Knowledge Has Increased

God was prophesying to Daniel of things to come; and He said, But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased (Daniel 12:4). God told Daniel to seal up that prophecy; but in this last hour, God’s prophecies have been opened for us to understand. This message will open your eyes to this and help you to clearly see what is happening on Earth now. God can shut up knowledge, or He can allow it to be brought forth, and now is the time for it to be brought forth.
The increase of knowledge on Earth has been an increase to man but not to God. God’s knowledge has always been full and complete—nothing can be added to it or increase it. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past (Ecclesiastes 3:15).
There is no new knowledge today; it just seems new because God is allowing man to tap into knowledge that He has possessed all along. The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there anything whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us (Ecclesiastes 1:9,10).
Smartphones, laptops, tablets and all such devices are end-time signs. Those things didn’t come from man’s knowledge; God told me they came only from Him, but people are not giving Him the credit for them. Shall any teach God knowledge? seeing he judgeth those that are high (Job 21:22).
Man has taken the credit for many things when God is really the one who is giving him the knowledge, and God wants the world to know it. O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out (Romans 11:33)! No one can go beyond God’s knowledge.
God is the one who gave the Children of Israel the knowledge they needed to build the tabernacle because they certainly did not have it without Him. God told Moses, And I have filled him [a certain man of the tribe of Judah] with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship…and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee; The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle (Exodus 31:3–7).
God must have things His way today, too, and He is using His children to bring them about; but to be used, you must spend time with God. Study to be quiet (I Thessalonians 4:11). In His presence is where you will receive what you need, and your eyes will be opened to all God is doing.
God Knows All
In an April 2013 article from Industry Tap into News, Buckminister Fuller created the “Knowledge Doubling Curve.” He noted that up until 1900, human knowledge doubled approximately every century. By the end of World War II, knowledge was doubling every 25 years. Today, things are no longer that simple because different types of knowledge have different rates of growth. For example, nanotechnology is doubling every two years, and clinical knowledge every 18 months; but on average, human knowledge is doubling every 13 months. According to IBM, the build out of the “internet of things” will lead to the doubling of knowledge every 12 hours.
God has allowed man to tap into His knowledge of storing vast amounts of information in a very small space; but for thousands of years, God has already been storing millions of people’s names in the palms of His hands. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me (Isaiah 49:16).
God already has the ability to see more than the natural eye can see and to know things that the human mind never could. The Bible tells us, But the very hairs of your head are all numbered [by God] (Matthew 10:30). He [God] telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite (Psalm 147:4,5).
We think it is amazing to be able to search the Internet and get all kinds of information about people, places and things; but God has always been able to search out those things. He can see throughout the whole Earth, and He has knowledge of all things. For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him (II Chronicles 16:9).
With just a glance, God can see everybody at one time and know what is in their hearts. The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good (Proverbs 15:3). God sees everything and everyone. The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth (Psalm 33:13,14).
God Knows Your Heart
God and His great knowledge can search out the secrets of every heart. He knows every little thing about each one of us. Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart (Psalm 44:21). Daniel said, Blessed be the name of God forever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him (Daniel 2:20,22). You can’t hide anything from God.
God knows what you need even before you ask. For your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him (Matthew 6:8). However, you still have to ask because that shows faith. The Bible says, Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God (Philippians 4:6).
God wants you to trust in Him completely, and every step you take must be in step with Him. You must walk like Jesus, talk like Jesus and act like Jesus. Never give people your opinions; wait on God and ask yourself, “What would Jesus say?” Then the Holy Spirit will let you know what He would say.
When you stay in step with Jesus, it will bring billions into the Kingdom; and thus saith the Lord, we don’t have many more steps to make. We are definitely at the time of the end because knowledge is increasing so much, and God is opening up everything to us.
Thousands of years have passed since Adam and Eve were in the Garden, but knowledge has never increased in any great way until recently. Just within the past 20 years alone, the increase in knowledge has exploded so rapidly that many cannot keep up with all the technical advances being made; but God is allowing the increase for a reason—to get the Gospel to the ends of the Earth before Jesus returns.
In Paul’s day, it took months or even years for him to complete just one missionary journey; but knowledge has now increased so greatly that the Gospel can go forth to the world in a matter of moments with very little cost; and that is God’s plan. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14).
Through Ernest Angley World Radio, we now have a voice that reaches the whole world. Millions of people in nations throughout the Earth are hearing the truth and being given a chance to accept Christ, and honest hearts will come to Jesus.
A Pouring-Out Time
At this time, God is pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh; and His children are receiving God’s increase. But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my [Holy] Spirit; and they shall prophesy [preach] (Acts 2:16–18). The Holy Ghost is showing us things that we would never know without Him.
And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come (Acts 2:19,20). The “notable day of the Lord” is when Jesus comes to fight the Battle of Armageddon, His third coming to Earth.
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved (Acts 2:21). We are in that time now. In the past, when somebody reached 80 or 90 years old, it was difficult to get them saved; but now, it is very different. Older people are getting right with the Lord all the time.
We have heard many stories of people who were dying without God, but a child of God went to see them and said the sinner’s prayer in their ears. Doctors say that hearing is the last faculty to go; so even though people may seem to be unconscious, they can hear that prayer. Then they will blink their eyes, move their hands or give some other sign that they did give their heart to the Lord. God is so wonderful!
The Holy Ghost Is the Teacher
God is making all knowledge available to us today; but you must recognize what God has for you, receive it and then use it. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual (I Corinthians 2:12,13).
The outpouring of the Spirit upon all flesh is of utmost importance because it is the Holy Spirit who teaches, leads and guides us into all truth. Most people on Earth today don’t understand the things of God because they don’t have the spiritual teacher living within. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned (I Corinthians 2:14).
Without the increase of the Holy Spirit in your life, you will not serve the deep things of God; and that is what people need. But God hath revealed them unto us by his [Holy] Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God (I Corinthians 2:10). Only the Holy Spirit can reveal divinity to us. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God [when the Spirit is in him] (I Corinthians 2:11).
The Holy Spirit reveals things to us through the Word, but you have to study it. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15). Some of you will say you can’t understand the Word, and then you let the enemy rob you. You may continue reading through chapter after chapter, but that won’t work unless you are taking in what you are reading. The Holy Ghost will teach you the Word in a way that you can understand; but you have to take time with it and digest it, knowing that each word is with power.
Glorify God in All
Although man has taken much of the glory for the increase in knowledge, we know that it would not have come if God had not allowed it; and He has allowed this increase for the sole purpose of helping us in this final sweep of the Gospel. That is why we must be careful to use all the increases of knowledge for His honor and glory.
When Solomon asked for wisdom and knowledge, God granted his desire and gave him even more because He trusted him and because Solomon wanted to use those things for God’s honor and glory. Solomon told God, Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great? And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king: Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like (II Chronicles 1:10–12).
People came from all over the world to receive God’s wisdom and knowledge from Solomon; but later, he let the devil get in, and he failed. He took many foreign wives and concubines which God had told him not to do because God knew they would turn his heart after their idol gods. But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh [the daughter of the devil], women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites; Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love. And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his [foreign] wives turned away his heart (I Kings 11:1–3). How ridiculous! Solomon never could have fulfilled the desires of all those women.
And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice. And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded. Wherefore the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant (I Kings 11:9–11).
If Solomon, with all that wisdom and knowledge from God, failed Him and backslid, we must all take heed. Think about how grieved God must have been, and we have no record that Solomon ever got right with God.
Resist the Devil
Beware that anything God gives you to bring life, the devil can use to bring death; and there have been many spiritual deaths through the increase in technology. That is why you must be so careful to use this increase in knowledge wisely and never let any part of it draw you away from the true foundation—the Word of the living God.
We must work hand in hand with the Lord until Jesus comes and receives the fruit of this Latter Rain we are now in. Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain (James 5:7).
We have everything within our reach that we need to evangelize the over seven billion people living on Earth today, and the hand of the Lord is upon us to give us all the strength we need to do that. Never let the devil distract you or say even one word to you. You have Heaven’s greatest weapon, the divine blood; and you can spray the devil and his demons with that blood any time. They can’t stand the blood because it burns them just like fire burns our skin.
Revelation tells us that just one angel with one chain of blood will cast the devil into the bottomless pit for 1000 years. And I [John the Revelator] saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain [of blood] in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years (Revelation 20:1,2).
Prophecies of Knowledge
Study the 38th and 39th chapters of Job, and you will see God’s infinite wisdom and knowledge; and He is the one who puts that knowledge into the hearts of men. God asked Job, Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? or who hath given understanding to the heart (Job 38:36)?
When God asked Job about sending lightnings, He was no doubt talking about electricity. Canst thou send lightnings, that they may go, and say unto thee, Here we are (Job 38:35)? God allowed man to tap into that knowledge many, many years later.
When the Old Testament prophets told of things to come, it was God prophesying through them; and even the prophets themselves did not understand the full meaning of what God was saying or foretelling. For instance, Nahum, one of the minor prophets, told of automobiles long before they ever came about. The chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall justle one against another in the broad ways: they shall seem like torches, they shall run like the lightnings (Nahum 2:4). Of course, Nahum didn’t call them automobiles; he used things he knew about in his day to describe them, and that is why he called them chariots. That prophecy has now been fulfilled.
The prophet Isaiah told that his people would return to their own land by airplane, but even Isaiah did not understand what he actually saw in the sky. Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side. Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows? Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee (Isaiah 60:4,8,9).
In the past, news traveled by horseback; but now, it travels across the whole world in minutes. That is how people all over the world will see God’s two witnesses lying dead in the street. And when they [the two witnesses] shall have finished their testimony, the beast [the Antichrist] that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves (Revelation 11:7–9).
God will not allow those witnesses to be buried, and wicked people will be rejoicing over their deaths like it is Christmas. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth (Revelation 11:10).
But then God will raise them up, and that will frighten the world. And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them (Revelation 11:11,12).
Use God’s Wisdom Right
The Lord is going to be enlarging our hearts so we can take all of this in. The Psalmist said, I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart (Psalm 119:32). Paul said, O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged (II Corinthians 6:11).
You must have an enlarged heart so it can hold all God wants you to have and serve in this last hour. God even had to enlarge Solomon’s heart so he could hold all the wisdom and knowledge God had given him. And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore (I Kings 4:29).
However, you cannot let this increase in knowledge and your enlarged heart affect you the wrong way. Don’t let these things become an idol to you and turn your heart away from God like Solomon did. Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness. Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way. Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear (Psalm 119:36–38).
There is plenty of increased knowledge on the Internet; some of it is good and some is evil. You must choose that which brings life. You can find plenty of pornography on the Internet, and there are people who will watch it and still claim to be saved and filled with the Holy Ghost; but they are not. They are hypocrites, and they get their satisfaction from the way of the devil.
If you watch any pornography on TV or the Internet, you are not going on the one flight out; and you are just kidding yourself if you think you are. Watching and going along with those who are doing such filth is the same as having intercourse, and you are damning your soul because Jesus is only coming for a spotless Bride. That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:27). Blemishes are so tiny that you would have to use a magnifying glass to see them, but they will keep you out of Heaven.
Make God’s Name Great
God gave Daniel and his men great knowledge and understanding of the king’s visions and dreams. As for these four children [Daniel and the three Hebrew boys], God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. And the king communed with them; and among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore stood they before the king. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm (Daniel 1:17,19,20).
You can have all the knowledge you need and can use if you will look to God and live right. If you don’t, you will crash-land; and it will be an awful wreck. You must use God’s knowledge to make His name great to all people, even among the heathen. For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles…for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts (Malachi 1:11).
How do you make His name great?—with the anointing of God and the truth. You must live in truth and run into it when you need help. There you will find all the strength, healing, knowledge and wisdom you need.
Jesus came saying, Behold, a greater than Solomon is here (Matthew 12:42). And He is saying that to you today, too. Jesus did not fail like Solomon did, and we must not either. We have to take up where Jesus left off and finish His work. Then He will come for His perfect Bride.
Until that great day, members of the bridal company must be willing to pay any price and walk through any valley for Christ’s sake. God will help us through everything we face, and He promised never to leave us or forsake us. For he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee (Hebrews 13:5). He is ours, and we are His.
Wear the Armor of God
Nothing is more important now than being all God wants you to be. It is time to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, and you can only do that by putting on the whole armor of God and never taking it off. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:10,11).
You can only fight spiritual with spiritual. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day (Ephesians 6:12,13). The devil has tried to penetrate God’s armor in many ways, but he has never been able to do it.
What is the armor of God? And having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace (Ephesians 6:13–15). When you do all that God tells you to, you will have the power to stand against anything the devil brings against you; so you have nothing to fear or worry about.
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked (Ephesians 6:16). Not one dart of the devil can penetrate God’s shield of faith.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit [the Holy Ghost], which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints (Ephesians 6:17,18). You cannot pray 24 hours a day, or you would never get God’s work done; but you must always be in the spirit of prayer.
You must be profitable to the Kingdom by obeying God in everything and always doing what He wants you to. You must be able to say as Paul did, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me (Galatians 2:20).
You must have all of God you can get so you can pour His anointing out to the people. God is showing up the devil in a great way, and He will continue to do that more and more. This final revival is going to be something the world has never seen before.
Don’t Be Left Out
Don’t let this time of ever-increasing knowledge pass you by, and don’t let it cause you to be caught up in deceit. Take Jesus as your Savior so you can use God’s knowledge to help finish His work and then go home to Heaven.
Sinner, I bring the living Jesus, the Redeemer and the Savior of mankind to you. You may feel discouraged because you have tried to live for God in the past, and it didn’t work; but God will give you the power and the strength you need to live for Him when you really give your life to Him. He will deliver you and make you a new creature when He moves into your heart.
Oh, Sinner, Backslider, come home now! Say this prayer with me: Oh, God, save my soul! I believe in the blood of Jesus, and I believe it has the power to wash away all of my sins. Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in, Jesus! If you meant that prayer, Jesus is yours. Now, He will live His life through you as you continue to yield to His Spirit, and He delights in doing that.
Divine Power Brings Miracles
God has made it possible for us to have the same power that operated through Jesus when He was on Earth in the form of a man; so if you are sick or afflicted, you can have your miracle. I went to the edge of the grave many years ago, but God gave me a miracle; and it is still good today. God is no respecter of persons, so you can have your miracle, too.
Lord, I bring the sick and afflicted to you. You have healed multitudes of people who were blind, crippled and paralyzed, those who had cancer, AIDS, diabetes, heart trouble and more. You heal all manner of sicknesses and diseases through your mighty gifts of miracles and healing in the power of the Holy Ghost. That power flows in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. Heal, in the name of Jesus! Heal all the sick, afflicted and helpless ones right now. Lord, get them well this day; and we will give you all the honor, the praise and the glory. You are wonderful, Lord, in all of your ways, and your ways are past finding out. We delight in your power from On High being used among people today, and your great works are being performed just like you said they would be.
Now, watch as the Lord gets you well for His name’s sake, and then honor, praise and thank Him for your miracle. The Lord manifested Himself in a great way when there was not one sick person among the Israelites as they left Egypt, and He is manifesting Himself in a great way today, too. The miracles are going to become greater and greater, and they will instill faith in people for Jesus’ soon appearing in midair.
When Jesus returns, He will not come all the way to Earth; He will be suspended in midair and will draw His Bride to Him. Then it will take the power of the Holy Ghost working inside you to change you in a moment so you can rise to meet Him. It will be done according to the power [of the Holy Spirit] that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20). That burst of Holy Ghost power that dwells within the Bride will change her in an instant because it will be the same power by which Jesus ascended into the clouds after He was resurrected.
If you don’t have the Holy Ghost, you had better not sleep another wink until you receive Him. The devil may be fighting you about it, but the Spirit will baptize you when you seek Him with all of your heart. Lift up your hands right now and praise God with the word “glory.” Keep praising Him until the Holy Spirit takes over your tongue and speaks in another language. God bless you today.
