These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination [a source of intense aversion or detestation] unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren (Proverbs 6:16-19). God hates all of those things, but sowing discord among the brethren is an abomination to Him; and He will not put up with it.

It is obvious that many people do not hate sowing discord like God does because so many of them do it, and they do it without regret. They think it is no big deal, but God knows the damage it does and all of the wasted time that must go into trying to heal the hurt and get rid of the confusion it causes. You should speak only glorious talk to your brothers and sisters in Christ, both in church and out of church. If you don’t, God will not let you get by with it no matter who you are or what position you hold.

The consequences of sowing discord are mentioned earlier in the same chapter. Frowardness [not easily managed] is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord. Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy (Proverbs 6:14,15). To be broken without remedy means to be destroyed. People who sow discord are damning their own souls. They will get no help, no sympathy and no love from God because He will hate them. God will not allow them to enter His Heaven; and they will have no chance of making the Rapture. Thus saith the Lord, nobody will be on the one flight out if they are doing one thing that God hates.

We Must Have Unity

Discord is a lack of agreement and harmony that creates conflict, and discord in the Kingdom of God is extremely disruptive to the unity of the Spirit. Faith and love work together to establish God’s children in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to bring unity among them, but discord and seducing spirits work together to bring confusion and separation; and the Lord will not tolerate any of that in this final hour.

God’s people must be in one mind and one accord; and if you are walking in harmony with the Spirit of God, you will not spread harsh or unpleasant messages that grieve the Spirit and throw others out of unity. When you yield to the Spirit, it is not hard to walk in unity; but when you yield to your own spirit and the spirit of the devil, you will sow discord and be disruptive. You will become a stumbling block to God’s people and to God Himself, and He will push you out of His way.

The Bible instructs us to do good to all people. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith (Galatians 6:10). It also tells us to eschew [shun] evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue [follow after] it (I Peter 3:11).

God’s people must always strive to keep unity and peace. Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3). Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ (Ephesians 4:13). We must seek to be just like Jesus; and we must always ask ourselves, “What would Jesus say or do?”

We are coming to the end of our civilization, and that is why the devil is fighting so hard. People may try to destroy the work of God, but they only help to enhance it; and many angels are fighting for God’s people in this last hour. The Bible says, Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:14)? When an angel touches you, you will receive great and unusual help; and the Lord is ready to help us do His work like never before. We just have to be still, and know that I am God (Psalm 46:10).

Envy, Strife and Ego Must Go

Strife and envy are discords to the Spirit, and they destroy God’s unity. Let us walk honestly…not in strife and envying (Romans 13:13). For whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal [worldly], and walk as men (I Corinthians 3:3)?

Paul knew how dangerous envy and strife were. For I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would…lest there be debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults (II Corinthians 12:20). You have to cleanse yourself with the blood of Jesus and keep yourself clean through the Holy Spirit who should be dwelling within you. You have to keep your tongue holy and ready for the Holy Ghost to use as His very own whenever He wants to, and that means that all of the things God hates must be gone.

At the end of that verse, Paul mentioned “swellings”; and that means thinking too highly of oneself. That is ego, and that is one of the most common channels through which discord travels. The Lord plainly told me that ego is of the devil, yet many people and even preachers are full of it.

The Bible says, Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves (Philippians 2:3). Vain glory is selfish, sinful glory, and you must never set yourself above others. When you think you are more important than others, you will sow discord by using authority when you should be serving.

Jesus never did any of that, and I seek to be like Him. I have given my life for the work of God, and I am here to serve people. I want souls for my hire, not money; and I have told the Lord so many times, “Give me souls or let me die.” Souls are my purpose for living. I want to help people keep their eyes on the heavenly goal so they will not come up lacking when Jesus comes.

Paul said that those who are not right with God are proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings (I Timothy 6:4). James said, For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work (James 3:16).

People who think they are something special are sickening. Do you see them serving others the things of God? No. They are too busy making loud, unpleasant noises that are a discord to the Spirit of God and to everyone around them. Jesus said, But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant (Matthew 23:11). Jesus served others the whole time He walked on Earth.

Only God Is Great

We all need to realize that we are nothing without the Lord and His love. Though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity [love], I am nothing (I Corinthians 13:2).

Jesus said, Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold? Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift (Matthew 23:17,19)? In other words, are you greater than the one who sanctifies you? Are your talents and positions greater than the Lord who gave them to you? God knows the motive of each heart, and He immediately picks up on any discord being sown.

If you are walking in the Spirit, you too will pick up on any discords among God’s people; and they will be bitterness to your soul. The Bible says, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh (Galatians 5:16). You must want no part of sowing discord or of being involved in the discord others sow; and, Parents, that includes you. You must never allow discord to come between you, and you cannot allow it among your children. My mother and dad were able to keep discord out from among seven children, and you can do that, too.

Gossip Is Devil Talk

Paul said, Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them (Ephesians 5:11). Sowing discord, whispering and backbiting are all works of darkness. You may think things you say about people won’t hurt them if they don’t hear you, but they will hurt those you are talking to because you are putting thoughts in their minds that Jesus would not put there.

Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people (Leviticus 19:16). God gave strict orders about saying the wrong things even before Jesus and the Holy Ghost came; and now in this dispensation of grace, how much more so should He expect us to obey Him? What goes on in many churches today is awful, and God is not pleased.

For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies [gossipers] . Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread (II Thessalonians 3:11,12). God hates people who gossip. Paul told those kinds of people to stay home, keep their mouths shut and mind their own business.

If you are a stumbling block to others in any way, you are hindering God and slowing down His work; and He is going to throw you off His Gospel train no matter who you are. God is no respecter of persons, and He will not excuse anyone just because they have special talents or hold certain positions. You may think you are special, but you are only special to yourself and the devil. God can get along without us, but we cannot get along without God.

You may say, “That person sows discord, so I am going to do it right back.” If you want discord to grow, go ahead; but why do you want to feed the damaging fire rather than letting it go out? Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth (Proverbs 26:20).

No one can control what others do, but you can control yourself. As coals are to burning coals, and wood to fire; so is a contentious man to kindle strife. The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly (Proverbs 26:21,22). You must do what is right and pray for others to see the necessity of doing right, too. If you don’t, you will end up in hell with them; and you can sow discord there for all eternity.

Do You Edify Others?

We will smile at children who hit a wrong note when they are learning to play musical instruments; but as grown children of God, we must put off childish things and know that our notes of discord in the Spirit will not be excused. We are always to be at our best for God and to do all things for His glory just as Paul instructed. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ (Ephesians 4:12,13). We must stand as tall as Christ stood when He was here. We must measure up to His love, His faith, His grace, His full assurance and have the same power of the Holy Ghost that He had.

Paul went on to say, That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ (Ephesians 4:14,15). Only through love and faith will we grow up in God.

From whom [Christ] the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love (Ephesians 4:16). It is time to get rid of all dissention with your brothers and sisters in Christ and be in one mind and one accord with each other and with the Holy Ghost. Be like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind (Philippians 2:2). It is time to quit seeking honor and glory for self and lift each other up.

Never Speak Evil of Others

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). God is very straightforward in His Word, and you cannot allow any of these things to be in your life or in your children’s lives. You also cannot take any pleasure in those who do such things, or you are just as guilty as they are. Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them (Romans 1:32).

People who sow discord are not right with God, and He wants you to stay away from them. Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly (Romans 16:17,18). If you run into someone who is causing division or the person calls you on the telephone, just say you don’t have time to talk. Then go on your way to help others and to be a soul winner like Jesus. He turned from those who were wrong to those who could be reached; and when you live close to God, you will know whether or not it is worthwhile to work with certain people.

Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge (James 4:11). Do you edify others or judge them? The Bible says, Grudge [Judge] not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge [the Lord] standeth before the door (James 5:9).

You must let the kindness and the love of God take the place of discord. Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man (Colossians 4:6). When your speech is seasoned with salt, it is full of divine love, grace and all the good things of Heaven.

We are to speak evil of no man [or woman], to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another (Titus 3:2,3). We are to have only love for one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another (John 13:35). Those in the world may not understand that love, but they do notice it.

Why Do You Suffer?

Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 5:10). The Bible tells us that we will suffer persecution for the sake of Christ, but you must make sure your suffering is for that reason. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified (I Peter 4:14).

Don’t suffer as an evildoer who sows discord or does anything else against God. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters. Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf (I Peter 4:15,16). If you are going to suffer, let it be for hating what God hates. Then you will be blessed. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven (Matthew 5:11,12).

No Excuses

If you do not hate what God hates in this last hour and continue to do things that displease Him, you are without excuse before God. If you get to the end of your road unprepared and you try to offer excuses as to why you failed God and did not live pure, clean and holy before Him, He will not be interested. Not one excuse maker will get through the gates of Glory.

God has heard so many excuses over the years, even from His own people—excuses for not praying and spending time with the Word of God, for not going to church, for not working for God, for not being dedicated and consecrated to Him and living free from all sin, and for not doing God’s whole will.

When you stay out of church or refuse to do things for God, you need to decide whether you have an excuse or a reason. Every time you give the Lord an excuse, you back Him away; and soon, He will leave you alone. God knows there is no need for Him to give you His power or flow His love to you because He knows you are full of excuses and will not use them.

People try so hard to excuse themselves for the wrongs they have done, for the hurt they have caused and for what they have said to people; but there is no excuse. Heaven has given us all the answers we need if we will seek the right source for them. If you don’t know the truth about something, you can find it by yielding to the Holy Spirit; but if you seek answers from people, you will not always find the right ones.

You will find everything you need in the Bible; and it is a book of reasons, not excuses. It says, For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse (Romans 1:18-20).

If you are going to make an excuse about something, you would be better off to say nothing at all because God will judge your idle words. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment (Matthew 12:36). Excuses are made up of idle words, and there is no life in such words.

A Refused Supper

Jesus talked about excuses when He told this story: Then said he [Jesus] unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many: And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready. And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused (Luke 14:16-18). That was just an excuse because the man had already bought the ground. He also must have been a poor businessman because those verses imply that he had not even looked at the land before he bought it. The man could have gone to see the land some other day because it was not going anywhere, but he just did not want to go to the supper.

And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused (Luke 14:19). Who would buy oxen without first trying them out? Again, if the man had been a good businessman, he would have tried them out before he bought them; so that was just an excuse. Now, if the man had said, “These oxen are about to be sold; and if I don’t go right away, I will have no chance of getting them,” that would have been a reason. But he only had an excuse.

And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come (Luke 14:20). If the man had said he was going to get married, that would have been a reason; but he had already married the woman. Now, what lady would not have wanted to go to a big, beautiful supper for free? The man did not care about the person who was giving the supper, so he was looking for a way out.

Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper (Luke 14:21-24).

Today, all the inhabitants of the Earth have been invited to the great Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and no person or devil can take that invitation away from them; but most people are making excuses for not wanting to be there. They may say they can’t live holy or that there are too many hypocrites in their church. They may blame their attitude on their husband, their wife, their children or some circumstance; but in reality, they just do not want to wear God’s wedding garment of divine righteousness, holiness and purity. It is a garment without spot or wrinkle, so those who wear it cannot have even one tiny particle of sin.

People would be better off if they would just admit the truth and tell God they don’t want to do what He wants them to do. They should tell Him that they don’t feel the need of God’s blessings or of gathering together in church with God’s people like He said we should. Then the Holy Spirit would have a chance of bringing them under conviction and showing them just how far off course they really are. They are headed for destruction, and so many excuse makers have already been destroyed. God only accepts the truth; and thus saith the Lord, their only hope is to come clean.

Will You Work for God?

Since the Christian church as a whole has turned away the invitation to the Lord’s great Supper, He is telling His children to take His love into the highways, the byways and the hedges of the world and to compel people to come to Him. He is reaching out to the poor and the uneducated and telling them that it will cost them nothing for Him to dress them in heavenly garments. Ho, everyone that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price (Isaiah 55:1).

For years, I have watched people back away from God and heard them make excuses that seem so real to them that they have deceived their own hearts. They have let the devil fool them and make them think they have had reasons when they were really just putting other things ahead of God, and He cannot bless those kinds of people in any great way. Excuses make people very weak, and they have made some very weak Christians.

The Lord said, Come now, and let us reason together (Isaiah 1:18). True members of the bridal company will work for the Lord, and they will have a real reason for not doing any part of God’s work because He will give them plenty of faith and love and a desire to do it. God will not reason with excuses or beg you to live and work for Him; He will just give your talents and blessings to someone else.

We are in the final hour, and God is separating Gideon’s 300 unto Himself. He is gathering them together so He can pour His power and greatness through them, and they will be greatly blessed. And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand (Judges 7:7). In the Bible, God poured out His power through Gideon’s 300 for just one battle; but today, this power will be poured through the Lord’s true children again and again to shake people in all nations. His Gospel will go forth to all people so everyone will have a chance to hear it, and then the end will come.

Excuses Lead to Destruction

People make excuses when they have something to hide, and they are usually trying to hide themselves because they don’t hate what God hates. They may excuse themselves for the way they treat God, for the way they act toward Him and for not walking close to Him; but they will not get by, and they will never get into God’s Glory.

It is easy to get in the habit of making excuses. You may promise people that you will be somewhere or do something, and then you make a flimsy excuse when you don’t follow through. That is no good because it hurts your influence, and it hurts people’s confidence in you. That is why the Lord took away all of our excuses and gave us powerful promises for every part of our lives. He made it possible for us to be fit subjects for Heaven through His divine blood.

Adam and Eve sinned because they did not hate what God hates, and then they made excuses for it. First they tried to cover themselves with fig leaves. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden (Genesis 3:7,8). Your excuses are just as weak as those fig leaves were. They did not hide Adam and Eve from God; and thus saith the Lord, no excuse will ever hide you from God.

And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat (Genesis 3:9-13). Adam blamed Eve, and Eve blamed the serpent; and that spirit of excuse making has run in the human race ever since. Adam and Eve did not have a reason for what they did; so God put them out of the Garden because He had warned them, The soul that sinneth, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:4).

If God did not make any excuses for the man and woman He had made, He will never make one for anyone else either. He has said that you will have no part in His Kingdom if you go to the forbidden tree, so you are on dangerous ground if you go there; and it will lead to your destruction. When the Lord asks you, “Where art thou?”, you must recognize His voice and say, “Here I am, Lord.” Then you must go to meet Him without one excuse.

Hypocrites Will Not Make It

The Lord is angry with many in today’s so-called Christian world, and He is turning away from them. He is letting spiritually dead church members do what they want to do, and they are falling right into the hands of the devil and his world church.

Every week, many people sit in so-called houses of God that are not part of the true Jesus Church. In His Church, you will find holy people who are walking, talking and living like Jesus; and they have great joy, strength and gladness. In the world church, you will find people who are making excuses for their lack of prayer, living in the Word and yielding to the Holy Spirit; and they will not make it to God’s Heaven.

There is no strength, no help and no spiritual food or vitamins in excuses; they bring only confusion, doubt, fear and frustration. No one has to have anything that looks or smells like the devil; but many allow him to deceive them into believing that they have to live with depression, oppression and despair.

Your birthright through Calvary is strength, love, faith and the Holy Ghost without measure. Everything you need is in Christ Jesus; so you must be able to say, I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me (Philippians 4:13). There is no room in that scripture or any other scripture for excuses; and if you fail to get rid of them, you will never be all the Lord wants you to be. You must bury every one of them under the blood of Jesus and never make another one. Jesus said, Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God (Matthew 5:8).

Love Makes No Excuses

Have you ever loved someone who did not love you? The Lord loves people, but so many will not show Him love in return; and it makes Him feel terrible. True love is to be shared and returned with no excuses, and the Lord wants a return on His love. Just as keeping love alive will make a good marriage, keeping the love of God alive will allow the Spirit to flow it into your heart. Then faith will work for you, and nothing will be able to stop you.

The Lord has given us many wonderful reasons why we should live holy, love the Lord with all of our hearts and walk like Jesus; but how many times have you failed to do something for God that you could have? You saddened God’s heart even if you did not realize what you were doing.

Yield yourself to God today and tell Him you will make no more excuses and have only godly reasons for everything you do. You can never fool God because He knows what is in your heart, so cry out to Him and admit your shortcomings. Admit that you have failed and disobeyed Him at times but that you are sorry for it. Let this be a turning point that will give you victory in living for the Lord. Then you can become a strong soldier in the army of the Lord who is willing to endure hardness for Christ’s sake.

Do Not Excuse Your Way to Hell

The road to Heaven is strait and narrow, but it is the only one. You can excuse yourself and say it is easier to take a wider road and enter in at another gate, but that will only lead you to hell. Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it (Matthew 7:13,14). You can excuse yourself for being on the wrong road, but that will not make you end up at the right destination. Again, I say that the Lord will not accept any excuses.

You can choose to move ahead with God or fall back. Lot’s family had the opportunity to escape the destruction of the city or to go back to it. And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city. And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed. Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground. But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt (Genesis 19:15-17,24-26). Lot’s wife made the choice to look back; but regardless of her excuse for taking that one last look, it was her last one in that body. God had put up with enough.

You must make sure you are taking in this message like God wants you to. Don’t blunt the edge of the sword of truth—the Word—by putting your own opinions on it. Let the truth cut deep into your innermost being, and let the severity of the consequences of doing things that God hates become real to you. Hide all of this in your heart; obey it, and you will have no trouble meeting Jesus in the air when He returns. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord (I Thessalonians 4:16,17).

It is time for people to wake up and get ready to go up, and it is time for us to finish our work. We have only a limited amount of time left to bring the lost into the Kingdom, but how much of your time are you willing to give for those souls?

Join the Family of God

Jesus came to make sons and daughters of God. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons [or daughters] of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12). You can be a child of God, but you have to believe on Jesus’ name and accept Him into your heart. God told me that when He gave Jesus, He gave all of His love; and if people do not accept that love and the death of His Only Begotten Son, there is no hope left for them.

If you are not ready to meet the Lord in the air, you must get ready today because you are not promised tomorrow. Ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away (James 4:14).

Oh, Sinner, you will be without excuse on that great judgment day; and if you reject Jesus now, you may soon be asking yourself the same thing Job did when he said, What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him (Job 31:14)? Job was right with God; but if you are not, it will be too bad. Thus saith the Lord, surrender all excuse making to the Lord because God will have no part in it.

If you will commit to hating what God hates and get rid of all excuses, the Lord can make you new. The Bible says, Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow (Isaiah 1:18). Reason with God because if there is one speck of sin in you, you will excuse yourself right into hell.

Come to Jesus today, and do not let the devil convince you otherwise. This is a crucial day of reckoning, and there is still time to receive forgiveness through the blood of Jesus and be set free.

Say this prayer: Oh, God, save my soul. Forgive me for all of my excuses. I am sorry that I failed you and made myself weak by making excuses rather than reasoning with you, but there will be no more of that. I will serve you in Spirit and in truth, and I am yours. I give myself to you through the blood of Jesus, and I ask for that divine blood to purge me from everything that is unlike you. I come for cleansing and forgiveness, and I believe the blood of Jesus washes away all of my sins right now. Come on in, Jesus! Come on in!

God Wants to Heal You

When you no longer love what God hates and you stop making excuses, you can join the Lord’s true children in winning all kinds of victories for the Lord. Little deformed babies are being made whole; people who are paralyzed or crippled in any way are being delivered before our very eyes. Those with AIDS, cancer, heart trouble, diabetes and all kinds of diseases are being healed and sending us their miraculous testimonies. Hear the sound of miracles coming toward you today and reach up and receive what you need. Only believe, and you can be made whole all over.

Lord, here they are. Some of them have AIDS and are at death’s door, but you will heal them; we have seen it happen again and again. Others have suffered strokes or have diabetes, heart trouble, lung trouble or leprosy; and they are in awful conditions, but you will heal them of everything. Heal! in the blood-name of Jesus! Heal!

The Lord’s power is going all through you. Feel His presence and know that His presence heals just as the Bible declares it will. The power of the Lord was present to heal them (Luke 5:17). Take your miracle today. Notice every change and give God the glory. Then write me and tell me what happened, and I will rejoice with you.

Thus Saith the Lord

Thus saith the Lord, you are indeed without excuse today for any of your wrongdoing and actions. Your excuses have made you so weak. Your excuses have robbed you of my strength, of my peace and of my grace. Your excuses have caused you to fail me again and again, but you are without excuse.

You will never meet one excuse in my Heaven. It will be a refuge for all eternity. It will be a home of peace and joy and love…but hell will be filled with excuses and excuse makers…I am patient and longsuffering, but I do come to the end of it. When I hear excuses, I turn a deaf ear and refuse to even hear that person as he or she continues to go away from me with their excuses.

I call unto you, “Come and let us reason together…Come to Calvary’s power, and you will need no excuses.” You will have power over all the powers of the devil; and you will have victories daily, saith the Lord. You will walk as my Son, Jesus, walked, and He never needed to excuse Himself before His heavenly Father. I have offered you the same power and the same paths to travel, and I have given you light and wisdom and knowledge. Walk with your God and reason always in the truth; and Heaven will be yours, saith the Lord.
