Jesus Is Our Priceless Gift

Christ is all, and in all (Colossians 3:11). Ye are complete in him (Colossians 2:10). If you are not complete in Jesus today, you can be. Everyone can be complete in Christ. That ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God (Colossians 4:12).

The Holy Spirit took Paul beyond just being complete and on into perfection. That is why he could say, Let us go on unto perfection (Hebrews 6:1). Paul was teaching people that they could have perfection in Jesus. He and others around him had possibly reached perfection in Christ, but he was encouraging people to carry the thought in their hearts daily: “Let’s go on to perfection.”

Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount, Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect (Matthew 5:48). That was a new language for the people who were listening to that sermon. Imagine how Christ’s teaching must have affected them. I am sure many thought they could never be perfect and complete in the whole will of God, but in God’s divine will is the only way anyone can be perfect and complete in His eyes; and that divine will is what we must seek.

Jesus is the only one who can take us complete and holy before the Father. He is the only one who can put our hands into the hands of Almighty God, and it is wonderful that He is willing to do just that!

Reason with the Lord

Through the blood of Jesus, you can have forgiveness of all sins for the whole soul. Accept His sacrifice and reason with God about the things of the Lord. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD (Isaiah 1:18). Start reasoning daily with the Lord.

I reason with the Lord concerning the divine blood; and the power of that blood rushes up in my spirit as I say, “The blood, the blood, the blood!” Concentrate on the divine blood, and keep that word ever on your mind and on your tongue. Then it will be easier for you to pray, fast and get what God wants you to have from the Holy Scriptures.

Many people have had little understanding concerning the Holy Scriptures because they did not use the divine blood that is in their souls for their minds, and they did not take from the Word of God what they needed. In this last hour, the Bride will draw from the Word through the blood of Jesus. She will have knowledge, wisdom and divine blood revelations of what the Lord wants from her in this final hour.

Jesus said, He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned (Mark 16:16). Those who will accept the divine blood name of Jesus will be saved. Do you see why the blood is so important?

The Jews believed in the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost; but they did not believe Jesus was their Messiah, the divine Son of God. Why?—because Jesus didn’t come to Earth the way they thought He would. They had never thought their Messiah would come as a baby in a manger; but if they had known and obeyed the Scriptures, they would not have failed.

Thus saith the Lord, people who do not know the Scriptures will fail in this final hour. The Lord is carefully bringing to our attention His Scriptures concerning His will for this final hour. He is teaching us much about the divine blood because we must live in the blood, talk through the blood and testify through the blood. Our spiritual and physical health come through the blood.

The five physical senses that operated through Jesus were pure and holy, and only through the blood will your five physical senses be holy and operate as they should. There are also six spiritual senses, the sixth one being faith; and Jesus had them. Only through the blood will those six spiritual senses operate through you the way they operated through Jesus. When you study how Jesus used His five physical senses along with the six spiritual senses, you will see a picture of the whole Jesus for the whole person. It is wonderful to have the whole Jesus!

Learn the Deepness of the Book of Hebrews

Many people have neglected studying the book of Hebrews because it is not easy to comprehend without knowing the Old Testament Law, but you must understand the Old Testament in order to understand the whole New Testament. Hebrews is a deep book, and you need to study it in this last hour. It will appeal to the Bride and sink deep within her, and then the revelation of Jesus Christ will come to life through the power of the Holy Ghost.

The Law could never make people perfect. The law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect (Hebrews 10:1). The Lord did not require as much of people who lived in Old Testament days as He does of those of us who live today because they did not have as much power available to them to ward off the devil. They did not have the divine blood to live in; they only had tokens and shadows of good things to come. Today, we have the real thing because of Christ’s sacrifice.

The seventeen works of the flesh demonstrate the difference between what God requires of us now and what He required of people who lived in Old Testament days under the Law. At that time, God did not seem to do much about some of the works of the flesh. He would excuse people again and again; but now, the Bible declares we are without excuse (Romans 1:20). Everyone is called to Jesus and to repent, and those who refuse to repent are without excuse.

If the animal sacrifices offered under the Law had worked, the people would not have had to offer them over and over again. For then would they [animal sacrifices] not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins (Hebrews 10:2). Some people say they don’t know whether or not they are saved; but if they are conscious of willfully committing even just one little sin, they are not saved. You must guard your spirit daily through the Holy Spirit and the blood.

In Old Testament times, the Jews had the Day of Atonement every year; and on that day, their sins came to remembrance before them as they stood outside the tabernacle. But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year (Hebrews 10:3). Thousands of them would stand there all day, and only the priest was permitted inside the holy of holies to intercede for them.

The people tried to have hope that all their sins would be washed away, but it was not enough. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure (Hebrews 10:4-6).

The body that had to be prepared was Jesus because God would not accept the sacrifices of animals. He said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law (Hebrews 10:8).

We Needed a Divine Sacrifice

Jesus said to the Father, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God (Hebrews 10:7). Why did Jesus come?—to do God’s will. Why do we come into salvation?—to do the will of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Jesus said, Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). We please God by doing the Father’s will on Earth as it is done in Heaven.

Jesus fulfilled the Law and put an end to animal sacrifices. He taketh away the first [the Old Testament sacrifices], that he may establish the second [the New Testament covenant]. By the which will we are sanctified [made holy] through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all (Hebrews 10:9,10).

No one was made holy through the blood of animals. We can only be sanctified and made holy through divine blood. Our souls, bodies, spirits and minds are made holy through the blood. The three words “once for all” mean there is no other sacrifice needed for our salvation than that one great sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross.

And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins (Hebrews 10:11). The priests were always offering sacrifices but to no avail because, I say again, the blood of animals cannot take away sins.

But this man [Jesus], after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God (Hebrews 10:12). Jesus is at the right hand of the Father today making intercession for you all the time. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us (Romans 8:34).

The Holy Ghost makes intercession for you as well. But the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered (Romans 8:26). With Jesus and the Holy Ghost making intercession for you, there should be no room for doubt that God will hear your prayers. However, you must accept their intercession through the blood, or you will doubt.

Take the faith blood and the love blood for yours and live through that blood. It will be life to you. Without physical blood flowing in your veins, your body would be dead; and without divine blood in your soul, your soul is dead. Just as there was a resurrection of the body of Christ through the blood, there has to be a resurrection of people’s souls through the blood. Jesus came saying, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (John 11:25). Each person must have a born-again experience.

Only the Blood Sanctifies

Paul tells us, For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast (Ephesians 2:8,9). We are saved and made holy by grace blood, not by works. You cannot make yourself holy any more than you can save your soul. Salvation comes only by grace and through the divine blood.

For by one offering he [Christ] hath perfected forever them that are sanctified (Hebrews 10:14). You are sanctified through Christ when you take Him into your heart. Some people think they have to grow into sanctification, but you cannot grow into it. It is the blood that sanctifies and makes you holy. You believe for your salvation by using the faith of God; and then through the blood, you are made holy. After you are sanctified, you will grow in the Lord if you really seek Him.

Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them (Hebrews 10:15,16). Your mind is very important. If your mind does not work right, God cannot use you; and you are useless to Him. God said He will write His promises on your heart, your soul and your mind. He will write His Word, what thus saith the Lord.

The Blood Will Make You Free of the Past

And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more (Hebrews 10:17). When you receive salvation, your sins are gone; and if you are close to God, you will not dwell on them anymore. You will know those sins are not there because the blood has washed them away. When you are born again, the Lord forgives your past. All of your sins are gone in His eyes, so why hold on to or pine over things that are gone?

No matter how much you have been mistreated or what has happened in your lifetime, it is all in the past. You may have had only one parent or none at all. If you did have parents, neither one may have been good to you. They may have even abused you; but through Jesus, all of that is gone. In Him, you have a chance at real life; so recognize that chance. When you are free from the past, you must not dwell on it any longer.

Now where remission of these [sin] is, there is no more offering for sin (Hebrews 10:18). Why would you offer anything, even one prayer, for sins that are no more? Get out of the past and into the present, and you cannot live in the future either unless you cross over into Glory through the divine blood.

Boast not thyself of tomorrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth (Proverbs 27:1). Don’t say what you are going to do tomorrow. Get busy and do what you need to do today so the Lord can bless you like He wants to.

Abide in Him

Jesus said, If ye abide in me [in the divine blood], and my words [the blood words] abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you (John 15:7). The blood life is the life of Heaven, and it must be in you or you will not ask according to the divine will of God. You will pray more in the permissible will of God than you do in His divine will.

I never pray in the permissible will of God. I pray only in His divine will through the blood, and that is why I don’t fight devils when I go into the prayer closet. Use the blood because the devil can’t stand the divine blood. If he can get your mind off the blood and onto the past sins you have committed and the wrongs you have done, then he has your attention. A mind cluttered with regrets will not use the blood; and when you have the blood, it is a shame not to use it.

Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). What is that way? It is the blood way, the life way and the blood truth way. Know the truth in the blood and be free. Many preachers and priests today teach that people can get to Heaven simply by being good, but the devil never told a bigger lie. No matter how good people are in the eyes of the world, they have to come to Jesus by way of the Cross if they want to make it to Heaven. The way of the Cross leads home, and you cannot reach the Father except through divine blood.

Jesus is the only one who furnished divine blood for the human race. We can never embrace other religions or endorse dead churches that do not preach and use the blood. Sinners and hypocrites who gather in the house of God on Sunday mornings for a little dried-up service may claim to be dining with the Lord when they are really eating nothing but straw.

There are churches in which the smell of coffee and doughnuts coming up from the basement is so inviting that people can hardly wait for the last dead amen to be said so they can race down and eat. They have soured on the Lord’s stomach, and He will vomit them out. That is how the Lord feels about them.

The Messiah Revealed

Isaiah learned much about the promised Messiah, so study the book of Isaiah to find out all that was revealed to him about Jesus. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined (Isaiah 9:2). That great light was Jesus shining upon those who were dead in trespasses and sins.

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:3). What kind of joy do you draw with?—blood joy that keeps you drawing with the strength of Heaven. Jesus came to make it possible for you to have all the strength of Heaven, and that is wonderful indeed!

Jesus is not only a well of salvation; He is wells of salvation gushing with everything you need—strength, hope, faith, peace, courage, compassion and humility. Dig down deep, and you will find you have Jesus for every need. He is your everything.

Isaiah wrote, For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given (Isaiah 9:6). Jesus is that child, and He belongs to you. Many people have left Him in the stable while others have dropped Him on the doorstep for anybody to take away, but you must never let anyone or anything steal Him out of your heart and life.

Jesus did not mind resting in the manger as a child, but what He came for was to rest in people’s hearts. He wants a cradle in your heart if He doesn’t already have one; and if He already has that cradle, He will be contented in your love and care. If He is your first love, then you will look out for Him and tell Him that you love Him.

A good mother always speaks love to her little one. Even when the child is too young to understand all she is saying, her love pours forth; and it must be the same with you and Jesus. If you love Him, you will talk to Him, tell Him of your love for Him and do things that please Him. Where do you find the things that please Jesus? The catalog called the Holy Bible tells you everything He enjoys.

How much attention do you give Jesus? Do you speak about Him with love? Is your mind always conscious of Him? Are you thoughtful of Him? Do you really believe that He will never leave you or forsake you? Jesus has placed Himself in your care—what a responsibility you have!

Do you know that you are to look out for Jesus in this world? You are to make sure He is noticed and that people are conscious of Him. If you have a baby, you are proud of it and want to show it off to others; and you must feel the same way about Jesus. When you are proud of Him, you will want to show Him off; and you will want other people to see Him.

A Priceless Gift

Jesus is a priceless gift to you, and He must be your everything. You may have received many beautiful gifts on special holidays, but no one has ever given you a gift as priceless as Jesus. He is worth more than all the silver and gold on Earth, and He is yours. Trillions of dollars could never buy even a little part of this priceless gift called Jesus.

This priceless gift is the whole heart of God and a gift who is thoughtful of you in every way, so why are you not more thoughtful of Him? If a mother and daddy are thoughtful of each other and thoughtful of their children, chances are that their children will be thoughtful of them; and there will be a great bond between them. But if a mother and daddy are not thoughtful toward their child, that child is not likely to be thoughtful toward them.

I was always tender toward my mother, and I was thoughtful of her. As a child, I never had a more tender hand on me than hers; and no other human loved and understood me so much. Even when I got into trouble, she still loved me and would say, “Honey, you should not have done that.” She was always open to answering any questions I had, even when I had done wrong. If I wanted to know why she had punished me, she always took time to tell me; and that meant everything to me. That was the kind of love my mother had.

There is such tenderness in the Lord, too, and I love it. He will always take time to give an answer to every little lamb—He is just that marvelous! Oh, Bride of Christ, you will not walk without answers in this final hour if you walk in the divine blood of Jesus.

The Greatness of the Blood

The just will walk in the divine blood and in divine blood faith. The just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17). There is no other way to walk with Jesus than through the divine blood and divine faith all the way.

The Lord deals with me day and night concerning the blood. I am possessed by it; and my mind, my soul and my whole being are swept up in it. I must teach all who will listen about the blood of Jesus, and we all must talk about the blood wherever we go. Every overseas crusade service must be conducted through the blood, and every telecast must be done through the blood.

In talking about the saints of old, the Bible says, And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the [blood] word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11). The reason you have not done more for the Lord is because you haven’t had the revelation of the blood that people had in the beginning of the Church. Without the blood, you cannot fully understand the Acts of the Apostles; and when you don’t understand something, you won’t have faith for it. Without divine understanding, you cannot really believe the same power that worked in Acts will work in your life.

You must first believe that the Early Church had the divine blood working and know that the same blood is available to all who are a part of the body of Christ. We who are members of the bridal company today must take the place of those first Christians. The Lord used them to start the Church, and He is using us to finish it. We must have the same power of the Holy Ghost that they had, but it has to be in greater abundance because there are more people to be reached—over seven billion people on Earth today.

Jesus Brought Healing

Over a billion of the people on Earth today live in China, and the Lord sent me, His servant, to China when the walls were still up to outsiders. The people thought I was a doctor; and because they never asked me about it, I just went ahead and did what God wanted me to do. I was working for “Dr. Jesus,” and He was giving me the knowledge I needed to heal those people just like He did when He was on Earth.

The knowledge of divine healing worked so far beyond what those Chinese people had ever witnessed before, and one of their doctors became my friend as he watched the deaf receive their hearing and the mute speak. He could not believe what he was seeing, and he jumped up to take over testing those who had just received a miracle. He was shocked!

In past years, people have claimed that Jesus was their healer, especially those in the Pentecostal movements; but many of them also taught against taking medicine or going to a doctor, and that hurt their testimony. God let me know that He has given doctors the wisdom and knowledge they need to perform surgery, set broken bones, prescribe proper medications and to help people in many ways; but it takes the Lord to do the healing. The Lord did place healing in nature through medicines, but the greatest healing of all is through the divine blood.

God placed Adam and Eve in the beautiful Garden of Eden; and if they had not sinned, they always would have been covered by the divine blood. They never would have been sick or grown old because divine blood is life, not death. Jesus knew how to use divine blood, and He used it in perfection. That was why He was never sick.

I appreciate good doctors and good medicines, and never let visiting the doctor hinder your faith. God is not against using medicines. The Bible even says, A merry heart doeth good like a medicine (Proverbs 17:22). When every doctor you have seen has failed, you still have the top specialist of both Heaven and Earth—Jesus. He is the great doctor you can visit any time.

God and His Son created man, so they know everything about your body; and they even know how many hairs are on your head. How many doctors know that much about you? They may put you through all kinds of tests because they are concerned about your physical condition, and they do the best they can with what they have to work with; but God can take care of anything.

The Bible says, With his [Jesus’] stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We are healed through Christ’s divine blood, and there is divine healing in every drop of that blood. Even the token of that divine blood worked in perfection for the whole nation of Israel when they ate the lamb’s body on that first Passover in Egypt and put the blood on their doorposts. Then when they left Egypt for the Promised Land, there was not one feeble person among them. He [God] brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes (Psalm 105:37). In this final hour, we must come to the place where we believe God wants us to be well.

We believe in and appreciate good doctors and good hospitals; but when they have done all they can do, don’t let human reasoning hurt your faith in God’s divine, healing power. Man will say that you have to live with certain symptoms or ailments, but the voice of medical science is not the voice of God.

Jesus Brings Freedom

The devil likes to sidetrack people from the truth. Some church doctrines ban women wearing makeup while others say they can’t wear any jewelry, including an engagement or a wedding ring; but the Bible doesn’t teach that. Man’s doctrines can put people into bondage, but God’s truth breaks bondages. Jesus said, Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32).

Man’s bondage can be as cruel in many respects as the devil’s bondage. In fact, man’s bondage really comes through the devil as he feeds it to man. Now, that doesn’t mean everybody in bondage is of the devil. If some women don’t want to wear makeup, they don’t have to; but they shouldn’t criticize others for wearing it.

Some people use Jezebel’s painted face as their argument against makeup, but her painted face was not the reason the dogs ate her. She had brought Baal worship among God’s people, and her fate had been prophesied ahead of time. And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel (I Kings 21:23). Jezebel had put on makeup to try to cover up and entice the man of God.

Jesus should be the greatest person in your life today—the greatest in your soul, in your mind and in your thought life. He should be greater to you than any human being and greater than all the human beings you know put together. The Bible says, Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (I John 4:4).

Jesus is greater than all the powers of the devil, so why be depressed about anything? Greater is the Babe of Bethlehem in your life, and He is even greater than the night He was born in the manger because He is now in a greater position to help you more.

Let Jesus Be Your First Love

We all welcome visitors we love into our homes. We enjoy them, and we feel at ease with them; but Jesus should be your favorite visitor, and what a visitor He is! He seeks to visit you every day, and it is a great blessing to feel so much at ease in His presence. He says, Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me (Revelation 3:20).

Jesus is knocking at your door; but if you are listening to the wrong kind of music, you will not hear Him. You can only hear the voice of the Lord through His kind of music. Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord (Ephesians 5:19). Those are the kinds of songs that glorify the Lord.

Jesus has come to dine with you daily. He told the disciples, Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen (Matthew 28:20). He will be with you every day and watch over you while you sleep.

Jesus is the author of our faith. Many people have a favorite author whose books they like to read, but no one can compare to Jesus. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He wrote the Bible for you. He wrote your faith, your love, your life and the life Heaven wants you to have. Jesus wrote His will for you in the New Testament, and it is your inheritance. He is the great writer and author.

Jesus is your destroyer who says, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord (Romans 12:19). He destroys your enemies; He protects you, and He fights for you. God hates the ways of sinners, but He loves their souls. You don’t have to like a person’s ways because even God doesn’t like the ways of many people today, but you have to love their souls. God never requires us to do more than He does Himself.

Take Jesus as Yours

The Lord is the one who chose you to be His—nobody else could have chosen you for Heaven. Jesus said, Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you (John 15:16). God chose you to be a part of His kingdom, to be a part of His will and to live in a mansion in Heaven. He chose to make you holy and to take your sinful life and turn it into something beautiful. He takes vessels of dishonor and makes them vessels of honor, and He chooses the vessels. He has chosen you to be a part of this final outreach and to win the lost in this last hour.

You will fulfill God’s will for your life if you live in blood faith and blood love, but you won’t fulfill His will if you don’t live in divine blood. You have to live in the blood to receive God’s anointings and keep them. His anointings will remain in your life only through the blood.

Jesus is your power to become a son or a daughter of God no matter what you have done in the past. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12). Jesus has chosen you to be a part of His family, the family of God in Heaven.

Jesus chose Mary Magdalene, a girl who had seven devils in her; and He made her into a beautiful, holy vessel of honor. He chose her to preach the first resurrection message, and she did it in great fashion. Mary Magdalene had the same love, the same grace and the same determination that Jesus had; and I am persuaded to believe that after she was delivered, she also had the same pure heart Jesus had. The Lord does not make choices to get the approval of people, and He doesn’t ask anybody to help Him in His choosing. The Lord chooses the ones He wants.

Jesus is all yours if you want Him, so choose to let Him be the love of your heart daily. Give Him first place in your life. If you don’t have that first love for Him each morning when you get out of bed, you will not give Him His rightful place during the day. Jesus is the one who gives you breath and the very air you breathe.

Jesus brings a new, living world for you. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil (John 17:15). Jesus will preserve you and sweeten you. He will keep you in His sweet love, His sweet grace and His sweet tenderness. Again and again, He will take the sourest ones among us and make them sweet. Haven’t you been amazed at how sweet certain people become when they find Jesus? I’m sure you never thought it could happen to some of those people.

Jesus gives us a new and living way and makes us new creatures in Him. Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh (Hebrews 10:19,20). Only through Jesus can we be new creatures today.

Divine Rest

Jesus is your great rest when you are weary in spirit. He is the only one who can really soothe your spirit and direct you. He is your great shepherd. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want (Psalm 23:1).

Jesus will give you rest in your thought life by feeding you wonderful, restful thoughts. He will be there when your burden is heavy, and you don’t know what to do; and He will show you what to do. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls (Matthew 11:28,29).

The Lord is sharing just some of that eternal rest with you now. He knows what it is to need rest because He has lived in a human body on Earth. The Bible tells us that Jesus was weary from His journey when He met the Samaritan woman who had come to draw water from the well where He was sitting, but He was not too tired to tell her about the new and living way. Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life (John 4:13,14).

Jesus knows how the weariness of the flesh can make your whole spirit weary, and He knows how it feels to need rest. That is why when He was on Earth, He would call on His Father; and His Father would give Him rest. There were a lot of times when the disciples could not understand how Jesus could continue on without physical rest, but it was because He allowed the Father to give Him divine rest.

The Lord will give the Bride divine rest many times in this last hour because there is much work that needs to be done, and much will be required of us. We must reach everyone we can throughout the Earth with the Gospel message.

Celebrate Jesus’ Birth

Jesus is Christmas! If He isn’t your Christmas, you don’t have a real Christmas; you just have man’s day of celebration. When people take Jesus out of Christmas, there is nothing left; and if you take Christ out of your life, you have nothing left there either.

Have you ever found yourself disappointed with Christmas? If so, look at that holiday again and say, “Jesus, I am sorry I left you out of my Christmas. I had a great Christmas available to me, but I pined the day away. I am so sorry that none of my thoughts were really of you and that I counted gifts from people more precious than the blessings from you. Your blessings will last, but the gifts I received will soon wear out.”

Jesus is also our New Year, and that is why you don’t have to be worried or afraid of what is to come. Without Jesus, you should be anxious and afraid; but while fear takes over others, you are learning how to take Jesus to the world. You are learning how to yield to His revelations and how to see the Father. Jesus said, He that seeth me seeth him [the Father] that sent me (John 12:45). When you see Jesus, you see the Father.

The Bible tells of Moses leaving the wealth of Egypt for a life with his people, the Israelites. By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him [God the Father] who is invisible (Hebrews 11:27). Moses’ invisible Redeemer has now become visible and a living reality. How?—through the divine blood.

Through that blood, Jesus also lives. How can you know that?—because if you are a child of God, He lives inside your heart. That’s why you have divine purity of life, and the love of Heaven is being manifested in your life to prove it. If you are born again, you have the gentleness and the kindness of Jesus pouring from you. You have His traits and characteristics, and it is beautiful indeed!

I live to make Jesus as real to others as He is to me. Through the blood, I want to make Him real to people all over the world through signs, wonders, miracles and healings. The Lord’s signs and wonders follow blood believers as they use the mighty blood name of Jesus to help people and to deliver them from sin and sickness.

People who go with me to the mission fields use the blood name of Jesus and a blest cloth to pray for people, and they are saved and healed. They experience what Jesus meant when He said, And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:17,18). The wonderful Jesus signs follow blood believers because at last, their hands are in the hands of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost.

How many blessings from the Lord have you received and accepted, or were you too busy to recognize your holy Visitor, Jesus? You must never be too busy to spend time with Him. If you have guests in your home, always get up a bit earlier to let Jesus in. You will be a better person and better able to interact with your guests, and you will even be in better shape to go to work.

Two Unusual Women

My mother always prayed the first thing every morning when she got out of bed. However one time, she overslept; so she got out of bed and went straight to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for Dad. It was the only time I ever remember her doing that, and she said that day turned out to be one of the worst days of her life. After it was over, she promised God that if He would forgive her, she would always pray first every day no matter what happened...and she kept that promise. You could always depend on Mama after she had talked to Jesus and welcomed Him into her day. She always let Jesus in first, and I learned from that.

Mama was the perfect person to me—her ways were in perfection and grace—and I never thought there could be another human being I could love like Mama. But one day, it happened...I met Angel. Mama had never turned my heart into a bunch of butterflies all trying to fly at one time, but Angel did. At the end of one day when I was in college, I sprawled out on the bed, looked up toward Heaven and cried out to my roommate, “Oh, my God! I’m in love!”

Some people wonder how you will know you have found true love; but believe me, you will know. It is like receiving salvation—you know when it arrives. True love is not passion, lust or the desires of the flesh; it is of the heart. Your love for your husband or wife has to be of the heart and not just of the mind or it will one day wear out.

My mama was an unusual person, and my wife, Angel, was an unusual girl. I never would have been satisfied with anything less after being raised by such an unusual mother; I would have been most miserable.

Death Lurked in the Shadows

God showed me this ministry as a three-act play. Act one began after I had received salvation and preached my first sermon in a little cottage prayer meeting. I then found my beautiful wife, and we were so happy doing the Lord’s work together. But things changed when at the age of just twenty-three, I got very sick; and I almost lost my life. I went into the deepest valley I had ever been in up to that point, but Angel was there day and night to help me through it.

Angel gladly would have sacrificed her life for me. God had given her that kind of love for me, and I knew she had it. However in that deep valley of sickness, it looked like our beautiful marriage was quickly coming to an end. Death was lurking like a hungry, wild animal ready to pounce. I knew I was dying, and I could feel it; but I fought death with every bit of strength I had left.

The Lord had always been so good to answer my prayers, and I had received His answers from the time I was saved. He had always made Himself as real to me as if He had been another human being, and it started during the first six weeks of my salvation. The Lord moved in to live with me day and night, and He gave me the answers I needed. I had Him, and He gave me more love and more faith than I could use.

When I later went into that valley of sickness, I couldn’t understand why God was going to let me die. I knew without a doubt that I would go to Heaven, but I wanted to know about all the souls who needed to be won. There was no answer. God had started preaching through me when I was just eighteen years old, but why did I get to preach for only such a short while?

Then one night, Jesus came and made me whole all over. The curtain went up that night on life instead of death, and that was the beginning of act two of this ministry. I knew I was going to live and take Jesus to the world; and shortly after that, the Lord gave me a divine visitation in which He said He was sending me on a divine mission. He then led me on a long fast; and at the end of that fast, I had the power for the healing of the people. I was ready to take the Gospel to the ends of the Earth with signs, wonders and miracles.

Both My Hands Were in God’s Hands

As time when on, I stood at a crossroads. The denomination I was in was fighting me about the gifts of the Spirit, and some of the things they said were awful; so I had to make a decision. I had given my life so completely to the Lord that I was ready to die for Him if it would bring in more souls during the final hour, and I still feel that way today. I don’t say that in a boastful way but in all humility. I would like to make the Rapture with all the saints of God, but I will always bow to God’s will and do what He wants. I want more than anything else in the world to please Him and do His will.

The Lord led me to separate from the denomination I had been with for so long, so that is what I did. Then Angel and I followed the Lord’s directions and moved to Akron, Ohio. There is where we started this worldwide, outreach ministry. We began in a tent and briefly moved to a theater building. Then we built and moved into the tabernacle; and eventually, we built Grace Cathedral.

Throughout all of that, I had Angel’s hand tightly clutched in my left hand; and my right hand was in the Lord’s hand. I thought Angel would be with me until Rapture Day, and I never intended to have to let go of her hand because I knew God had given her to me. But the time did come when the hand I loved so much slipped away, and I had to let go. The Lord had called Angel home to be with Him, and letting go was the hardest thing I ever had to do. It was the deepest valley I have ever had to walk through, and the only way I made it was through God’s grace.

I knew Angel had gone to Heaven, and I knew God had prepared her to go. I knew she was happy, but I was in a million pieces. However, God told me it was time for me to put both my hands in His; He said He had to have them. When Angel’s hand became cold in death, His became divine blood warm in my left hand; and that was my only real comfort. Only He was able to pick me up and put me back together again.

When I gave my life to God, I gave it all; so when God said it was His will to take Angel home, I accepted His way. Some of you have promised God your whole life, too, so you must make good on that promise every day you have left and never back down.

Now, the Lord quickens me daily with His Spirit. He quickens every part of me with His love and grace, and He is offering all of that to you, too. He brought me the hard way. At times, it was like walking through a dense jungle on paths that it seemed no man had ever trodden; but when I would dig out, I would always find the footprints of Jesus.

Jesus is reaching out both of His hands to you today. That doesn’t mean He is going to take your mate, but it does mean you must give your whole self to Him in spirit and in truth. It means that Jesus must be welcome in your life every morning, every day and every night.

God Offers You Salvation and Healing

If you do not have Jesus, pray this prayer with me now: Oh, God, save my soul! Forgive me of all of my sins. I am so sorry, Lord, that I sinned against you, but I have come home; and I will serve you, Lord, for the rest of my life. I believe that Jesus died for me, and I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins, all of them! Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in, Jesus!

If you meant that prayer, Jesus has come; and He will be your light for all time and eternity. Hold to that light; you cannot afford to ever let it go out in your soul. The cost would be too great to pay.

If you are sick and afflicted today, you can have a miracle. I am not a healer; Jesus is the healer. I have no secret powers of my own. The angel of God stands by my side in every miracle service, and I can hear what is being said as He tells me the diseases of the people. I marvel when He touches my eyes, and I can look inside people and see their diseases. Then I can see the miracles taking place.

It always amazes me to look into a soul and see the devils that bind that person, and the angel of the Lord tells me how many devils are there. I never get used to the way God works through me. I never get used to seeing angels or to seeing Jesus. I say again that I have no secret powers of my own, but I believe in the power of prayer—do you? If so, you can have the miracle or healing you need.

The Word of God says, The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up (James 5:15). I am one of the Lord’s believers in the prayer of faith. If you have heart trouble, cancer, AIDS, diabetes or any other kind of disease, affliction or deformity, believe your God for healing today. God has healed thousands of people, and He wants to heal you, too.

Lord, I am your servant. There is nothing great about me, only your greatness that is within. Lord, pour yourself through your humble servant now to work your will for the people, and I know it is your will for them to be healed. From your gifts of healing and miracles it comes in the name of your Son, Jesus. Heal! Heal! in the name of the Lord, in the holy name of Jesus.

Feel that healing power flowing through your body right now. That healing will linger in your body or in the body of your child or loved one to get you and your loved ones well. Praise God and look for every sign of improvement. Then write and tell me about it, and I will rejoice with you. God keep you and bless you. You are very, very special to Him.

A Message from the Holy Spirit

Thus saith the Lord, you have come to the separating hour, the dividing line; and I am separating you. I am separating you from the ones who have made you weak. I am separating you from the ones who have caused you to fail me in the past, but it must not be now. I am separating you from the ones who have talked against me and against my work. I am separating you from the ones who have hated my greatness but claimed that they did not. I am separating you unto myself, and I will smile upon you. I will give you love, and I will give you peace; and I will give you joy.

Do not sorrow when your mother turns from you, or when your wife or husband turns from you, or when your children come against you. I will be your father; I will be your mother; I will be your companion. I will walk with you, and I will love you. And on that great day, I will reward you. I will bless you on this journey, and no power will be able to destroy you.

You need not be troubled; you need not be afraid. Lucifer will come against you with all power, and he will falsely accuse you; but do not listen to him. He will accuse you through the ones who are supposed to have loved you, the ones who are supposed to have been so close to you. He will accuse you and accuse you and accuse you, but do not sorrow. Look unto me. I am the Lord thy God. I am the Lord who called thee. I am the Lord who saved thee. I am the Lord who brought grace to thee, so do not be troubled; and do not be afraid. Walk in the greatness and the might of my Spirit and let me lift you up.

Do not try to lift yourself up, and do not fret about those who are coming against you. I am greater than all the powers of darkness. I am greater than all of the disobedience of man and woman. I am greater than all who will come against you.

You will be my joy, and you will be my pride. You will have my strength, and you will be used of me. You will be blessed by me, and you will do my holy will. Do not let your heart be troubled. Do not look to the left or to the right; look to me. I will give you sight, and I will make your paths plain paths; and you will be victorious, saith the Lord. The arm of the Lord will be yours, saith the Spirit of God.
