Jesus said, And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me (John 12:32). Jesus will draw people with Heaven’s great love, great faith, great peace and miraculous, divine hope.

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up (James 4:10). What a wonderful promise this is! Jesus brought divinity for us to use. In Peter’s writing we find: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (II Peter 1:4). We’ve been made partakers of the divine nature of Jesus, and it’s one hundred percent divinity.

In the beginning, man and woman were created in Eden with the divine nature; they had no sin in them. Although the Lord had created them out of clay, divine blood flowed in their veins; and God intended them to live forever. They were never to grow old or to have any sickness or disease in their bodies. Those things did not come from God.

The Soul That Sinneth Shall Die!

God warned Adam and Eve to stay away from the tree of death. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die (Genesis 2:16,17). In the very beginning, that was the message from God to His man and woman; and it’s still God’s message to all people on earth today: The soul that sinneth, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:20).

When Adam and Eve went to the tree of death, they lost their divine connection to God. The Lord had warned them about that tree, but He didn’t take it out of the Garden. He didn’t want man and woman to be like robots and serve Him because they had no other choice; He wanted man and woman to serve Him because they loved Him.

God showed Adam and Eve great love. He would come down in the cool of the day to walk and talk with them; but when they sinned, their hands were removed from God’s hands and put into the devil’s hands. Since that time, multitudes of people have followed their sinful steps.

Go and Sin No More

Jesus came to make it possible for us to live free of the Adamic nature that had formed when sin was found in Eden. People have carried the Adamic nature for thousands of years, and only the divine blood from Heaven can destroy that sinful nature in men and women.

With divine blood, the voice from Heaven was warning people to go and sin no more. Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee (John 5:14). Jesus never told anyone to do something he or she couldn’t do. Those who took divine blood into their souls were freed from that Adamic nature and were able to live free from sin.

Jesus Committed No Sin

The New Testament is God’s will for us; and it proclaims deliverance from all sin. When you’re born new, you take on the divine nature of Jesus. Although Jesus came to earth in the form of flesh, He had no sin. Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth (I Peter 2:22).

Jesus came to lift fallen men and women out of the jaws of the devil; He came to set their feet on the solid rock, which is Christ Himself. They had to have a firm foundation for holy living so that no matter how ferocious the storms of life became, they would stand. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it (Matthew 7:24-27). Never would man have to build on sand; he would have the opportunity to build on solid rock and be safe through the mighty powers of Heaven as long as he kept his feet on that firm foundation.

Jesus had come, and it was wonderful! Unfortunately, most people didn’t realize who He really was, and it’s still the same today; many people don’t know the true Christ. But they could know Him; it’s whosoever will, let him come. And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me (Mark 8:34).

Eternal Life Is Conditional

When people humble themselves in the divine humility that Jesus brought, they are raised right up out of the depths of sin and degradation. They’re given eternal life just like the first Adam and Eve were given before they lost it through sin.

Always remember that even though you receive a born-again experience, eternal life is conditional. You have to serve the Lord and stay free from sin. For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation (Hebrews 10:26,27). If you commit willful sin, you no longer have the promise of eternal life in Heaven; and you no longer have that wonderful nature of Jesus because that nature does not commit sin. The divine nature is holy and pure, and Jesus brought it to earth for you and me; but to have it, you must be born again and stay away from all sin.

Godly Sorrow

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9). You will be saved if you believe and come to the Lord with godly sorrow; and only with that kind of deep, deep sorrow will you find forgiveness. The Holy Spirit will bring conviction in such a mighty way that you will be as sorry for your sins as God is that you committed them. Godly sorrow works to bring about salvation.

God’s great lift will take you out of sin, degradation and everything unclean and into the righteousness, purity and holiness of God. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God (Matthew 5:8). You are a blessing to Heaven when you’re born again. The Lord then continues to lift you into the holy, sanctified life that He brought to earth. Thank God Almighty that you have the holiness of Heaven to take you the rest of the journey.

It Is Finished

When Jesus cried from the Cross, It is finished (John 19:30), He meant that the plan of redemption was finished for soul, mind and body. He wasn’t saying that His life was finished as some people claim. No, He was saying that the Father’s plan for mankind was accomplished, and it’s all yours if you will accept it.

Jesus brought grace from Heaven for all, and everyone can have the favor of God by using that grace. We must humble ourselves and bring our spirits under subjection to the Holy Spirit of grace, love, strength, power, hope, courage and determination; and it can all be ours.

Don’t let your heart be troubled about these things. Worry never adds to anything; it just takes away. Know in whom you have believed as Paul declared. For I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day (II Timothy 1:12). Paul knew that Jesus was his victory, and we must know it, too. Don’t look at defeat; there is no defeat in Jesus Christ. I’ve seen Him come forth through awful storms of testing and trials, and He always brings victory for us.

We Have God’s Favor

Jesus brought faith that brings the favor of God to us at all times. If we will use that faith, we will have that favor. The Only Begotten had perfect favor with the Father. He pleased Him in every way, and He brought what we need to always please the heavenly Father, too. He brought divine faith, divine blood and divine deliverance; He brought everything we need to be able to walk the heavenly walk right here on earth.

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name (Philippians 2:8,9). Jesus took on the fashion of a man, but He used divinity to show us that it is possible to live the Jesus life. All you need to do is put your trust in Him. Why worry when you know you can have victory over all? When you have Jesus, you will have freedom and liberty; and they will show forth as you yield to and let the Lord move for you. He will lead you and guide you by His mighty Holy Spirit whom He has sent to do this great work. It’s wonderful indeed!

Divine Joy and Peace

Jesus lifted people up when He was here on earth, and He is still lifting them up today into Heaven’s great joy. There had been very little real joy on planet Earth until Jesus came, but unspeakable joy flowed through people when they received His salvation. Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls (I Peter 1:8,9).

Jesus also brought great peace, and He lifted man and woman out of despair and right into His peace that passeth all understanding. For thousands of years outside of Eden, people had known very little peace; but now all who will take Jesus into their hearts can find His wonderful peace. Jesus lifted everyone who would let Him into great, divine peace. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27). Let the Lord lift you out of oppression, depression and despair and out of the pain of sorrow and heartache. He is the healing Christ.

Jesus Lifts People from the Darkness of the Devil

When I travel to the nations, I see faces void of expression and happiness. My heart aches for the people, but I know deliverance will come if they allow Jesus to lift them out of witchcraft, voodooism and all the other darknesses of the devil. They hear the truth as we take Jesus to them. It’s truth that can set them free from all the hurt in their souls, minds and bodies. I see the people without hope, and then I see them as hope begins to brighten their faces. It’s fantastic to see the Lord lift them up and make them new creations! The Jesus-lift of creative and re-creative power is magnificent; it regenerates and makes people brand new! It’s wonderful to behold the great lift, and those who have traveled with me have witnessed it again and again. They have seen Jesus raise up the sick from their deathbeds, deliver the unsaved and set the multitudes free from eternal damnation.

We find happiness when we return to a country the following year. The opening night service always electrifies all of us as people full of real life and Jesus’ joy receive us with open arms of love and grace, and they bring others with them to receive their deliverance. Many souls have been brought to Jesus through the testimonies of people whom God has healed. Yes, when you get the Lord’s great lift from sin and sickness, you want to tell the world about it.

Divine Wisdom and Knowledge

Jesus lifted people into divine wisdom, and His wisdom is amazing! But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy (James 3:17). If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord (James 1:5-7).

Divine wisdom from the Lord is great indeed, but how many people stop to consider just what God’s wisdom entails? Do they ever consider how pure, gentle, kind and helpful it is?

Divine wisdom brings about divine knowledge, and the Bible is a book full of God’s knowledge. When you read that divine book and you use divine wisdom to take divine knowledge from it, you have an unbelievable resource that will fill your life with goodness, joy and happiness, and one that will guide you in your daily decisions. I love that divine wisdom from on High; I depend on it.

Divine wisdom and knowledge make plain paths for your feet and bring great power to lift you up so you can see the way. Jesus is the way-maker, so let Him lift you up.

God Will Supply All Your Needs

Consider the widow who cast the her mite into the offering. Jesus gave her a great lift. And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living (Mark 12:41-44). That woman who gave her only mite to the Lord is mentioned in God’s Holy Bible. Others gave much, but they’re not mentioned.

The Lord has the great lift of supply for all your needs. But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Imagine what the Lord must have done in the days ahead for that needy woman. How do I know that great things happened to her?—Because I know the promises of God, and I know they’re real. Throughout my sixty-nine years of preaching, I have seen these promises fulfilled in lives thousands and thousands of times. God’s promises are living reality to me.

Open Window Blessings

The Lord has that financial lift for you; He has promised. Hear His voice saying, Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). If you serve Him and are obedient with your finances, He will pour out more than you can use. That’s a great and mighty lift, but many have missed it because they wouldn’t obey the Word concerning their finances.

When you meet the condition of a promise, it is yours. Humble yourself before the Lord; and when you do, He gives you His great gift of divine humility. That humility took Him all the way to Calvary. For the joy that was set before him [Jesus] endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2). Jesus was seeing you at Calvary as He paid the price to give you the opportunity to embrace salvation and be brought from death to life—what a lift!

Divine Faith Is to Be Used

Jesus will lift you up into His great divine faith. He brought it to earth and demonstrated how to use it as very man. He gave that faith to His followers and encouraged them to use it.

Divine faith must be used. Before Pentecost, people used it very little; but after Pentecost, the followers of Jesus had the same power from on High that Jesus had. As they used divine faith, it enabled them to lift up many out of sickness and despair.

When you have divine faith, you can lift people up with Jesus. You’re eager for people to know the wonderful story of Jesus and His great help, and you cry, Come to Jesus! When people humble themselves, the Savior can lift them up into His holy presence, into His forgiveness, and into His salvation. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:4-6).

Faith Brings Victory

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God (I John 5:4,5)? Jesus is our faith, and it’s through Him that we’re overcomers. There’s victory through the blood of the Lamb, Jesus!

Our world is in chaos today and needs deliverance. Jesus came and brought victory; but unfortunately, most people don’t use the victory, faith, love, grace, goodness and mercy that He offers. This world is getting worse all the time, but we who have been born new by the Spirit of God have victory because we have Jesus. We have His faith, love and grace working in our hearts; and we have victory.

Trials Will Come

These are days of severe trials for God’s people; they are going through much. The Lord said His people would really be tested and tried in the last days, but that doesn’t mean that they have failed God. Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy (I Peter 4:12,13). Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ (I Peter 1:6,7).

You may be facing many trials now, but don’t be afraid. Only when fear takes over and stays with you are you in great trouble. Fear will destroy your peace of mind, your health, your spiritual welfare and ultimately you, if you allow it to. In that state, you can’t enjoy or benefit from the Lord’s power, His blessings, or anything else that He paid for on the Cross.

A Table in the Wilderness

Jesus paid for it all, and it’s yours, Child of God. The table is spread. He’s spreading you a great table in the wilderness of this old world, so don’t miss out. Don’t be mistaken about the great table of the Lord. He spread the Israelites a table in the wilderness when they left Egypt, and there were probably millions of them. We have no way of knowing just how many there were, but it was an entire nation. The LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage; Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint; Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end (Deuteronomy 8:14-16). That bread that came down in the wilderness was bread from heaven to feed them. The Lord also clothed them all for forty years; their clothes and their shoes never wore out. And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot (Deuteronomy 29:5).

If God can do that for an entire nation, why should we doubt a table of supply in the wilderness of this old world? When Jesus came, He said, I am that bread of life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world (John 6:48-51). I am the bread that came down from heaven, the bread of life.

Faith Gave the Blind Man Sight

When Jesus walked the earth, He lifted many people out of deep valleys. In Jericho, Jesus met a blind beggar: And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me. And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me. And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee. And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus. And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight. And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way (Mark 10:46-52).

Jesus lifted Bartimaeus up into glorious sight. People had tried to make Bartimaeus be quiet, but they couldn’t. He had been listening to the message of Jesus, and he had divine faith that no one could take away from him.

What a glorious moment it was when Jesus lifted up Bartimaeus, and he was able to see all the beautiful things the Lord had placed here on earth for us. Bartimaeus had never before seen a tree. He had heard birds sing, but he had never seen them, nor had he seen the blue sky above. There was so much he had longed to see, and now it was possible. The Lord had lifted him up into a whole new world.

Lifted into New Life

Jesus was always ready to lift people up. He came to lift all who would yield to the new, born-again life. He came for soul, mind and body and for man to be restored to what the Lord intended him to be. Jesus paid the price for the soul’s redemption; and one day, the body will receive its redemption as well. It will become a glorified body like the one Jesus had after the Resurrection. In the meantime, however, the Lord is here to give people a lift, to make them whole mentally, spiritually and physically.

Jesus met crippled people who had no one to help them, and He would lift them up and give them power to walk. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked (John 5:8,9). What a lift that was! When Jesus lifts people, it not only changes their lives but also their thinking and even the way they talk. Let the Lord lift you up from whatever bondage you may be in.

She Is Not Dead

Jesus met a man who wanted Him to pray for his desperately ill daughter. While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further? As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe. And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James. And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly. And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying. And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise. And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment. And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat (Mark 5:35-43). When the messenger told the father to trouble the Master no more, Jesus looked at the father and said, “Only believe.” Jesus was going to lift the girl out of death. She is not dead; she’s just sleeping!

A lift from the Lord brings great happiness to not only the individual involved but to entire households. There must have been plenty of rejoicing in that home when the young daughter was brought back to life again. The distraught mother thought she was gone forever, but Jesus walked into that house with life and lifted her daughter from death.

Jesus will be the Master of all our seas if we will keep our lives in His hands. We have the same choice that Adam and Eve had—staying in the Master’s hands or going to the tree of death. They made the wrong choice, but I’m asking you to make the right one.

Jesus Is Always on Time

I see Jesus moving toward a household He greatly loved, that of Mary, Martha and Lazarus. Jesus stayed with them often when He came to Jerusalem. They loved it when He visited, and He loved to be there. Then Lazarus grew deathly ill. The sisters prayed and then waited for Jesus to come. When He didn’t arrive, they wondered, Why doesn’t He come? They were so worried about their brother.

But Jesus didn’t come, and Lazarus died. He was in the tomb for four days, and it appeared to everyone that Jesus was too late; but He wasn’t. And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died? Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes (John 11:37-44). Jesus lifted Lazarus out of death. Jesus is always on time to lift people up, and He’ll always be on time for the great lift that you need. Trust Him with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding.

Just a Touch Made Her Whole

And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any, Came behind him [Jesus], and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched (Luke 8:43,44). No doubt this woman had once been wealthy, but she had spent all she had trying to find a cure. Then God’s faith-lift reached out for her, and her faith rose high. She knew that if she could just touch the hem of Jesus’ garment she would be healed. Even in her weakened condition, she still had enough divine faith to press on through the crowd that surrounded Jesus and reach out to touch Him. No doubt she had gotten that divine faith from listening to Him; and immediately after she touched the hem of His garment, healing virtue flowed from the Lord into her, and she was healed.

This is what divine faith can do. It doesn’t matter what other people do or say. People crowded all around Jesus, touching Him and His garment; but chances were that no one else received a miracle by touching His garment that day. Using divine faith made the difference.

Faith is a gift from God given to every one of His children. God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). You could not have received salvation without this measure of faith. When you look to Calvary, the Lord gives you the faith-measure. You hear the salvation message, you accept it, and then you go to Calvary with that measure of faith to be saved.

Hezekiah Wanted to Live

You can have a miracle or deliverance now. The doctors may have told you that you don’t have long to live, but look at King Hezekiah. He was told to set his house in order because he was going to die; but he wanted to live, and the Lord gave him fifteen more years. In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order; for thou shalt die, and not live. Then he turned his face to the wall, and prayed unto the LORD, saying, I beseech thee, O LORD, remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. And it came to pass, afore Isaiah was gone out into the middle court, that the word of the LORD came to him, saying, Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD. And I will add unto thy days fifteen years (II Kings 20:1-6).

Do you want to live? If so, do you have a purpose in living or do you just want to exist? If you want to live and help bring in the lost, tell the Lord about it. It’s wonderful that this victorious Jesus could meet people in such awful conditions and tell them, Thy faith hath made thee whole (Matthew 9:22). He gave them the faith-lift; it was a gift to them, and then He called it their faith. That’s victorious, divine faith, and it comes through the Word. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). As you spend time in the Word of God, your faith will increase and multiply.

Behold the man called Jesus! Behold the One with nail-riven hands! He is the One who lifts fallen, needy humanity. I speak the name of Jesus, and He lifts the blind out of darkness into light and the crippled out of helplessness into wholeness.

God Heals AIDS

We’re traveling to the nations and praying for thousands of people with AIDS. As we give the people the message of Christ, the Lord reaches out to lift them from that awful death disease; and He has healed many AIDS victims through this Jesus ministry. Many were without hope until they heard the message that the healing Christ could lift people trapped in the grips of death into life. Jesus, the tree of life, is within everyone’s reach. Take His wonderful fruit of deliverance and healing for soul, mind and body. Many at death’s door have been healed, and whole families have been delivered from AIDS. I just want to weep as I tell the miracle story of Jesus.

An Unforgettable Scene

In one of my recent crusades, a father carried his little, crippled son into the service and was still holding him when I got to the invalid section. The boy’s eyes were shining as he looked at me; it seemed that he expected to be lifted out of his crippled condition. The great love of the Lord and the gifts of God went into operation, and the Lord lifted that boy up. It was a miracle! His dad was so shocked that he was reluctant to let his son go, but the boy was determined to break away. When he finally did, he not only walked but also ran, jumped and danced. This miraculous scene set the place on fire! The miracle of one little boy meant so much to all of us, and he became our focal point.

Blood Stripes Brought Healing

Healing is the children’s bread; and through Jesus, we have miracles and healings for soul, mind and body. Don’t be discouraged if your deliverance doesn’t come right away. You will be tested and tried, but look at the many things Jesus went through when He was here on earth.

The devil really tried Him in every possible way. He was tried spiritually, and the devil tried his best to destroy Him physically as well. He wanted to destroy our Lord’s great spirit of love and grace as well as His willingness to give His life so sinners could be completely set free. But Jesus stood every test and won the victory for everything you need. It’s all yours to use.

Don’t give up in despair, and don’t ever think that God has forgotten you. He could never forget one of His children any more than He could forget His only begotten Son. That Son died for you and me. He went to the whipping post for our physical healing, and with His blood stripes we are healed! But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

The Lord can never forget the divine blood running down His Son’s back, and He will always remember that miracle of physical healing for us that Jesus paid for at the whipping post. Jesus proved that He had that divine healing power when He was here on earth, and the Bible says He healed all manner of sicknesses and diseases. And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people (Matthew 4:23).

Jesus is victorious over physical diseases. There is no disease or affliction that Jesus didn’t bring the cure for when He brought the divine blood. Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases (Psalm 103:3). And Peter said in his writings: By whose stripes ye were healed (I Peter 2:24). Notice the word were, meaning it’s yours; the work is finished and done.

There is no defeat in Jesus, so why should you expect any? Don’t let the enemy torment your mind with defeat. No matter what kind of condition your body is in, you can come out of it; you can be made whole. You can be delivered and set free by the victory and faith that Jesus brought. The Bible says, And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). The faith that Jesus brought heals the sick; it’s healing, saving, grace faith.

Jesus gave the great gift of love, grace, healing and miracle power. He was the same Jesus who two thousand years ago met the people and asked, Wilt thou be made whole (John 5:6)? He gave people the great faith-lift, and that great, miraculous faith and love have lifted multitudes of people out of sickness and despair and into great victory!

Victory Light

Victory—we sing about it, preach about it, pray for it and believe for it; and it works! The light shineth from heaven upon the faith and love that Jesus brought, and upon you to light up the whole world. It’s the victorious light that can never be defeated; it’s the everlasting light that will shine forever to give eternal life, eternal grace, eternal love, eternal hope, eternal everything good and wonderful for the sons and daughters of God.

Jesus brought victory through His divine blood to make us sons and daughters of God, so we can be in Heaven’s victorious family. You become a son or daughter when you’re born of the Word and of the Spirit. Heaven recognizes you as a member of the family of God just as much as it recognized Jesus to be when He was here on earth. Although Jesus took on a house of clay just like we have, Heaven still recognized Him as a member of the heavenly family of God. We belong to that great family; praise God! It has great benefits, great help and great promises. We’re covered with Heaven’s mighty promises as we sing:

Victory in Jesus,
My Savior forever!

Heaven Is Real

He’s our Savior for all eternity; praise God! We’re shouting victory now, and we’ll be shouting it as we walk down the Avenue of Glory. We’ll shout it as we march around the eternal throne for the first time; and if you get there before I do, make the first round for yourself and then make one for me. To know that you did would be most wonderful!

Heaven is a real and victorious place, and Jesus brought us that reality. He brought the city of God within view, and we have it described in His holy Book. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away (Revelation 21:2-4). Just picture that holy city!

Abraham didn’t have what we now have, but he did have some vision of the holy city; and he was looking for it. For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God (Hebrews 11:10). Abraham didn’t have the crucified Jesus as we have Him or the Cross to shine the light for him, but we have it all! As a born-again child of the King, you have victory in Jesus.

The Word Brings More Faith

Dine on the Word; and as you take in more and more of it, your faith will increase, and you will have greater victories. Every time you dine on the Word, you add divine faith to your life—faith that will help you out of the deepest valleys and enable you to climb the highest mountains. It will give you faith in the darkest nights so you can shout, The light shineth! Thank you, Lord! I’m not afraid! Jesus brought great, divine, perfect love; and it has cast out all my fear. I’m free, thank God Almighty, I’m free! I have victory, and I walk without fear. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear (I John 4:18).

You can be that kind of Jesus person and walk like that when you realize that you have nothing to fear and nothing to worry about. I have Jesus with me, and I’m victorious! He promised He would be with me all the way, and He keeps His promises.

We can say with Paul, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me (Galatians 2:20). That’s a great victory statement! We can make it with all that victory in our spirits, and know that we are winners.

We Are Winners

The world looks upon God’s people as losers; but if they keep looking, they’ll discover that they’re the only real winners on earth today. Are you a winner? If you’re walking with Jesus you are. You’re a winner every day and night that you walk with Jesus. As you look upon Him, you can shout from your heart, There’s no defeat in Christ Jesus! Then you lift up the blood-stained banner a little higher and wave it in glory to God as you march on to trample devils underfoot. You will have victory! You won’t just sing about it; you will have it. Don’t just talk about the Jesus victory; live it. He gave us that victory to live in, dine in, dwell in, pray in, fast in, and have great happiness in. It’s all ours!

Jesus is our victory and our faith. When you have Him, you have the healer and the Savior, the Rose of Sharon, the Lily of the Valley, and the Bright and Morning Star. When you have Him, you know that you’re full of His power and grace and that you have Heaven’s favor. Oh, glory be to God! You know that you walk with angels right here on planet Earth and that they encamp ‘round about you to deliver you and set you free.

Yes, the heavenly breeze is blowing on planet Earth as the Bride of Christ takes her final walk to bring in the harvest. The Bride is carrying victory to those who never knew any; she’s carrying the victory of Heaven’s light to those who have never heard about Jesus, those in the darkest of night. She cries, “The light shineth from Heaven!” Then they behold that light as it comes down on them, and they see the miracles and the greatness of the Lord. The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up (Matthew 4:16).

Victory Hands

As you watch the miracles of the Lord, you will know that you’re victorious. God is performing miracles in abundance in our services, and it’s wonderful to see the hands of victory at work! Jesus had victorious hands when He walked among men, and they’re still victorious hands today. That’s why we see signs, wonders, miracles and healings. They are the same hands that set the captives free, raised the dead, gave sight to the blind and made crippled people to walk. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised (Luke 4:18). Those victorious hands are still doing His mighty works, and they will continue to work for us in a mighty way until Jesus comes; so don’t be afraid. Fear will come, but don’t let it stay. Decide, I have Jesus for this. I have the perfect love of the victorious Christ, and this fear has to go.

Shout the Jesus victory! Sing about it, and read about it in the Word of God. The New Testament is the Will and the Jesus victory for you and me. We have it made! We are joint-heirs with Christ; we’re in the family of God, and we have victory!

A Crown of Life

How wonderful it will be when that great crown of life is placed upon your head. The Bible says that if you are faithful, He will give you the crown of life. Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him (James 1:12).

When that crown is placed upon your head, you’ll know that you will be victorious forevermore. But He has given you faith to know that you can also be victorious now and that eternal life will be yours. When you made it to Calvary, you found the victory that He won for you there—victory in Jesus!

This message never ends; we’ll enjoy victory in the One who lifted us up for all eternity. He will be the only scarred one in Heaven but, doubtless, the most beautiful sight to those who have experienced His great, powerful lift. We will treasure the nail-riven hands that lifted us out of sin and brought us to a glorious Heaven even more than we will treasure the streets of gold, the gates of pearl or the crystal sea. What a wonderful Jesus!

Prayer for Salvation and Healing

Do you need a lift into Jesus’ great arms of deliverance? He can lift you into His arms and set you free from sin and sickness. He can supply your needs if you’ll trust and obey Him.

Oh, Sinner, come to Jesus; you need this Christ! Say the sinners’ prayer with me: Oh, God, save my soul! I’m so sorry that I sinned against you! But I’ve come home. I believe that Jesus died for me, and I believe, precious Lord, that you will lift me out of sin right now! I believe your precious blood washes away all my sins! Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in!

If you meant that prayer, Jesus is yours; you’ve been lifted from death into eternal life.

If you have an affliction that you can’t believe God will heal, trust Him and decide that He will give you that lift into divine courage and divine hope. The Bible says Jesus is the healer; and if you believe His Word, you’ll be able to tell others that the Lord lifted you out of your sickness or your disease.

You who are sick, you with AIDS, you who have children dying with AIDS: The Lord is ready to heal you and your children if you meant that prayer and will serve God. You must serve Him. He heals people for His glory, and I’m a witness of that. These gifts in my life are divine gifts from Heaven; the Holy Spirit operates them, and the Lord gets all the honor and glory.

Lord, here they are. You have given this servant the divine blood to use to cure the people, and you told me to use it on those who have HIV/AIDS. Lord, the divine blood is their help right now. Help them to yield to you so you can lift them out of death into life. And, Lord, heal all those who are suffering from other diseases and afflictions: cancer, heart trouble, arthritis, diabetes, or anything else that has them bound. Heal! in the blood name of Jesus! Heal! in the holy name of the Lord. Heal all death diseases, Lord; lift the people out with your mighty healing power!

Take your miracle, and remember to serve the Lord. When you let the Lord move for you, you will have one of the greatest times of your life, one you will never forget. The Lord is seeking to move with the mighty deepness of His Spirit into the hearts of people. Let the Lord lift you up; and as He does, divine hope will be born within your spirit.

I am just a witness to God’s miracle, healing and delivering power that will set those in bondage absolutely free. To God be all the honor, praise and glory. My soul doth magnify His holy name!

May Heaven smile upon you with approval the rest of your journey here on earth. Serve Him in holiness and righteousness, and victory will be yours. Jesus never fails! God Bless.
