God’s way is beautiful. He wants you to know that you haven’t gone into slavery; you have come into freedom with Him. No longer need you be overwhelmed with sorrow, heartache and despair; you’re coming into a place of rejoicing, a place of peace, joy unspeakable and “full of glory.”

II Samuel 22:31,33, As for God, his way is perfect…God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect. This beautiful way, this perfect way is the way of God. Draw on the Lord, knowing He is your strength, your source of power from Heaven that breaks all the bondages of the devil, including sin and sickness. The Spirit of the Lord is crying, Wilt thou be made whole (John 5:6)? How wonderful this is!

Jesus is the way to a new eternal body, one that will never be sick. That new body will have the same strength, the same power, the same grace, the same everything that Adam and Eve had before sin entered. They were never to have been sick. Without an ache, without a pain, they still would be living today had they not fallen into sin.

You have a great opportunity to enjoy good health in this final hour. I received a miracle of health in a time before the pouring-out of the Holy Spirit; imagine how much more healing power is available to you now that the Spirit is being poured out in such a great way today!

Second Samuel 22:22, I have kept the ways of the LORD. Come into God’s ways with your whole heart so you can say daily, “I have kept the ways of the Lord this day.” The Lord is placing much trust in you: He’s depending on you to take this Gospel to the whole world.

God has given us the shield of love, Calvary’s love, a shield so strong that no devil can penetrate it. As long as you have this shield of love, the devil cannot turn you around or destroy you. With this great shield of love you have peace and security available whenever you reach to the Lord for it.

Thy gentleness hath made me great (II Samuel 22:36). Gentleness, one of the nine fruits of the Spirit, is produced within to enable you to think on the greatness of God, and to work and be a witness for Him.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance (Galatians 5:22,23). Each one of the nine fruits of the Spirit brings the greatness of God to your life in different ways. You must have them all in total production in this final hour. What a blessed time it is! What a beautiful way the Lord gives us! Bury the “old you” so the “new you” can live in the beautiful way the Lord intended you to live in the first place.

A Sure Foundation

Second Samuel 22:37, Thou hast enlarged my steps under me; so that my feet did not slip. God has enlarged our steps with His great love, enlarged our foundation, given us much to stand on in His Word. Rooted and grounded in the truth, we have a sure foundation. He has enlarged our steps in His love, in His blood grace, in His blood power. These steps are so mighty and great, so much like the Jesus steps that we can trample devils underfoot, destroy the enemy, bring down more and more of Satan’s kingdom. Finally the devil’s kingdom will be destroyed completely, but until then we will destroy it in parts. In the steps of Jesus the Bride is going to do a wonderful job in this beautiful way until the Rapture takes place.

The Lord’s beautiful way tolerates no grumbling or complaining. Some people have complained so much it has become second nature to them; they don’t realize how negative they really are. Thinking God’s love is bubbling within, they grumble about everything, even the weather. Don’t grumble, don’t complain on this beautiful way. Just praise God, and let His love in your ears sound like music from Heaven.

Recently, I had a new experience with the Lord. He usually answers me in a definite way when I ask Him a question, but this time a scripture was all that the angel of the Lord gave me: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28). I waited a few days. I thought perhaps the verse was just the beginning of His answer. Again the angel of the Lord spoke to me, giving me the same scripture. About the fourth time the angel of the Lord repeated the scripture, I said,“God, I have it! You’ve worked it out, that’s it! It’s your work, you did it your way.”

You never know how God is going to work; God is not a man (Numbers 23:19). Jesus said, All things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23). Believe Him in whatever way He chooses to work: The way of the Lord is perfect; what a beautiful way it is!

On this beautiful way we can say with the Psalmist: Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation (Psalm 89:26). Jesus is our foundation, the rock of our salvation. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ (I Corinthians 3:11).

A Way of Holiness

Second Samuel 22:36, Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation. Even before grace, David praised God for His saving power. Although David understood salvation as a shield, or deliverance, and not as a heart-felt, blood work, he knew it meant life; and he rejoiced in the salvation of the Lord.

In Isaiah 35:8, And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it. This highway of holiness is a beautiful one. No unclean thing, no unclean person, can travel this highway, only the pure and holy. People who don’t believe in holy living can’t travel this road. There’s just one road to Glory, one road to Heaven, a highway paved with divine blood.

On this highway, a sign proclaims in giant letters: REPENT, REPENT, REPENT! Another sign reads: Ye must be born again (John 3:7). But before we can enter this beautiful way, we must follow the sign that says: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (I John 1:9). Finally we see the invitation: Whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely (Revelation 22:17).

The beautiful way is a way of holiness. Holiness means holy living. Without holiness you cannot see the Lord or look upon His face. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). Adam and Eve were made in the holiness and righteousness of God; nothing less. They were made in perfection. When you are born again, you are born in perfection, made completely new, created in the righteousness and holiness of God.

Man was created on this beautiful way, created with the beautiful language that needed no correction. But then sin entered. Now a bridle was necessary. Thousands of years ago David talked about the love bridle. I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle (Psalm 39:1). Jesus the perfect Redeemer came to make the perfect love bridle for us so that we could have it and live in love in perfection, using the six spiritual senses and the nine fruits of the Spirit.

God’s ways for us are beyond the human mind. The five physical senses cannot comprehend them; it takes His divine faith, the sixth spiritual sense to yield to them. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6).

Enoch Pleased God

The Lord waited a long time to find another perfect man like Adam once had been. Finally He found him, and his name was Enoch. And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him (Genesis 5:24). By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God (Hebrews 11:5). Enoch was so loved by God that the Lord would come down to walk with him just as He had walked with the first man and woman. How happy it made God to walk with this one man! Enoch was faultless, so pleasing to God that finally God decided to take him home. How many times did God visit with Enoch? How many miles did God walk with him before He brought him home? We don’t really know; we only know it was a beautiful walk, a beautiful way.

Enoch is a type of the Bride of Christ. Only for a limited time will the Lord walk with the Bride—and then the Rapture. Just as the Lord loved Enoch, He loves the Bride with an unbelievable love in this last hour. The Bride will ask and receive, seek and find. She will speak and it will be done because she will speak in the faith and love of God. What a beautiful way!

When the Bride speaks, it will be the same as Jesus speaking; when Jesus speaks, it’s the same as the Holy Ghost speaking; when the Holy Ghost speaks, it’s the same as God speaking. Speaking in this kind of faith takes the six spiritual senses; it takes God talk. The Bride must speak the love language, saith the Lord. Love is the language for the Bride, a beautiful way; nothing in her love language is foreign to God; nothing about the Bride is foreign to Him.

Miracles of Supply

And God said unto Noah…Make thee an ark of gopher wood; With thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons’ wives with thee. And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he (Genesis 6:13,14,18,19,22). For Noah’s family to be saved, God made a beautiful way, performing miracles for them, giving the knowledge to eight people of how to build an ark. For 120 years God never tired of looking upon that scene: man working so faithfully, man believing and carrying out God’s promise.

God looks upon you when you’re doing His work, when you respond willingly, when you do His will totally. Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it (John 2:5). God’s eyes of strength, greatness, power and help are upon the obedient day and night.

At the end of 120 years, the ark was finished—how beautiful! All the animals were in place—God had seen to that. Food was on board, every barrel they needed.

Noah and his family were in the ark over a year, not forty days and nights as some people have thought. In a most beautiful way God supplied all the needs of the Noah family. There were no hospitals, no doctors on board; but I assure you they didn’t need any. No one lost his or her sanity nor lived in depression—and that was a miracle within itself.

The Noah family couldn’t possibly have taken enough food for all on board. How did they survive? The Lord let us know later how He sustained them: It was through the miracle of supply, the way He sustained a widow woman in the days of Elijah. Elijah found her gathering a few sticks to make one last cake before starvation set in. But Elijah had been sent by God to show her that she was on a great, beautiful highway of supply, for she had a miracle meal barrel. Elijah told her: For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth. And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah (I Kings 17:14-16). God filled a widow woman’s meal barrel, kept it filled, and that’s the way many years earlier He had sustained those on the ark.

Elijah walked the beautiful way. There hadn’t been a prophet in the land in many years; then suddenly there was Elijah standing before Ahab with all boldness, declaring the Word of the Lord: As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word (I Kings 17:1). Ahab didn’t tremble at that time, but he would tremble later. The drought became severe; Ahab grew anxious and started searching for Elijah. He was nowhere to be found. Where was he? Elijah had traveled to a place of safety and the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook (I Kings 17:6). What a beautiful way for Elijah!

God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Don’t worry about what you’re going to eat, what you’re going to wear. Our heavenly Father feeds the birds; He clothes the flowers; know that He will take care of you. God promised to supply all your needs. Failing to recognize that divine promise is failing to yield to the miracle hand of God. God works with miracle hands. If you need an all-out miracle to supply your needs, to bring you out of bondage, look to God’s miracle of supply. Looking to a human being may bring help, but it will not bring God’s miracle—although God may use people to give you the help you need. Remember the miracle of supply that God gave the widow woman.

Some of you have miracle meal barrels and don’t even know it. The Lord has tried to come to your rescue many times, given you the blessing of His great love; but you still hold back. You’re out gathering a few sticks instead of looking to God, thinking down instead of up, picturing yourself starving to death rather than praising God for supplying your need.

God’s highway is paved with promises; every time you look, you see a promise. On His highway the promises are more beautiful than all the flowers He has ever made. Look at the promises. Embrace those promises. How can you enjoy God’s promises if you don’t notice them, if you pass them by? Elijah didn’t see flowers on his beautiful way; he saw the promises.

A Separating Hour

The grace of God separated the Noah family unto Himself, and now the grace of God has separated us unto Himself, too. God didn’t separate you into depression; He separated you into love. Regardless of who’s against you—it might be close members of your family—the Lord has separated the totally obedient from the disobedient and brought them into the innermost chambers of His heart. He’s taking the Bride deeper and deeper with Him. Don’t be depressed if members of your family won’t serve the Lord. You have one who sticks closer than a mother, father, brother or sister: He is Jesus, and He is yours. You are related to Him; He is your big brother as well as friend and Savior. Not only when you’re living but when you’re dying He is the one who can help you; He’ll be right there. What a beautiful way!

God is doing much separating in this final hour. You’re not going to be able to live for self as you’ve done in the past; you can’t be separated unto the Lord and still fellowship with people who doubt God, talk ugly, fuss, and come against your work for God. Depend on Jesus for your fellowship; decide to never be lonely again because Jesus is with you, angels are with you.

It’s wonderful to be surrounded by angelic beings. Abraham had angelic help; God made a beautiful road for Abraham, a road of faith and obedience. On this road, God began with separation. Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing (Genesis 12:1,2). The Lord told Abraham to go out from among his kin. Had he not walked the road the Lord showed him, he never would have been blessed, and we never would have heard about him. But Abraham left everything behind; he went away from family and friends to travel the beautiful way that God had showed him. What a beautiful way it was!

In Lot’s day—which was Abraham’s day, too—what a beautiful way the Lord made out of Sodom and Gomorrah for four people! Three of them walked out on that beautiful road, but Lot’s wife held to her old self, to that degraded, seduced mind. She longed for her wicked friends. Had she not been fascinated with the sins of the city, she could have kept her mind on God. But she wasn’t accustomed to giving God her attention; she didn’t think it necessary to obey the Lord in everything. Lot, however, was obedient to God; and the daughters chose to listen to him rather than to their mother. And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt (Genesis 19:15,26). Lot’s wife refused the beautiful way out; she had no excuse for looking back.

You will have no excuse if you don’t make it to Heaven; God will not feel guilty. He made the most beautiful road ever for you, and you chose not to walk His way. It took the death of His Son to make that road; Jesus had to give His life to make your road to Heaven. What a beautiful road it is! This beautiful road is paved with the deepest love that can be found in time or eternity; the deepest love, the greatest love, the strongest love, the most beautiful love.

Through Joseph, God made a beautiful way for Jacob and his entire family. Years after his brothers with great cruelty had sold Joseph into slavery, they came to him in Egypt seeking food, not knowing who he was. When he identified himself to them, he merely said, God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. (Genesis 45:7). Joseph was humble, yielded to the Lord. In spite of many grueling, trying hours, he stayed on that beautiful road God had planned for him. Always the devil tried to get him to backslide, to destroy him, to discourage him; but Joseph had a faith that could not be shaken. That’s the same divine faith the Bride has in this final hour, saith the Lord, the same faith, the same humility.

Joseph trusted completely in the Lord. When you think of the faithful love and forgiveness of Joseph, you think of Jesus. Joseph had a personality much like the loving, forgiving personality Jesus displayed when He walked among men.

Carried On Eagles’ Wings

It was a beautiful way God had made for Israel. Although they had failed Him in the past, God did His best, using signs, wonders, miracles and healings to gather them to Himself. God today is moving for the Bride in much the same way. Gathered in arms of love, the Bride knows the Lord will do anything for her. Had Israel stayed in the arms of God’s love, nothing could have overcome them; not enough devils could have been set loose on planet Earth to defeat the nation of Israel had they stayed faithful to God. God proved by all His signs and wonders that He was ready to do anything for them. He had gathered Israel to His heart, and then like an eagle beareth her young, He brought them out of Egyptian bondage on eagles’ wings. I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself (Exodus 19:4), the Lord told them.

Right through the Red Sea, God made a beautiful highway for the Children of Israel. And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left (Exodus 14:21,22). Three or four million people walking through the Red Sea on dry ground—what a beautiful highway! God planned a beautiful way for the Children of Israel right through the wilderness. In only eleven days they could have gone straight into the land of Canaan had they obeyed Him. But they looked at the opposition instead of looking to God.

Not everyone can walk this beautiful road to Heaven; the unclean can’t walk it. If they try it, they’ll find judgment like Pharaoh found it when the waters closed in to drown his magnificent army.

God has made a beautiful way for you to go to Heaven, but if you don’t obey Him, you’ll be shut out. The devil wants people to think that Heaven is so far away they have plenty of time to get ready, but it could be as near as their next breath.

Don’t look at the devil’s works; don’t look at the impossibilities; the Lord can turn impossibilities into possibilities. That’s the beautiful way of God, the beautiful way He works in our lives. It’s time for us to receive from the hand of God. Too often we’ve been overwhelmed with the devil’s disappointments, the devil’s battles in our minds; but now in this hour it’s time to be overwhelmed with the greatness of God.

An Undesirable Meal

In a beautiful way God moved for Daniel. It didn’t look beautiful at first: Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee. Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever. My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me (Daniel 6:16,19-22).

Is that a beautiful way? If I were in the lions’ den and the Lord wouldn’t let the lions eat me, I’d call it beautiful. In a voice of rejoicing, I’d cry out like Daniel did: O king, live for ever! My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths! When God is right there to sweep you up in His arms and protect you with His shield of faith and love, it’s beautiful living.

Daniel’s enemies were eager to hear the news of his death; they didn’t dream they were the ones to meet their death in the den of lions. And the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den (Daniel 6:24). Those lions were hungry. Looking at Daniel, they decided he would not make a desirable meal. No, Daniel was polished with God’s beauty, the beauty of God for His people.

How Great Is Heaven’s Protection!

The Hebrew boys because they wouldn’t worship a golden image were thrown into a fiery furnace heated seven times hotter than usual. But what a beautiful scene was their deliverance! Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God (Daniel 3:24,25). Outside the fiery furnace, the world was ruthless, the languages, the words spoken, ugly. But inside the fiery furnace under God’s protection, it was a different story; only the love language was heard. Wouldn’t you like to know what the Lord told the Hebrew boys while they were in the furnace? Perhaps in Heaven you can ask what was said that day.

Recognize the beauty of the Lord inside the fiery furnace. His protection is beautiful, His strength is beautiful, His power is beautiful, His courage for us is beautiful, and His arms around us are beautiful. The Lord wants you to know, Bride of Christ, that you’re never alone; He’ll be with you all the way.

God has made you who are born again a joint-heir with Christ. Why should you grumble and complain? Why should you be disappointed traveling this beautiful road? God can supply your needs as you journey on with Him.

A Light That No Darkness Can Dim

Jesus is your way-maker in every situation if you trust Him. He’s trusting you to help in whatever way you can to take His Gospel to the ends of the earth. He’s trusting you to keep your whole trust in Him, trusting you to unload all despair, to serve joy and peace to everyone you come in contact with, and to not live by your feelings. That glorious light that came made it possible for every man, every woman, every boy and every girl to live in the faith of God. The just shall live by faith (Hebrews 10:38).

Every human being can be justified in the eyes of Heaven who wants to be, free of all condemnation. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit (Romans 8:1). Everyone who wants to be holy like the first Adam that God made can be holy. How wonderful that Jesus made the way!

A Redeemer Would Come

How long Adam and Eve lived holy before God we don’t know, but then sin entered; they were cast out of the presence of God, cast out of Eden to never find their way back. There was no light, no highway into Eden, not even a path. No, the gate wouldn’t crack to shed a little light, to give a small hope. Man longed to get back into Eden. How many promises did Adam and Eve make God trying to return? We don’t know. Their promises were futile; man needed a Savior, a Redeemer. Man who had been made by divinity in the image of God, now found his divine image was destroyed. His human blood contaminated with sin, he couldn’t walk the beautiful highway of God, couldn’t hold God’s hands, couldn’t communicate with Him. Without the shedding of blood, divine blood, man had no life, no help; for the life is in the blood. And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission (Hebrews 9:22).

God can’t look upon sin; He loves the sinner, but He despises sin. Full of hate, envy and strife, man in the Old Testament days had no way back to God’s grace. Moses, however, had light on redemption; it shined a little bit, but didn’t give enough light. The prophets talked about it, told of a Redeemer, a Savior who would come. Isaiah said, His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). Still it wasn’t enough. Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel (Isaiah 7:14). Isaiah told how a virgin would be with child, a child of the Holy Ghost; but until that Child came, man was in darkness, darkness, darkness, in slavery to the devil. Again and again people failed, turned to idol gods. No matter what God did to take away the darkness and give them light, they soon destroyed it. Peace and love were gone. What darkness, what darkness!

Then after hundreds of years it appeared, the Star that penetrated all darkness, God’s Gospel light: the eternal Jesus star. No more night for those who would accept His guiding light; they would always have light, no matter the night. The earth that had been frozen with hatred, distrust, anger, strife, wars, and death, suddenly became warm; even the flowers were rejoicing, the birds singing. Never had the shepherds seen such light. It was the light that brings sight. I assure you, every blind person who raised his face in faith to that star in the heavens really got to see it. What a night for the human race! We don’t know all that happened on that wonderful night to remember, but we do know that mankind was given life, given an opportunity to walk the beautiful highway to Heaven. When the Light finally came after all those hundreds of years, it shone so beautifully that it lit the whole earth. Divine blood was on planet Earth once more. Divine blood flowed in a human body the way God had intended it to flow in the beginning of the human race. The Messiah had come, our Redeemer, our Rock of Salvation. Think of the miracles, the healings that must have taken place! He was their highway to Heaven, but for the most part, His own knew it not; many would not accept Him.

I am the way (John 14:6), Jesus said. His light was shining brightly when He walked the shores of Galilee. He was such a wonderful sight that His disciples thought He would set up His kingdom here on Earth. Then came the Crucifixion. It seemed the light had gone out; everything became dark. Even God turned away from such a terrible sight. The earth began to shake, the thunder roared. God was angry, angry at the devil for what he had done to the human race, angry that He had to give His only begotten Son to redeem the man and woman He had made. But with the Resurrection it became clear that Jesus had conquered death, hell and the grave. The light blazed out brighter than ever, and the light still shineth today, lighting up the great beautiful highway to a Mount Calvary where everyone can find the Crucified One; everyone can find the divine blood. It’s a beautiful way, a wonderful way.

The Comforter Had Come

The life that Jesus had lived before the disciples was their example the rest of their days. By patterning their lives after His life, they couldn’t go wrong. They had watched Jesus out of sight as He ascended into Heaven; they knew He had made it. He’d finished the beautiful way to Glory. The disciples found the way to be brand-new; they had a new story to tell, a new life to go with it.

When you come to Jesus, you become a brand-new you. The old self is buried deep so it should never influence you again. Check your new self daily. Has the old self influenced you in any way? Have you been drawn to the old self? Study the books of Ephesians and Colossians that describe the old self and what it includes. Are you going back into that old self? Do you carry any grudges, malice, envy or strife? Do you keep the love bridle on all the time? If not, the old self is influencing you from the grave. You might have buried self, but if you’re being influenced by it from the grave, you’re in deep, deep trouble.

The great message Jesus brought grew and grew. Crucified, resurrected, Jesus commanded His followers to receive the Holy Ghost, and then He ascended back into Heaven. In obedience they hurried back to Jerusalem to receive this precious gift. In the Upper Room on the Day of Pentecost the Holy Ghost fell, and the disciples felt the joy of righteousness in the Holy Ghost for the first time. Oh, the joy and peace of the Comforter on this beautiful way of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! The Church began at Pentecost.

For thirty-three years—the beginning of the Church—what light shone! The Church was on that highway of holiness. But the devil kept trying to get them to detour, to compromise a little here, a little there. At first they didn’t listen, but then more and more of that glorious light began to dim until it went out almost completely.

Never compromise with anything on this road; don’t spend time talking to the devil, listening to him or debating with him. Walk straight down God’s beautiful way without doubt, without fear.

Be sure of your way in the Lord, sure of every step; the Lord has enlarged those steps for you. He’s enlarged your way with grace, power and strength. The knowledge of God ever increasing in your life as you let the Holy Spirit take center stage daily will show you what to do with God’s anointings, what worth they are to you and how they will work. No one can tell you more about God’s anointings than the Holy Spirit Himself. In your prayers, fastings and living in the Word, the Holy Spirit will have no trouble using you when you are yielded one hundred percent to the will of God. Father, not my will, but thine be done, will be in your spirit every moment, every second that you have left from here to the Rapture. How wonderful and how beautiful such obedience is in the eyes of God!

You won’t doubt God when you know you are in His divine will. All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28). In this final hour, the call of God is upon you. The hope, strength, greatness, love, peace, gentleness, kindness and goodness of God are yours. Through His gentle touch, His gentle love, His gentle thoughtfulness, He will make you great in His sight—not in man’s sight.

Paul wasn’t great in the eyes of people of his day. No, he was anything but great. Before Paul walked this beautiful road, he was the admiration of people, I’m sure; but that all ended with his conversion. Festus told him, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad (Acts 26:24). Paul wasn’t mad; he had found the right mind, the mind of Eden. He had the mind that God had intended every man, every woman, every boy and girl to have. To each one of us, Jesus made available that mind and all that would go into it; and it’s still available today.

You Must Have Jesus

One day when the Lord visited me, He told me over forty different things that made up the mind of Jesus, and we can have them all. The Bible tells us to take on the mind of Christ. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5). Search the Holy Scriptures; it’s all there; it’s all promised, and it’s all ours! We’re joint-heirs with Him.

Don’t fear the darkness coming upon the earth; we have light that even the darkness of the kingdom of the devil can’t dim. If you carry this Gospel light, you have it everywhere you go. In your prayer chamber, when you open the Word of God, you have the light. The light of God will shine brightly for you as you go into the Scriptures, showing you the way, directing your paths; the Lord won’t let you lose the way. Because of the Jesus-light, man is able to come out of darkness, able to find happiness, peace and joy.

You must enjoy peace if you’re going to share it. Receive happiness, live happiness; be happy in Jesus. Don’t look at loved ones who have failed you; look to the dearest friend you’ve ever had, and His name is Jesus. Jesus has never failed you, and He never will. Every step of the way, He will be with you. You can get along without anybody else but Jesus; He is a must, your highway to Heaven. He is your greatness, power, knowledge, wisdom; He is the strength of Heaven. Everything that Heaven consists of, you have through the blood of Jesus Christ.

God is not afar off; you can reach out and touch the Lord any time; through the blood, put your hand in His in a special way.

You who are born again belong to the family of God; you’re not an orphan. In grace, you have Jesus Christ; and in Jesus Christ you are a son or a daughter of God the Father. Saved by grace, you have divine blood flowing within.

Come to Jesus as you are; come in your rags of sin; come in your awful condition. Come and be made a new creature in the image of God: Come, come, come! The Lord delights so much in you as a new creature that you’re going to be caught up into Heaven one of these days. You’re on your way, walking this great beautiful highway, the way to Calvary, the way out of sin at last. Never will there be a greater highway than the beautiful way of salvation.

God put all His grace, love, joy, peace and forgiveness, and His whole heart into this one beautiful road. We must take the Gospel to all nations, show them this highway of holiness. The Lord is the way-maker for man, making the way of eternal life, eternal light.

The Lord Is Your Shepherd

How do you walk with God as the first man walked? In love and grace in perfection, in perfect step with God. In perfect wisdom, perfect knowledge and perfect speech, speak the love language. James said, If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body (James 3:2). The last thing to be tamed is the tongue. The way of Eden is a way with the fruits of the Spirit, with all the joy and love of Heaven.

In the Psalms, David painted a glorious picture of this beautiful way: The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever (Psalm 23:1-6). David didn’t know the Shepherd Jesus when he wrote the twenty-third Psalm. He didn’t know the Great One who would bring salvation; he had never walked with Him as the disciples walked. Nevertheless, his Psalms make Jesus real to us today, Jesus our Savior, our Shepherd. With Jesus we shall not want. He leadeth us beside still waters; He takes us into the green pastures of beauty and feeds us there. Our cup runs over with the greatness of Him so that we can serve the nations, and He’ll keep our cups running over because He is our Shepherd.

Claim the promises of the twenty-third Psalm—what a beautiful way! Always remember that the Lord is your Shepherd. Decide you will be guided by Him and will not wander off from His fold. Go forth with Him anywhere to rescue the little lost lambs, rescue everyone out in the cold who can be found—who wants to be found. For the Lord to find someone who doesn’t want to be found is no finding at all; they must desire to be found.

Freedom on the Beautiful Road

Man has the way to be free from sin at last. Imagine the wonder of the first disciples when they knew they were free. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed (John 8:36).

Jesus said, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:31,32). If you continue in my Word, Jesus is saying, you’ll be all right. If you continue in my Word, you’ll know the truth, you’ll know who I am. You’ll know me in wisdom, knowledge, love, joy, peace, strength and power over the devil; and you will be free. You will be free with power to stay free. Jesus saith…I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6).

The meek will he teach his way (Psalm 25:9). If you’re humble before the Lord, He will teach you His way. You’ll never have to worry about the way to Heaven; He will show you the way daily. His way is straight, straight, straight. The Lord will give you power to keep going His way even when you don’t understand. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts (Isaiah 55:8,9).

Be an example of God’s love, an example of God’s peace. Seek His ways daily; delight always in His ways. Know in whom you’ve believed, and you will know that He will keep you safe in Him.

Jesus is the beautiful way to the throne of God, to the home of many mansions, and the streets of gold in a land of no tears. Eternal health, eternal joy, eternal peace, eternal gladness, eternal everything good awaits you there. The joy, peace, hope and gladness of God will be yours; and in His strength you will go forward on the beautiful way.

Hold your head up high in the grace of God, looking for Jesus to come because one day He will appear. He’s coming for those who are watching, and the Bride is watching now. Thank God for Jesus, I say!

It’s wonderful to know the Lord, to worship Him in Spirit and in truth, to feel the touch of the Master’s hand, to be alive on planet Earth today. Praise God forevermore! We’re here to do the whole will of God. We’re here to win everybody we can, our lost as well as the lost throughout the whole world. Our vision is God’s vision for all humanity, all races to come into the fold. It’s a beautiful highway of love, grace, and salvation, and there’s plenty of room for all. It’s a highway the Lord planned just for you, the beautiful way into all the greatness of God in this last and final hour.

Today is the day of salvation. If you are not ready to meet God, you can be. Cry out to God, ask Him to forgive you of your sins and to come into your heart. Say, Oh, God! Save my soul! I’m so sorry I sinned against you, but I have come home. I’m going to serve you the rest of my life. I believe Jesus died for me, and I believe that through His shed blood I will be set free from all my sins right now. Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in!

If you meant that prayer, He has come. If you meant it, He is yours.

You who need healing, the Lord has it for you. The Bible says that the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). God is the healer; I am His believer. There is no disease or affliction too hard for the Lord to heal. Jesus said, If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it (John 14:14). If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23). All things are possible, and that covers your case.

Lord, I bring the sick and afflicted to you. I bring the little children, those who are crippled, those who were born with just part of a brain. You’ve healed these conditions again and again in others, and God, you are no respecter of persons. What you do for one, you will do for others. You’ve brought complete deliverance to those who had no hope. Lord, heal the cancer victims, the heart patients, those who are suffering from AIDS, those who are paralyzed. Let your power flow now from your gift of miracles in the divine blood name of your Son Jesus. Heal! Heal in the mighty, mighty name of the Lord!

Watch daily for improvements and rejoice. Then write and tell me what God did for you.
