God does not forget the labors of love we do for Him, but so many people today forget God; and that is dangerous. The Bible says, The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God (Psalm 9:17).

God told the Israelites never to forget all He did for them. Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life (Deuteronomy 4:9). God does not instruct His people to do something He would not do, so this demand for remembrance was not one-sided. God remembered the Israelites too.

Unfortunately, the Israelites did forget God many times; and because of that, they had to go through many unnecessary trials and tribulations. They should be an example to all of us never to forget God.

God Notices Every Effort

People have a tendency to think that God only remembers the bad things they do, and the devil is right there to agree with them; however, the Bible tells us that God can indeed forget the bad when people will sincerely repent. And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more (Hebrews 10:17). When you are saved, God does not remember that you ever sinned. You stand in His presence as holy as He is, and your heart beats in rhythm with His just like the hearts of Adam and Eve did before they fell into sin.

God keeps record of every good work and every labor of love you do in His name. For God is not unrighteous [not unjust] to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister (Hebrews 6:10). God does not overlook anything you do for Him.

Jesus remembered the woman with the alabaster box who anointed Him for His burial, and He made sure it was mentioned in the Bible so all people would know about it. Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat (Matthew 26:6,7).

Jesus told His disciples, For she hath wrought a good work upon me. For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial. Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her (Matthew 26:10,12,13).

Child of God, if the Lord never forgot that woman’s act of love, then He will not forget when you minister kindness to someone in His name either. Your labor of love may look insignificant to others, but God sees it; and He is not unrighteous to forget it.

The Lord Knows When You Give All

As Jesus watched many people give of their abundance into the treasury one day, He took note of a widow woman as she cast in her two mites because He knew she gave all she had. And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living (Mark 12:41-44).

You don’t have to do something big or spectacular for God to take notice. He remembers everything you do from your heart, whether it is big or small. That is why Jesus said, Whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward [God will never lose track of it.] (Matthew 10:42).

Little things look big to God when they are done from the heart and in the name of the Lord, but anything you do from a selfish heart will be burned up. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is (I Corinthians 3:12,13).

Be Kind to Others

People, and even you, may forget works you have done for the Lord in the past; but God never forgets because He loves humanity. His love is greater than a mother’s love. Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee (Isaiah 49:15).

Children of God mean so much to Him that every child of God’s name is engraved in His hands. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me (Isaiah 49:16).

God remembers every time you help a soul in need when you do it in His name. Jesus said, For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me (Matthew 25:35-40).

God sees every time you speak a word of encouragement or pray for someone; and when you help and encourage those who serve God, it is the same as if you are doing it for God. That is why you must always take time to be kind and do all things through divine love, divine faith and divine peace.

Use Free Choice Wisely

God created man and woman to glorify Him, but most people have failed Him throughout these past thousands of years. That is why we are now living on borrowed time—a period in which the Lord is giving us extra time to do work that already should have been done. We must use it wisely and thank God for it every day.

Paul used his time wisely; and at the end of his journey, he could say, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing (II Timothy 4:7,8). All of those who are on fire for the Lord and watching for Him to come will receive a crown of righteousness in Heaven too. Unfortunately, some do not seek that crown of righteousness; every person has free choice to do as they please.

When Jesus was crucified, two men were crucified with Him. And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise (Luke 23:39-43).

Jesus remembered the man who honored Him. The other man could have gone to Heaven also, but he used his free choice to choose hell.

Choose God’s Way

The rich man Jesus told about made the same unfortunate choice. And he [Jesus] spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided (Luke 12:16-20)? That man thought he had it made, but he was so wrong; and he went to hell.

Some people think they are so smart; but when they fail God, they will be the losers. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright (Psalm 20:7,8).

People today have free choice, but most will not honor God and have forgotten all about Him. God’s powerful right hand is always reaching out to His anointed. Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand (Psalm 20:6). The wicked receive only His left hand of judgment.

God Remembers

God remembers every sincere prayer. And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing [an angel], And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God (Acts 10:30,31).

God took note of the very first prayer you prayed that led you to salvation and of all the works following that you did in His name. In fact, all those who fear God will have their name written in His love book of remembrance. Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name (Malachi 3:16).

The Psalmist knew about God’s remembrance; and he said, That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments (Psalm 78:7). God sees all and knows all, and He remembers everything those who are righteous do in His name. The righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance (Psalm 112:6).

Stand by Your Promises

God remembered Hannah who sincerely asked Him for a son. She was in the temple pouring her heart out to God, and the priest thought she was drunk; however, God knew her heart, and He gave her that son. And they [Hannah and her husband] rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her (I Samuel 1:19).

Hannah also remembered that she had promised God she would give her son back to Him. After little Samuel was weaned, she took him back to the house of the Lord. And they slew a bullock, and brought the child to Eli [the temple priest]. And she said, Oh my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto the LORD. For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him: Therefore also I have lent him to the LORD; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD (I Samuel 1:25-28). Hannah didn’t forget God; and she named her son Samuel, which means “asked of God.”

God always remembers and stands by His promises to you, but do you always remember Him? How many petitions have you made to God and then forgot Him after He granted them? Perhaps you promised to pay your tithes if God would give you a job; but when He gave that good job, you forgot what you owed Him in return. The Bible says, Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings (Malachi 3:8). God said the tenth was holy unto Him. And concerning the tithe…the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD (Leviticus 27:32).

Let the Holy Ghost Guide You

God loved us so much that He sent His only Son to Earth to die for us, and then He sent the Holy Ghost to Earth to be our teacher and guide. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you (John 14:26). Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come (John 16:13).

The Holy Ghost is a gift given to you by God. The love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us (Romans 5:5). You can’t buy the Holy Ghost or receive Him through works; He only comes in when you yield to Him.

Once you receive the Holy Ghost, you must continue to yield to Him if you want Him to guide you through this last hour. He will help you and intercede for you according to the will of God. Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the [Holy] Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered [put into words]. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God (Romans 8:26,27).

It is the Holy Ghost’s job to get the Bride ready to go with Jesus on Rapture Day, and you can only rise to meet Him in the air according to the Holy Ghost power working in you. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20). The closer you live to the Lord, the more power you will have working within; and on that great Rapture Day, you will be glad you endured and worked for the Lord with your whole heart.

Let God Be Your God

God doesn’t just want to be around you; He wants to walk in you. As God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people (II Corinthians 6:16). There is no limit to what your soul can hold; so the whole Trinity and all of Heaven can be in you with all their divine love, power and strength. God gives you power to deliver the sick and afflicted and to help the weak. He gives you strength to become His hands, His eyes, His mouth and to do His work.

The Lord delights in those who are His, and you must also delight in Him. The Bible says, Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart (Psalm 37:4). When you walk in God’s divine will, the Holy Ghost will give you what is pleasing to God.

The great God of the universe made man with His own hands. The Father, Son and Holy Ghost all got down in the dirt and formed an image like themselves. When the body was completed, God breathed into the man the breath of life; and he became a living soul.

You must appreciate that wonderful gift of life and do all you can to become the best child of God you can be. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15).

Endure to the End

God does not forget the things we do for Him, and He will reward those who hold fast to His ways unto the end. Jesus said, Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name (Revelation 3:11,12).

What a wonderful, everlasting reward you will receive if you endure until the end; but the road from Earth to Heaven will not be an easy one. It wasn’t easy for Jesus, the Early Church disciples or the Apostle Paul; and it won’t be easy for you either.

Paul was stoned and left for dead in Lystra, but the Lord didn’t let him die. Paul told the people there to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God (Acts 14:22).

You will have trials, and you will only be able to endure them the right way through divine patience. Paul said, Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us (Hebrews 12:1).

When troubles come, always remember you have God to help you; and then turn everything over to Him. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee (Isaiah 26:3). When you do your best for God, He will do the rest.

The Way Is Not Easy

Your walk will be one of endurance and perseverance, but it will be worth it. Jesus told the church at Philadelphia, Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation [the Tribulation Period], which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth (Revelation 3:10). Jesus was saying, “Because thou hast remained steadfast in the divine faith, pressed on to the high calling of God, endured all things for my name’s sake and not fainted, I will keep thee from the hour of temptation.”

Your high calling is to help take this Gospel to the world. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14).

Many people will try to prevent you from fulfilling that calling, but you must stand rooted and grounded in the Lord. That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God (Ephesians 3:17-19).

If you want God to remember you, you will have to endure much contradiction from sinners and hypocrites; but you can’t let anything stop you. Jesus said, And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved (Matthew 10:22). And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death (Luke 21:16). But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved (Matthew 24:13). Man cannot produce this kind of endurance; it has to come from God.

Do All to the Glory of God

God does not remember the things you do or what you suffer for your own sake but for His. For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God (I Peter 2:20).

It is easy to go God’s way when everything is working in your favor, but that will not always be the case. Paul endured much for Christ’s sake so that others might be saved. In one of his final letters to Timothy, he said, Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him [dead to sin], we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us (II Timothy 2:10-12). If you deny God, He will not remember you.

To make sure your works are truly labors of love, you must always seek the Lord with your whole heart. Jesus said, I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened (Luke 11:9,10).

God will always remember those who truly seek Him no matter what is going on around them. But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings; By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by [divine] love unfeigned (II Corinthians 6:4-6).

Give Your Whole Heart

Are you performing labors of love today, or will the Lord one day forget you ever existed? If you don’t know Jesus, you must get to know Him today. Ask the Lord to let His love flow into your soul and pray this prayer right now: Oh, God, forgive me of all my sins. I confess that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary with divine blood in His veins. I believe Jesus shed that blood and that it gives power to wash away all my sins. Come into my heart, Jesus! Come on in.

If you meant that prayer, the powerful, divine blood of Jesus has made your soul new. In a split second, all your sins were washed away through the blood of the Lamb. Put your trust in that blood and in all the divine love Jesus brought down from Heaven. Then go forth to live a new life in Him.

Jesus Wants to Heal You

Jesus shed His divine blood for healing as well as for salvation; and without that blood, there would be no healing for us today. But thank God, there is healing through the blood of Jesus for whatever disease or affliction you may have—cancer, heart trouble, AIDS, diabetes or anything else. The Bible says, With his [Jesus’] stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). He went to the whipping post so we could be made whole.

If you need healing today, accept this prayer of faith. Lord, I bring the people to you. I have brought them your living Word; so now, from your supernatural gifts of healing and miracles, make them well through the name of your Son, Jesus. Lord, heal and deliver the people and set the captives free. Healing flows through the blood of Jesus. Heal! in the name of Jesus! Heal! in the holy name of the Lord.

The Lord is flowing His anointing of healing and deliverance to you now. Accept it and be made well. Then write, email or message us on Facebook or Instagram to tell us what God has done for you.

Never back off on your labors of love for the Lord, and always remember to give God all the glory for everything He does for you. O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together (Psalm 34:3).
