day, and that is the reason there will be no defeat for her. That is the reason she will trample devils underfoot. She will be a terror to Satan and his kingdom because she will use the blood, not part of the time but all the time. She will have knowledge of the blood; she will have the wisdom of the blood, and she will know how to use it, saith the Lord.

Many of my people have never learned how to use my blood, but the Bride will know how to use my blood. When anyone has used my blood, it has worked; and they have won a victory, saith the Lord. My people in the past have failed and failed and failed because they didn’t know how to use my blood. Now, I’m teaching my people how to use my divine blood.

I used it when I was on Earth, saith the Lord. I used it against Lucifer, and he was rendered helpless. I used it against demonic spirits, and they lost their voices—they couldn’t speak. The Bride will know the knowledge of the blood and use the blood like the blood has never been used before. That’s the reason my power will work in such a miraculous way and why I will be able to pour out my spirit upon the Earth in this final hour. Trust in my divine blood, and you will know no defeat, saith the Lord.
