Jesus Is Our Everything
by Ernest Angley
December 2020
Is Jesus your everything? Let’s find out. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20). God is able to serve you exceeding abundantly above all that you ask or think. He can do anything and everything for you according to His power that works within, and that power is beyond the human mind.
Jesus said, Whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13). Why be afraid to ask the Lord for something that would glorify the Father? You can ask for what you need according to the power of God, of Jesus and of the Holy Spirit that works within you. Jesus also said, If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you (John 15:7).
The more you fast, pray, seek God and abide in Him, the more answers to prayer you will receive. Jesus said, This kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). This is a fasting ministry. Our people have gone on many fasts for as long as forty days at a time as well as shorter fasts for twenty-one days, ten days or whatever God has called them to do.
Jesus is our everything. The Lord wants you to behold the man called Jesus, the Son of God. The Lord examines us, and He wants you to examine, measure and weigh His Son.
Do you know Jesus? Where did He come from? Is He rich or poor? Is He able to supply all your needs? Is He trustworthy and dependable? Does He keep His promises? What does God say about Jesus? What kind of record does He have of providing for the human race? The Lord gave me these profound questions, and I wrote them down.
Divine Security
Jesus is our security for eternity, and that security is a wonderful thing; but do you trust in other things more than you trust the Lord? You must trust Him first of all and more than you would trust in all the wealth of the land. God is not pleased unless you put your complete trust in Him.
The word security includes the state of feeling or being free from fear, care, danger, anxiety and other such things. When you are secure, you are not worried, troubled, anxious or apprehensive. You are not afraid of danger or cares, and you have no frustration or despair.
Security means safety or a sense of safety. Some people say the Lord is their safety, but it is apparent by the way they live and act that they don’t really have a deep-rooted sense of it. Fear takes them over and battles them again and again when fear is not meant to be our heritage.
Security is freedom from doubt. It is the certainty of being safe and of having all the protection you need. You are not in danger when you are protected.
Security is having a safe guardian. It is a guarantee or knowing the fulfillment of a promise will come. To be secure is to be in safe-keeping or in trusted custody, and that is what you have when God has custody of you.
When something is secure, it is not likely to fail or crumble. It is firm, strong, stable, sure, certain and reliable. When you are secure, you have secured your position against attacks; and with God, you are secure against the attacks of the enemy. You don’t have to be afraid of the devil. You can walk without fear or despair, and you can walk with hope and trust in the greatness of God. You have security in Jesus for eternity and security for all your tomorrows on Earth.
Be Perfect Before God
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy (Jude 1:24). The Lord is going to present the Bride before the presence of His glory on that great Rapture Day; and even now, Jesus presents us in the presence of His glory with great joy before His heavenly Father saying, ”Look at this person and that person. They are faultless before you!“
Some people claim you cannot live free from sin, but that is a lie of the devil. The Bible says in the verse I just gave you that the Lord is able to present you faultless, and one speck of sin would be more than a fault; but through Christ, you can be perfected in His great love.
Jesus is coming for a Church without spot, wrinkle or blemish. He is coming for holy people. That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:27).
The Sermon on the Mount is the greatest sermon ever preached; and in it, Jesus said, Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect (Matthew 5:48). You must be perfected in God’s love just as Job was. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil (Job 1:8)?
The Blood Seals Your Soul
With His great love, God the Father sealed Jesus for you as your security. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Jesus said, Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed (John 6:27). Jesus is the meat that came down from Heaven and brought everlasting life.
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption (Ephesians 4:30). God the Father sealed Jesus, and the Holy Spirit uses the blood of Jesus to seal your soul when your sins are all washed away. Then that seal of blood can be broken only from the inside through willful sin, and just one sin in your soul will break it.
No power except you yourself can break the seal of blood placed on your soul by the Holy Spirit when you are born again. Not all the demons of hell or even the devil himself can break it as long as you commit no sin.
When you come to Jesus and receive a true born-again experience, you are a new creation. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (II Corinthians 5:17). When you are saved, you become a new creature in Christ. And I say again that you are the only one who can break the seal of the Holy Spirit on your soul through willful sin, meaning you know the act is a sin and you commit it anyway. If you don’t know something is a sin, the Holy Spirit dwelling within will let you know right away that something is wrong.
Jesus Brought Eternal Life
Ponder God’s security that says, Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever (Psalm 23:6). The Psalmist wasn’t worried because he had confidence in the security of the Lord. Neither was he boasting; he was just stating facts and holding up his God. Boast in the Lord, not in self.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead (I Peter 1:3). Jesus conquered death for you and me, so why do you fear death when you can live forever with the Lord? Your body will die, but the real you will live forever. This is not a dead hope, but a lively hope because Jesus brought everlasting, eternal hope with the life of God in it.
When you are born again, you have eternal life bubbling on the inside. So do you have fear, frustration and despair on the inside; or do you have the reality of eternal life? Jesus told the woman at the well, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life (John 4:13,14).
Those walking in the new and living way are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time (I Peter 1:5). This great salvation is eternal, and the eternal blessings of it will be revealed at the end of the journey. The Lord is our security for eternity.
Eternal Riches Are Yours
The born-again can look forward to an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you (I Peter 1:4). An incorruptible inheritance that will never fade is real security. God offers you all the riches you will ever need for eternity, and the very best on Earth could never begin to compare to the riches the Lord has for you in Glory.
You will take nothing with you when you die, and you will never need anything other than what God holds for you in Heaven. In the light of God’s glory, the jewels of Earth don’t sparkle. God will use gold for pavement, and He will garnish the foundations of His heavenly city with all manner of precious stones. If He uses precious jewels and metals for mere building materials, imagine what wondrous things He will use to furnish our mansions! No wonder the Bible says, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him (I Corinthians 2:9).
True security comes only from God. You may think your money is secure in a bank, but many people have lost that kind of security through bank failures. Only God can provide an inheritance that will never fade away. Always remember that through Jesus, you are a joint-heir with Him. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ (Galatians 4:7).
People may be impressed with expensive clothes, but read in Ezekiel 28 the fantastic apparel God dressed Lucifer in before iniquity was found in him. Every precious stone was his covering when he was special to God. As a child of God, you are special to Him; so you can be assured that the Lord has beautiful things in store for you who love and serve Him.
Eternal Security is Conditional
The Lord wanted to be the disciples’ security, but they were very inconsistent with their trust in Him. Sometimes they trusted Him, and sometimes they didn’t. Jesus said, Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:31–33).
Jesus tries to teach us the very thing He tried to teach His disciples. He wants us to let Him be our security, so trust the promises of God. You may call a freezer full of food security; but if the electricity goes off, it can all be ruined. I say again that true security comes only from God.
Don’t be afraid when you hear the Lord’s voice because it lets you know He is with you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand (John 10:27–29). What great security that is! The Lord’s sheep know His voice, so no stranger can fool them.
The doctrine of ”once saved, always saved“ is damnable. It says that you can never sin once you receive salvation, but that is not so. God has given you free will, so you can choose to leave the hand of God whenever you want to. God gives eternal life, but it is conditional.
Sin will take you out of the hand of God, and that means you can backslide. Peter did; Samson did, and others in the Bible did as well. Judas backslid and never got back to God. He was one of the twelve Jesus commissioned and gave power to heal the sick and cast out devils; but the Bible says, Judas by transgression fell (Acts 1:25).
Peter almost became the betrayer of Christ; he was well on his way. Had Judas not become the betrayer, Peter would have taken his place because next to Judas, Peter was the greatest failure. Thankfully, Peter repented and went on to work for the Lord in a great way in the Early Church after Jesus ascended into Heaven.
When Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, they didn’t know what sin was. The Lord warned them about it, but they chose to leave the hand of God. It is true that no man is able to pluck you out of the hand of God against your will, but I say again that you can take yourself out through willful sin. Unfortunately, the devil has deceived many into thinking that is not true.
Have Confidence in God
You can be confident that the work of the blood God began in you when you received salvation will continue until the day Jesus comes for you because the Bible says so. Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6).
>God prepares you so He can perform all His wonderful works in you. It is the work of divinity, not of self or man. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast (Ephesians 2:8,9). When you are saved, divinity fixes you up on the inside. Salvation comes by the blood of Jesus. Thank God for the power in His blood!
Being confident comes through having security in God. His promises make it very plain that He is your security, and why shouldn’t you have confidence in Him when He is your everything!
If you walk in fear, you are not placing your confidence in God. You don’t have to worry about backsliding when you live holy through the blood of Jesus because that blood will continue to work inside you. It is divine blood, and you who are born again are partakers of the divine nature (II Peter 1:4). That is what is in Jesus for you.
Take another look at the Lord and know that He is your security for eternity. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5,6).
God Will Take Care of You
God is your security, the beginning and the end. That is what is in Jesus for us all. Everything for soul, mind and body is offered to you through Jesus. He is the whole Christ for the whole person.
Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; And ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s (I Corinthians 3:21–23). Jesus is your everything, and everything wonderful belongs to you through Him. You’re rich and don’t know it whether you have money here on Earth or not.
If you’re broke, trust God and be totally obedient to Him; and let Him work things out for you. If you let fear, frustration and despair be in control, you will hinder God; and He won’t be able to work with you. Your prayers will be just a noise to Him because they will be filled with doubt and mistrust.
The Lord is saying, ”Settle down and listen. Come and reason with me and stop screaming in despair.“ If you must scream, have a screaming room. Then when you get the frustration out of your system, go into your prayer closet and talk to God. You belong to Christ, not people.
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight (I John 3:22). If your prayers are not being answered, check to see if you are obeying the whole Word of God or only part of it. If you obey only part of it, only part of your prayers will be answered. If you are not walking close to God, you won’t always ask for God’s divine will; and when you don’t want God’s divine will, you tie His hands and slow down the answers to your prayers.
You Must Please God
Many times, God answers prayers; but people fail to recognize His answers because they expect Him to answer according to their will, not His. If it was up to the Israelites to decide how God should deliver Jericho into their hands, they never would have seen the miracle of the walls falling down after they had marched around the city for seven days. The Lord got their attention by having them walk around the walls and keep their mouths shut. And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout (Joshua 6:10).
Many people today would have felt they had to voice their opinions about such an unusual procedure. I can just hear them now saying, ”I don’t know how this deliverance is going to happen. My feet hurt. Do your feet hurt? I don’t see why we have to do all this walking. You know, the people inside these walls have weapons; and they could kill us all. Maybe God just brought us out here to kill us.“ It is good that some of us were not there because the walls would not have fallen down.
You receive from God only when you please Him. Enoch pleased God; and the Bible says, By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God (Hebrews 11:5). Enoch escaped death and was taken straight to Heaven because he pleased God. None of the other people in Enoch’s day pleased God enough for Him to take them that way. God loved the other people, but He didn’t like their ungodly ways.
Enoch is a type of the Bride, and she will do things which are pleasing to God. Then the Lord will take the Bride home to live with Him forever just like He did Enoch. The Lord not only loves the Bride; He also likes her and her ways because she pleases Him.
Jesus and Paul Gave All
Jesus didn’t please Himself when He came to Earth; He pleased the Father. For I [Jesus] do always those things that please him (John 8:29). You too must seek to please the Lord.
Then said Jesus unto His disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me (Matthew 16:24). You will never carry the cross Jesus wants you to unless you deny self. Self, not the devil, is your biggest enemy. Every time you look in the mirror, you can see enemy number one.
Before Paul’s conversion, Christ meant nothing to him. Paul was a murderer, and he was having Christians put to death. He was on a mission to kill even more of them when the Lord knocked him down into the dust on the road to Damascus. There, Christ was able to introduce Himself to Paul, and Paul turned his life around completely.
Paul began serving God as diligently as he had served the devil; and because of that, he could say, For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain (Philippians 1:21). Why could Paul write those words?—because Christ had become everything to him. Paul lived for Christ and to do the work of the Lord, but he was ready to go home to be with the Lord just as soon as his work for Him was done. Paul knew all of Heaven and eternal life would be his. Paul suffered so much for Christ’s name’s sake, yet nothing could stop his missionary zeal. That proved that Christ was his everything.
Claim the Lord’s Benefits
The Bride will cry nothing less than ”Jesus is my everything!“ Each day she lives, He will be her all in all; and she will prove it by the way she walks, lives, works and sacrifices. If need be, she would willingly give her life for Jesus.
When you are born again, you come into a brand-new world. Then you have therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way (Hebrews 10:19,20). Boldly, you can go before the throne of grace.
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation (Psalm 68:19). Daily, the Lord loads us down with His benefits because He is our everything. He is our supply and all the security and love we need. Many people are so unhappy because they have not accepted His security, His blessings and His benefits.
How much have you yielded to the Holy Spirit, and how much does He work on the inside of you? How much have you yielded to the Word of God, and how much of that Word is working within you? How many of the promises of God are in your heart and mind? Have you claimed all of His promises?
God is able to give you abundant life according to how abundantly you allow His power to work within. Remember the opening scripture: Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20). The Word of God is God’s power, and your obedience sets God’s power into action for you. It is so wonderful for the Lord to make available all His benefits according to His power—and He offers that power freely to all His children.
When God gave us Jesus, He gave us everything—His whole heart, all of Heaven, all the security and protection we need for life here on Earth, and eternal life with all its incredible benefits. The Lord has nothing greater to give.
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end (Ephesians 3:21). Throughout all ages, God’s glory is for the Church of Christ Jesus, and it comes through Christ Jesus. There is no end to our glorious world in Christ. If you were to take the happiest moment of your life and multiply it a million times, you would have just a small notion of what eternal life with the Lord will be like. You will never want to let that glorious life go. It makes the greatest treasures of Earth look like trash piles.
Pray in God’s Will
And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you (John 16:23). God will give you whatever you ask if you please Him, keep His Word and live holy, pure and clean without spot, wrinkle or blemish. When you walk in holiness, you will ask for things according to the divine will of God. You will not want God’s permissible will, only His divine will.
I never ask for anything in God’s permissible will; I have a standing order with the Lord that He never answer a prayer unless it is His divine will. I want His will to be done in answering my prayers on Earth just as His will is done in Heaven. Jesus taught the disciples to pray, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).
The majority of God’s people down through the years have prayed wrong, and that is why they have not had many prayers answered. God taught me how to reach Him, how to be in His presence for hours at a time, how to enjoy Him and let Him be living reality to me. He changed my life completely and took me into His wonderful, spiritual Canaan and gave me His gifts. In a great visitation in 1954, God lived with me day and night as He taught me through His Holy Spirit.
Jesus said, Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full (John 16:24). In the name of Jesus, the Bride will ask for what she needs through love in perfection. She will treasure His name and never doubt the authority in His name one bit. The Bride will walk with the Lord and believe.
Jesus Is…
Take another look at Jesus! He is our everything! He is our Good Shepherd, our door into Heaven, our daily bread and our water of life. He is our moon, sun and stars, our great hope diamond, our triumph over death, hell and the grave. He is our greatest hero, our best friend, our victory over lust and the seventeen works of the flesh. The Lord gave me all those things.
There is no lack in Jesus and no scarcity of what we need to face life. He is our gentleness, our goodness, our faith and our freedom. Never are we in bondage with Him, for He is our liberty. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (II Corinthians 3:17).
Jesus is our humility. Don’t try to be humble within yourself; move in close to Him and take on His humility. Meekness, or humility, is one of the nine fruits of the Spirit.
Jesus is our self-control and our constant companion who will walk with us through all life’s journeys. He is our everything and our warmth in a cold, cold world.
Jesus is our faith like the faith you will find in the eleventh chapter of Hebrews, and He is our love like the love you will find in the thirteenth chapter of I Corinthians. He is our greatest miracle as well as God’s greatest miracle, and He is our light in all of God’s prophecies. Jesus loves us more than anyone else does. He loves and cares for us so much that He numbers the hairs on our heads. Even the most loving mother in the world could never do that.
Jesus is our authority, our inheritance and the Only Begotten Son of God who brought Heaven down to us. He is our strength, our guide, our breath, our stability, our courage and our encouragement.
Jesus is our everything—our faith, our satisfaction, our justification, our righteousness, our holiness…Jesus…Jesus. He is our confidence, our help in time of trouble, our calm in time of storm and our healer of all diseases and afflictions. He is our wisdom, our knowledge, our understanding and the supplier of all our needs. He is our truth and our everything.
Jesus is our life and our eternal light to penetrate all darkness. He is our happiness, our hallelujah and our praise. He is our new mind and our grace that is sufficient for whatever we need. His wonderful grace makes Him our everything.
Jesus is our Rose of Sharon on the mountain peak. He is our Lily of the Valley; and oh, what a beautiful fragrance He has! He is our mediator, and what strength He has!
Jesus is God’s greatest promise. No other promise is as great as when God promised Jesus to this sin-cursed mass of humanity. He is God’s very Son, the one Isaiah the prophet told about when he said, And his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).
Jesus is our everything—my Jesus and your Jesus. He is our Bright and Morning Star and the beginning and end of all greatness for humanity. There is no need to search further when you have Jesus because you have it all in Him.
Jesus is the Word made flesh for us; He is the tiny Babe born of the Virgin Mary and laid in a manger. He is Jesus, the Son of God and our everything!
Jesus is the destroyer of all fear. He is our contentment and our comfort when we are heavy laden. He is our greatness, the Son of the Highest, the King of kings and Lord of lords. Jesus is our everything.
Jesus is our jubilee for eternity. He is our High Priest, our resurrection and our redemptive Lamb. Jesus, oh Jesus is our everything and our great I-Am.
Jesus is the song we sing and the music that thrills our souls. His love flows to us, and His peace soars to calm every angry sea. Jesus is saying to us, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid (Matthew 14:27). He is our everything.
With amazing grace, Jesus reaches forth His nail-riven hands to offer salvation and healing to all mankind. None are left out no matter how rich, poor, educated or uneducated they are. He is Jesus, our everything.
Jesus is our Pearl of great price, our smile, our joy and our laughter. He is our holy living and the sunlight of our eternal glory. He is the delight of our lives—Jesus…Jesus, our everything.
Jesus is our goodness, mercy and inheritance. He is our tree of life and our river of life that will flow for eternity. Feel the holy sacredness of Him as your soul shouts within, ”Jesus is my everything!“ He is your today and all of your tomorrows. He is your crowning glory—Jesus, your everything.
Jesus is our one flight out of here before the Tribulation Period; so the Bride can shout every day, ”He’s my everything!“ As she marches ever onward into the fields of harvest, she cries, ”Jesus will be your everything! Come to Jesus! Come to Jesus!“ Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price (Isaiah 55:1). Jesus is our milk and honey of life. He is our meat.
Oh, speak the name of Jesus in holy sacredness, and great and wonderful things will happen! Speak it in all the love He gives, and prayers will be answered!
Jesus is our lively hope. He is our power over the devil and all demonic spirits. He is our love handkerchief that God will use to dry our tears on that final day, and we will never weep again. In the meantime, He is here daily to dry our tears.
The Lord has dried your tears often, Child of God, when no one else seemed to care. Your heart may have been bleeding within you, and there looked to be no way out; but then Jesus, the wonderful love handkerchief of God, wiped away your tears and stood you on your feet. He gave you the courage to go on.
Yes, Jesus has dried your tears many times and in many, many ways that a mother never could. You could never count the number of times. Wonderful strength and grace were yours each time He dried your tears and gave you His smile and laughter. The Bible says Jesus will never leave thee, nor forsake thee (Hebrews 13:5).
You need nothing else but Jesus for all eternity. Not one of God’s children is poor; they may just look poor to those in this human race who are living in darkness. Every child of God walking in the light of Jesus’ glory is rich in His greatness and in His inheritance for us. We are rich, rich, rich!
Jesus is all the wonderful fragrances of life. I say again that He is our Rose of Sharon, and how pleasing that rose smells. His beautiful fragrance comes from God. When flowers are pressed, their fragrance turns into beautiful perfume; but the greatest and most beautiful fragrance and the most overpowering scent of all comes from Jesus. It gives hope to the hopeless and strength to the weak. It entices sinners and gives them a desire to have Jesus in their heart.
Sinners feel different in your presence when you are a Child of God, and they want to linger with you. They wonder what makes you so different, but you know it is the Lord’s fragrance that sets you apart. The Rose of Sharon is also our Lily in the Valley; and when He was pressed on Calvary until there was no life left in Him, He gave us His beautiful fragrance. It is no wonder that we love Him so much and that we will give our lives for Him if need be in this last hour.
Sure, we value our own lives; but when we compare them to the sacrifice of Jesus, our lives seem but a small thing to give. We value our lives only for what God can use them for and what great service they can be to Him.
The Bride is Coming Out of the Wilderness
Who is He coming up out of the wilderness? It is Jesus. And who is this that cometh up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved (Song of Solomon 8:5)? It is the Bride of Christ. Her eyes are shining, and her heart is dancing within for the wonderful works of Jesus. She looks up into His face and cries, ”Jesus, you’re my everything!“
Jesus is our beloved for today and for all eternity, and He is bringing the Bride out of the wilderness. He is indeed the apple of our eyes, the sunshine of our days and our light by night. Then one day soon, He will appear in midair; and the Bride will be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed (I Corinthians 15:52). Great joy will pound in the Bride’s heart as she cries, ”Jesus is my everything!“
As you bow before God the Father on the throne in the beautiful city of God, you will lift your voice in glorious praise and say, ”Oh, God, thanks for sending Jesus to be our everything!“ Then as you look around, you will know that He indeed is your everything.
As you receive your reward on the Day of Rewards for all you have done for the Lord, your heart will rejoice. You may have thought you did such a little compared to what He has done for you, but God sees every sacrifice you make.
The Bride will follow her beloved wherever He goes for all eternity. Again and again, she will whisper to Him, ”Jesus, you are my everything.“ What could be more lovely? What could be greater than to hear someone you love with all your heart and adore above all people on Earth say, ”You are my everything“? Truly, you can say it about Jesus. You can whisper it daily and speak it in the night, and then you won’t be lonely or feel beaten down. It will take the weariness out of your body and give courage to your spirit. All of His power within you will work to defeat the powers of the enemy.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). The angel who told Mary she would be the mother of Jesus could have rightfully said, ”His name shall be called Everything.“ In that precious, holy name of Jesus, we do indeed have everything.
Believing all the time that Jesus is everything, the Bride will have the strength, the joy and the serenity needed to bring in the harvest. He will supply all her needs. She will speak His name with all the power of Heaven and trample devils underfoot as she plucks souls for salvation as brands from the fire. Thus saith the Lord, there will be no way to number the souls she will win for Jesus in this great harvest.
Let Jesus Become Your Everything
Do you have Jesus in your heart? Do you feel left out and lonely without Him? If so, you don’t really have life. Some of you are trying to find life through alcohol and drugs, but it is Jesus you need. I found Him when I was eighteen years old, and that is when I found real life. You too can have real life. You may be running to and fro and indulging in the darknesses of the devil trying to find life, but you will never find it there.
If you need Jesus, pray this prayer with me now: Oh, God, I’m lost! I have sinned against you. I have trampled your precious blood underfoot, and I am so sorry! I have come to ask for your forgiveness. I know you are merciful, and I know you died for me. I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins! Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in!
If you meant that prayer, now you can say, Hallelujah, Jesus has come! He is mine! Jesus is truly my everything!
Let Jesus Be Your Healer
If you are sick and afflicted, Jesus is the healer of all your diseases. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases (Psalm 103:2,3). I’m not the healer; Jesus is the healer, but I believe in the power of prayer. You may have cancer, AIDS, heart trouble, paralysis, diabetes or some other affliction. You may have a deaf child, but your child can be healed right now.
Many have been healed of all kinds of diseases and afflictions because this is a Jesus ministry. I use His name, not mine, to do His wonderful works. Let me pray with you now: Lord, I bring the sick and afflicted to you. Jesus said, And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive (Matthew 21:22). In obedience to the Word of God, I pray for the people now in the name of Jesus. From your supernatural gifts of healing and your supernatural gift of miracles, I inject the miracle power from On High into their bodies through the power of the Holy Ghost and in the mighty name of Jesus. Heal, heal in the holy name of the Lord!
The healing Jesus power is flowing. Don’t you feel it flowing into your body or into the body of your baby? Watch all improvements daily as you or your child gets well. Then let us know what happened to you today. You can write, email or send a message through Facebook or Instagram.
Always remember that Jesus wants to be your everything, and He is not satisfied to be anything less. He gave everything, even His very life for one purpose—to be your everything while you are still on Earth and for all eternity. The name is Jesus, and He loves you. He is your joy morning, noon and night; and He will come to you on that great resurrection morning with eternal joy. What love and grace that is! What a Redeemer Kinsman we have in Jesus, our everything.
Thus Saith the Lord
Thus saith the Lord, I am revealing my greatness for this final hour; and I will fulfill the vision I gave my servant when he was a child. The vision will be living reality in this last hour. There will be no way for the souls to be numbered by the people that are on planet Earth. There will be millions and millions and millions of souls that will be won.
I’m going to use you to help bring in my harvest. I have brought you to my Kingdom for this great hour, and I know that many of you will not fail me. I delight in your walk with me. I delight in the way that you’re reaching out for my greatness. I delight in the burden for the lost that you now carry. I delight that the vision that I gave my servant has become your vision. I am giving it to you also through him. I will be with you, and no power can defeat you.
Let not your heart be troubled at any time. Do not be afraid. I will give victories, victories, victories; and I will shake the multitudes with my love and with my mighty power. I will give the inhabitants of the Earth an opportunity to find me before I send judgment. I am lifting up my right hand of mercy to the heathen. I’m reaching out with arms of all of my love to them. I’m opening their eyes, and they will be turned from darkness to light by the millions.
Your harvest that you’re going to bring in for me, your mind cannot comprehend the greatness of it. You cannot take in the numbers that will be brought to me; but I have spoken, and it shall be done. I have worked and worked with you preparing you for this your great hour, the most victorious hour of your life. You will have many valleys, but you will have many mountain peaks. You will be persecuted. You will be tested, and you will be tried; but you have my faith, and it has been tried already. It was tried when I was here on Earth. My faith will stand the test, and my love will stand the test.
Keep on the whole armor [of God], my armor. Walk with me, and I will walk with you. I will hear you each time that you pray. I will hear each word that you speak. I will be nigh unto you, not afar off, but nigh unto you. My divine blood that flows in your heart brings me to you. You will decide in this last hour that it’s not you really living, but it’s your Lord that lives within.
Because you will dine with me, my strength will be yours. My power will be yours, and my promises will be fulfilled. I will be able to perform miracles, miracles, miracles because of the miraculous love and the miraculous faith that my people will have in their hearts as they bring in the harvest in this last hour, saith the Lord.
Lift up your heart before the Lord and tell Him that you want to be a part of His harvest. Tell Him that you will not fail Him, that you love and adore Him. Jesus is your everything in this last and final hour, and you will be His everything as you go forth to win the lost at any cost. Always remember that Jesus is your everything.
