Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (Revelation 3:20-22). These verses are from a letter Jesus dictated to John the Revelator for one of the seven churches addressed in the book of Revelation.

Saint and Sinner, Jesus is at your door today, knocking and calling to you. Can you hear the voice of the Lord? If not, maybe you’re just not listening because Jesus speaks in so many different ways. A mother hears every little noise her baby makes because she listens for it. She may be talking to someone else, but her ears are open to that one tiny voice; and when she hears that little cry, she immediately jumps up to check on her child.

We should be that same way with the Lord. When we hear His voice, we should run for the door. The latch is on the inside, so we have to open the door and let Him in. Think about how long Jesus has been standing at some people’s doors. Has it been 20, 30, 40 years or even more? When somebody is knocking at the door, most people will at least look to see who’s there; so why don’t you do that with the Lord? If you don’t know Jesus today, you’ll see He’s patiently standing there loaded down with armfuls on purpose just waiting to serve them to you.

Jesus Is Everything

Our Lord is the mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). He’s the Bright and Morning Star and the Lily of the Valley. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star (Revelation 22:16). I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys (Song of Solomon 2:1). Jesus is everything you need, and He’s at your door every morning just waiting to come in and dine with you. He’ll serve you Himself if you’ll only open the door.

Jesus is the brightness of His Father’s glory and the express image of God. Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high (Hebrews 1:3).

Never forget that Jesus is the brightness of His Father’s glory, and that’s what we’re to be, too. In teaching the disciples how to pray, Jesus taught them to say, Our Father which art in heaven (Matthew 6:9). His Father is our Father; and when you know Jesus, you know the Father. He said, He that hath seen me hath seen the Father (John 14:9).

We’re to have the image of God, but we were not born with that image. Outside of Eden, we were all conceived in sin and iniquities. Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me (Psalm 51:5). When God looked at us, He saw sin in our lives. He saw that we needed a Savior, and thank God He came. Divine love for us knocked at the very heart of God, and He sent Jesus with life and glory for a sin-cursed world. He left His holy home in Glory for a cross, a crown of thorns, agony, humiliation and death. He left the songs of angels for the temptation of the devil. Just think what an awful world this must have looked like to Him.

Do you ever think about how Jesus came to Earth? He came by way of a manger in Bethlehem, but He didn’t stop there. He came through the wilderness and continued on to Calvary just for you and me. Jesus suffered such sorrow and pain here on Earth so we could live in the Heaven He’d experienced for trillions of years and so we could have a city whose builder and maker is God.

Recognize the Jesus Knock

What kind of knock is at your door? It’s a knock of your best friend. It’s a love knock because nobody has ever loved you like Jesus loves you, and nobody has ever cared for you like He cares. It’s a miracle knock with the cure for all diseases, so why don’t you answer it? If you have a disease that torments you night and day, Jesus has come with healing in His wings; and He’s ready to heal you. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings (Malachi 4:2). God wants His children to be in good health just as you want your children to be in good health.

Jesus has such a loving, patient knock, yet some children of God disappoint Him every morning. My mother and dad never disappointed the Lord. Each morning, their prayers would ring throughout our house as they lifted up their voices before the Lord. They believed in starting the day with Jesus, and they’d open the door wide and invite Him in.

They’d open up that door in the evenings, too, when we’d have family prayer. They’d gather all seven kids around the altar, sanctify us before the Lord, pray for God to protect us and take care of us and ask God to save the ones who were unsaved. As I look back on those prayers today, they meant so much to me. Why won’t you open the door and make your home a home of prayer?

When you don’t open the door each morning to Jesus, you miss so much. He’s right there just waiting for you with such a kind, gentle knock. He doesn’t break down doors; He patiently stands there as the King of kings and Lord of lords to be your everything. Is He the King of your heart today?

Don’t Ignore the Knock

The Lord has many rich blessings for you. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases (Psalm 103:2,3). Just one man called Jesus can heal you and forgive you of all of your sins and iniquities, yet most people won’t open the door and let Him in. They’ll need Him when they’re dying; but they won’t have Him then, and they’ll go straight to hell.

Study the rich man. There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes (Luke 16:19-23).

Jesus was at the rich man’s gate in the form of a beggar named Lazarus, but the rich man wouldn’t give him even a crumb. When Lazarus died, the angels carried him away to Heaven; but when the rich man died, he lifted up his eyes in hell…and he’s still there today. He’ll never forget the Gentle Stranger called Jesus who was at his door, but who he wouldn’t let Him in.

Many claim, “I’m too busy; I’ll talk to Him another time.” If you love someone with your whole heart, you’re never too busy for them; so if you really love Jesus with all of your heart, you’ll take time to let Him in. All you have to do is open the door. You don’t have to beg Him to come in, and He’s not an intruder. He’ll never tear down your door or break a window; you have to want Him. Just invite Him in, and He’ll be right there with plenty of food—the bread of life, which is the Word.

When Jesus knocks, just ask, “Who’s there?” He’ll let you hear His wonderful, sweet, loving voice, and there’s never been one like it! It’s a voice of many waters, and it will soothe every nerve in your body. When He speaks, love flows that will take away every fear; and great strength will be yours. Hear Him saying, “I’m here for you. I’ve come all the way from Heaven, and I’m loaded down with the grace of my Father and your Father. Just open the door because I have what you need, and you can’t get it from anyone or anything on Earth. You can’t buy the food I have with silver and gold. I brought it with me from my Father in Glory. Open the door, and I’ll serve you the bread and water of life free of charge.”

Jesus Brings Love

The Lord deals with us through His living Word, and He talks to you with love. Study I Corinthians 13; it’s the love chapter. It says that if we don’t have His love, we’re nothing. Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity [love], I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity [love], I am nothing (I Corinthians 13:1,2).

People without divine love aren’t whole human beings; they’re just human shells walking around, not blessing Heaven or the God who made them. They blame Him for all the bad things and give Him no credit for the good when He plainly tells us in the Word that all good and perfect gifts come from above. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17).

Jesus knocks with great love when He takes a loved one home to be with Him. It melts our hearts and humbles us so much, but it will also give us vision if we’ll let it. It’s so sad that some people blame God when a loved one goes to Heaven, but I have never blamed God for taking one of my loved ones because I know God is perfect in all of His ways. As for God, his way is perfect (II Samuel 22:31).

When the death angel knocks on the door, it will tear you apart; but always remember that the Lord will be there day after day to put you back together again. This is the voice of experience speaking because only the Lord could have put me back together after He took my precious wife, Angel. I loved her so much, and I didn’t feel like I could go on breathing without her. We had great times together because we both loved Jesus with all of our hearts, and we loved working for Him. We always put Him first no matter what, and I know she never regretted it.

God had her home-going all planned, and Angel was ready to go. She knew she had finished her work, and she had started looking up every scripture in the Bible on Heaven. She was so excited about them that I knew if she had the chance to go, she would.

A few days before God took her, her face was lit up; and she said, “Jesus is here; He’s standing over there by the table. Don’t you see him?” Then she said, “Jesus, let down the bridge so I can go across.” The Lord had anointed her to go, and it was her time; but I never thought the Lord would take her because she was so valuable to His work. She had so many talents that after she was gone, it took seven workers to take her place. Angel was always ready to bless and help people, and I hope to be with her for trillions of years in Heaven.

The Miracle Christ

When you let Jesus in, you can have any miracle you need. God had always answered my prayers from the time He had saved me at 18; but at 23, I was facing death. I’d gone to the edge of the grave, and it seemed like all my faith was gone. I couldn’t understand why I was going to die when I wanted to live and preach the Gospel. I had given so much time to the Lord since I’d been saved, and I was always ready to open my door to Him at any time of the night or day. I would spend many hours with the Lord, and I still do. God knows I am but human and that you’re just human, too; but if you’ll yield to His Spirit and anointing, they will give you all the strength you need.

The time came when I knew I had only a few days left, but then Jesus came one unforgettable night and made me whole all over. He took away all of my diseases and healed every organ in my body. Jesus wasn’t a stranger to me, and my heart leaped within me. Then He lingered to talk with me saying, “Later, you’ll go on a long fast; and when you come out of that fast, you’ll have my power for the healing of the people.” That was a message of life; I knew I was going to live and carry the Gospel to the whole world!

That miracle still lives in me today, and it has kept me in my youth for so many years. That was a deep, deep valley, but I found the Potter’s house of life. Since then, I have ministered to untold thousands of people who need help in the valley of human needs, the deepest valley of them all. There are so many who are suffering or full of sin and need deliverance; and through all my suffering, the Lord gave me the compassion I would need to be able to help them.

Suffer for Christ’s Sake

The Lord knocks on our doors through valley experiences; He doesn’t save us so we can have a big time. He said, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me (Matthew 16:24). There is a cross for you to bear; and if you carry it, you will also have to wear the crown of thorns.

When you’re on the mountain peak of God’s glory, Jesus doesn’t have to knock and ask to come in because you can hear what the Spirit is saying; but in a deep valley is when you need to let Him in. Jesus took three of the disciples up on the Mount of Transfiguration where He was transformed right before their eyes. They saw Him in His glory; and Peter was so excited that he said, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias (Matthew 17:4). Who would have climbed all the way up that mountain just to go to church? Instead, Jesus said, “No, Simon, we’re going down into the valley of human needs; that’s where the suffering is.”

The great Apostle Paul suffered much and fasted often, but he won a multitude of souls. Paul never met Jesus in the flesh, but he knew Him; and you must learn Jesus, too. I’ve retraced Paul’s steps many times and studied the great price he paid, but he never backed down; he always kept his eyes on Jesus.

Today, the Bride will run after Jesus. Draw me, we will run after thee (Song of Solomon 1:4). She won’t run after the world. Jesus said, They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world (John 17:16). You’re either of the world today or you’ve come out of the world. You’re either like Jesus or you’re not like Him. I’ve never seen anybody I wanted to be like but Jesus, and I want Him to use my hands like they are His hands.

Be Willing to Sacrifice

There’s a price to pay to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. I had asked to be just like Jesus; and one night years ago, the Lord visited with me and spent so much time explaining to me all that I had asked for. I hadn’t just asked for a born-again experience or power from On High; I had asked to suffer and to carry a cross. I had asked to fast as long as 40 days at a time, and I had asked for long nights of prayer and seeking God. I had asked for the faith that was once delivered to the saints, and I had asked to cry for lost humanity and to pay any price to take this Gospel to the whole world. I had asked to give my life for His name’s sake.

I have no life of my own, and I’m truly glad that it’s all His. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service (Romans 12:1). I think souls, dream souls, and I’m always reaching out for them. I don’t have a bank account or own any property; everything belongs to God. Any royalties from my books go to the outreach because God gave the books, and they’re His. I never asked the Lord to make me rich in material wealth, only in His gifts.

Jesus Is Our Example

When I was born completely new, I left all sin behind to live a sinless life like the one Jesus had lived. He made me holy through and through, and He baptized me in the real Holy Ghost. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance (Acts 2:4).

This Jesus ministry is a Holy Ghost ministry, and everyone must be baptized in the Holy Ghost. Even Jesus had to receive the Holy Ghost when He walked on Earth as a man, and John saw the Holy Ghost come down upon Him in the form of a dove. And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost (John 1:32,33).

Then Jesus was led into the wilderness to fast for 40 days. And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing (Luke 4:1,2).

I never say no to God no matter how many days of fasting He calls for; but I know He’ll never call for more than 40 days at a time because Jesus went the limit in everything, and you don’t go beyond Him.

Fasting Brings Strength and Power

On a real Bible fast, it’s wonderful to eat the Word and drink the water of life, spiritually speaking. Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). The Word gives such strength and health, and there isn’t anything like it. When you’re fasting, you’re dining at Heaven’s table. The nine fruits of the Spirit are on that table, and they’re greater than all the fruits of Eden. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance (Galatians 5:22,23).

During one of my long fasts, the Lord told me to think about drinking from the river of life. That did wonders for me! I could be hungry and my stomach empty; but when I would eat the Word and think about drinking from the river of life, it was like I had eaten a full meal. Then I’d go in the strength and the power of His greatness.

Elijah went in divine strength 40 days and nights, and he climbed the mount of God. And as he [Elijah] lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat. And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee. And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God (I Kings 19:5-8). Elijah had received food from Heaven.

Are You Consecrated?

Some people don’t take the time to learn about Jesus, but they’ll never be free until they do. I’m always learning more about Jesus. He’s the great King of Glory, yet people won’t let Him serve them. Jesus wants to be real to you, and He’s at your door loaded down with blessings just for you. Did you let Him serve you today? How much of this day He gave you did you use up before you said, “Good morning, Jesus! Direct my paths this day. Lead me to those to whom I can be a blessing and direct me to pray for those who need my prayers”?

The Spirit is calling you to Jesus daily. He’s calling mothers and daddies to family prayer, and you must let your children hear you pray. Where would I be today if I had never heard my family pray? Many times, I heard them call my name in prayer when they didn’t know I was around; somebody was subject to be praying in our home at any time of the day. My family worked hard, but they always made time for God.

With a spirit of prayer and the desire to tarry before the Lord, you forget about sleep because you’re so eager to dine with Him. The power of God is upon you as you pray, and you’re helping break the bondages for others and bring in the lost lambs. Children, that’s the same love and compassion that sent Jesus to Earth and led Him to Calvary for you and me.

The Redemption Plan

It must have been the pure grace of God that sent Jesus into this world of sin. His crucifixion was so terrible that even the Father couldn’t stand to look upon it. He had to turn away and blot it out with darkness while His Son cried, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me (Matthew 27:46)? That wasn’t a part of the plan.

Jesus didn’t know how much He would really have to suffer, and we don’t know how much we’ll have to suffer either; but I always say, “Lord, I will pay whatever you want me to; I will not compromise.” We don’t have long to work; we can see the end-time signs all around us. The King could come at any time, and our ears must be ready to hear when the trumpet sounds. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first (I Thessalonians 4:16).

I saw the dead in Christ rise in a vision the first time I was in the Holy Land. I was in the tomb where Jesus was resurrected, and I was alone with the Lord because they had closed the gates for lunchtime. God took me into a vision, and I saw the saints of God coming out of their graves at Rapture time and ascending up to Heaven with their new bodies. They came out just like when Jesus had walked out of the tomb for all mankind. The blood that stained the Old Rugged Cross made it possible.

The Satisfying Christ

When you let Jesus in, you have to believe that He will truly satisfy you. Are you really satisfied with Christ, or do you just try to make yourself think you are? Do you allow Him to look out for you and for every part of your life—spiritually, physically and financially? Is He your first love? Do you put Him above yourself, people and material things?

The Bible says, For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness (Psalm 107:9). Your soul must long for the Lord’s help and for His will. Your desire must be upon Him, wanting His ways and not yours. You must desire His voice, His love, His peace, His joy, His understanding, His wisdom and His knowledge. You must desire His Word, the revelations He gives to your heart and for Him to talk to you. Your soul must be hungry for Him at all hours.

When you really want Jesus, some of your nights may become sleepless because you’ll long so much to have more of Him to serve to the world—more of His power that heals people, saves them and brings them into the knowledge of the truth. You’ll long for souls to be delivered.

This is the most dissatisfied age that has ever been on Earth. No matter how much money people have, they want more. Many are restless and busy running to and fro, thinking they want this or that; but when they get it, they’re not satisfied. Nothing will ever satisfy the longing heart within us but Jesus.

You can’t feed your soul with the material things of life because your soul came from Heaven, from the very breath of God; and it can only be fed and satisfied with that which is spiritual. The body came from the Earth, so it can be satisfied with that which the Earth brings forth; but the soul can’t. Your soul will die within you if it doesn’t have the wonderful, satisfying Christ.

People spend so much money trying to find happiness. They build big mansions; but when they find no love there, they think, “I’ll move to another state or to another country; maybe I’ll find peace and love there.” Jesus is the only one who can give you lasting peace and love. You can travel throughout the world as much as you want to, but you’ll have to come to Calvary and to Jesus if you ever want to find true peace.

Jesus Brings Peace

Jesus knocks on your door with peace that the world doesn’t understand, but you’ll never find that peace without Calvary. People had tried to find peace for thousands of years; but it didn’t happen until the One called Jesus came as the Babe of Bethlehem, and the manger was full of peace, joy and happiness. The angels rejoiced and told about the peace and love He had brought. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord (Luke 2:11).

The shepherds rushed to see the sight, and they rejoiced at such love and grace. They knew they couldn’t buy such things with money, and they didn’t have much money anyway; but they had the revelation that Jesus was the Christ, the bundle of peace for them. And they [the shepherds] came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds (Luke 2:16-18).

God so loved the world that He gave Jesus so we could have peace, lasting joy, contentment and happiness in our homes. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

In many homes today, you’ll find no peace and love; and walls, carpet and draperies won’t make a loving, happy home. So many people are unhappy because they have never received salvation or waited on God’s direction for their lives. Don’t get married until you’re really saved, baptized in the Spirit and walking in the divine will of God. Then the Lord can bring you the mate He has for you, and you’ll find happiness.

Angel and I had great peace, happiness and joy; and we never fussed or fought. It’s wonderful to have a home where people are sensible in the grace and love of Jesus, one where they can talk things out in love and decide together with the help of the Lord what to do. Many of you think you can’t have peace, but you can when you let Jesus in.

Divine peace and happiness are what we’re preaching all over the world in this final hour, and true happiness only comes from one source—God. We have the healing balm for the world. We have the answer for everything they need—Jesus—and He satisfieth the longing soul.

True Love Comes from God

Whatever you’re longing for today, Jesus is at your door with His satisfying fulfillment. He is love, yet so many people try to have love without Him. They may call it love, but it isn’t true love; and today, you see many homes breaking apart and little children being scattered this way and that. When real love is in a home, children never have to worry about their mother and dad separating.

Thank God for parents who will keep Jesus before their children and who will bring their families together in daily worship—a time when Mommy or Daddy reads a portion of the Word of God, and everybody bows before the Lord. Their paths may separate during the day, but they always come back together.

Many people are restless and unfulfilled and longing for so many things they can’t have, so they reach out for alcohol and drugs. They almost destroy their lives, yet they still don’t find satisfaction. If it hadn’t been for God, many of them would be in hell today; and all those who chose to ignore the Lord’s knock are already there.

Thank God for the loving Jesus who held on to some of you. You had a longing there, and the Father knew that it was Jesus and the Word of the living God you needed. He knew you needed the life that His Son brought, the new and living way; and Jesus was so patient, kind and gentle with you. He knew He couldn’t rush you, so He just waited at your door.

If you had good teachings as a child, they remained ever before you; and you knew that you’d have to take Jesus into your heart sometime. You knew your life would never be complete and that all would be lost if you didn’t. You knew that you would meet the Master somewhere along life’s journey, and you would have to surrender your life to Him.

You Must Have Jesus

When God caught up with me, I had both hands filled with “wild oats,” so to speak; and I was determined to sow them. I told myself that I’d get right with God someday, but just not then. It was time to be like others and enjoy the things of the world, time for wild music, dancing and having a big time. So many young people are doing just that today, but they’re still not satisfied; and some have committed suicide along the way.

How sad for a person with so much of life ahead to take his or her own life. Perhaps they had nobody to help them or to show them the way out. By the way of television, the Internet and the printed page, God has helped us to rescue so many who were ready to take their lives. We receive testimony after testimony from those who say, “I was going to take my life until I saw you on television.” Others have read one of our tracts, books or magazines or have listened to one of our tapes with a Gospel message on it.

People are so dissatisfied today because, although they may claim to have Jesus, they really don’t. When I gave my life to the Lord, I held nothing back. I found what I had been looking for without even knowing I had been looking for it. I was raised in a home that made Jesus real, so I just thought He was already there. I knew I didn’t have Him in my heart, but wasn’t He already with me? When I really found Jesus, I discovered that He had been a stranger to me all the time.

You can’t find Jesus through your mother or daddy no matter how loving and kind they are or how much they know about Jesus. They can show you the way, but you have to find Him for yourself. When I found that Pearl of great price, nobody was more dumbfounded than I was. The kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it (Matthew 13:45,46).

Leave the World Behind

I didn’t know that salvation would make me into such a different person or that I would not love or desire the world anymore. I thought I would be miserable; and I didn’t see how my soul could ever be satisfied without the world’s music, dancing and entertainment. But the Lord filled me up to the brim; and, like the Word says, it was honey from the rock. With honey out of the rock should I have satisfied thee (Psalm 81:16).

When I came out of the world, I had no desire to go back. I had no trouble leaving friends and those I had run around with. I didn’t even bother to say goodbye; I just left everything and everyone behind, and nothing could have enticed me to return. I enjoyed being with God’s people, those who had a satisfied heart and talked about the Lord. I wanted to hear all I could about Jesus. I wanted to hear about real life, and I found that God’s people were the ones who were really living.

Young People, if you’re seeking peace, joy and love, but you don’t know how to find them, you must realize that they’re all in Jesus. He’s the one who loves you and died for you, and He’s the one who will give you joy unspeakable and full of glory (I Peter 1:8). He will satisfy you in every way if you’ll just open your door and let Him in.

It’s wonderful when you find a place of such peace and joy! Then you want everybody to find it. You see troubled hearts all over the world, and you’re trying to tell them, “Come and follow Jesus! You’ll find peace, love and joy like you’ve never had before; and you’ll get answers that will help you straighten out your life. You’ll become contented with Jesus, and you won’t always be seeking rest without finding it. You’ll put your head on your pillow at night and know that all is well, and that’s a good feeling!”

Jesus Is All You Need

Read this scripture again: He satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness (Psalm 107:9). I’m so contented and joyful in the Lord, and I don’t believe there’s a happier person on God’s Earth than Ernest Angley. I’m working hard to bring in the harvest; and the more millions I reach, the more I want to reach. I’m always looking to the Lord because all must hear that the satisfying Christ is at their door.

If you’re discontented today, it’s because you’re drifting away from the shore of sweet deliverance, peace, love and grace. You’re drifting away from the loving arms of Jesus; and you no longer hear His love voice saying, Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27). Don’t live in despair and disappointment; walk the waters of life! The Word has all the life and all the satisfaction we need.

You’ll find that better life through Jesus who came saying, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). Praise God forevermore that He is the door!

You may know Jesus today; but we can always do better by Him, can’t we? We have the Holy Spirit to help us. I’m never satisfied, so I keep moving because I want more of God and more of Heaven. I want to serve every bit of Heaven I can to a lost world, and I never tire of telling people the wonderful love story of Jesus.

The Bride must take the responsibility to teach the whole world God’s love message of His Son’s birth and life and of His first, second and third comings. There’s never been a love story like it, and I get so excited teaching and preaching it. I get so excited seeing thousands in our overseas crusades accepting it; and I love watching them be delivered from voodooism, witchcraft and all the other darknesses of the devil. Many are born into those things, but they come out by the thousands in just one service through the power of God. When I preach the Gospel of Jesus, it’s confirmed with signs, wonders, miracles and healings; and those things convince people.

Open Your Heart

Sinner, don’t go to hell. You don’t know when your heart may stop beating. It could stop right now or in the next few moments, and you would be lost for eternity. The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God (Psalm 9:17). You have only one soul, so get serious about it.

Jesus is so anxious for you to open your door and say, “Come in, Jesus; I need you! You died for me, and I want you to take me by the hand and put my hand into the heavenly Father’s hand. I want the blood you spilled on Calvary to wash away all of my sins, and I want you to spread a table for me every day.”

Say the sinners’ prayer right now. Oh, God, I don’t want to go to hell. I know there’s a burning hell, and I know only the blood of Jesus can keep me from going there. God, have mercy on me! You said if I’d repent, you would forgive me and deliver me from all sin; and you would be my passport to Heaven. I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins. Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in! If you meant that prayer, now you can say, Hallelujah, Jesus is mine!

I will never forget when Jesus became mine. My parents and the pastors had told me about Him, but I didn’t really know Him until the night I got saved. Then He was no longer outside but in my heart. I would say, “It’s not I that liveth, but Christ liveth in me.” Oh, what holiness and righteousness He brought. Live with Him, walk with Him and read His Word daily. Pray and talk to Him; you can call up Heaven any time, and Bible fasting will really help you, too.

Open to a Miracle

Jesus brought faith and healing. In His Word, the Lord talks to us through faith; and Hebrews 11 is the faith chapter. Why suffer if you don’t have to when faith in God heals the sick? All things are possible if you’ll only believe. If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23). When you believe, you’re ready to open the door at any time; so open the door wide and decide, “I’m not going to die; I’m going to live.”

You may be afflicted with AIDS, cancer or leprosy. It also may be that the effects of alcohol or drugs are killing you, but it doesn’t matter. I bring you life. People’s hearts, lungs and other parts of their bodies are re-created through this Jesus ministry. I’m not the healer; I just hold up Jesus before you and say He’s the great Healer and Savior of the world.

Lord, I bring the sick and afflicted to you. You said a believer would lay hands on the sick in your name, and they would get well. In the holy name of Jesus, I bring them. I curse the AIDS, the leprosy, the diabetes, the blood conditions, the kidney and bladder conditions and all internal conditions. Re-create hearts and lungs today; re-create muscles and nerves. Lord, give the blind their sight and the deaf their hearing, and set the mute tongues free. Heal! in the all-powerful blood name of Jesus. Heal! with miracle blood power.

Feel the Lord’s presence now and know that with His blood stripes, we are healed. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Be thou made well and write and tell me what happened to you today. Great things are happening to people through the miracle power. Believe it now as I believed it the night Jesus made me whole. It worked for me, and it will work for you.

Be careful to give Him all the praise, the honor and the glory. Remember, He paid the price for your physical healing at the whipping post; and what a price our dear Jesus paid. See you in the Rapture!
