In whom [Jesus] we have redemption through his blood (Ephesians 1:7). The word redemption covers everything that was lost in the fall of man both spiritually and physically. Jesus didn’t come just to save our souls; He came to redeem everything man had sold to the devil when he sinned in the Garden of Eden.

Jesus is the redeemer for your soul, mind and body. He can deliver you from both sin and sickness. He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his [blood] stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Jesus came to show us that healing is the children’s bread. That means it’s on the table all the time for whosoever will believe it and receive it; but as long as you have any doubt, fear, despair or frustration, you won’t receive your deliverance. All sin and sickness come from the devil. Now, that doesn’t mean you’re sinful if you’re sick; it means you can be healed through the power in the divine blood of Jesus.

Victory over the devil includes victory over sin and sickness. The devil can’t lay on you anything that Jesus suffered for because Jesus is the liberating Christ. And where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (II Corinthians 3:17). That means you can be free in soul, mind and body.

Because of Calvary, you can have everything you need. Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God (Romans 3:25). You must have unwavering faith in the blood.

No More Separation

Because of the blood, you can have peace that the world doesn’t understand. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). There is so little peace in the world today because people are not acknowledging or using the blood of Jesus. Even some who are saved will not use God’s peace for their mind, so they are always tormented.

Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27). The only burden you are to carry is the one for souls.

Because of the blood, you can enter into the holiest [place] by the blood of Jesus (Hebrews 10:19). In Old Testament days, only the High Priest was permitted to go into the holy of holies once a year on the Day of Atonement. The people stood outside separated from God by a drapery of fear, despair, frustration and darkness. But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear (Isaiah 59:2).

When Jesus died, God tore that drapery from top to bottom; and the message went forth, Whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely (Revelation 22:17). You must never again let anything separate you from God, but many people do. They may not be sinning; but doubt, fear, unbelief and anything else unlike God can cause some separation and hinder God from helping you.

Live Sin Free

Jesus became our sacrificial lamb so we could be free and live free from all sin, but many people don’t think that is possible. Take note that the Bible says, The soul that sinneth, it shall die (Ezekiel 18:20).

A sinner is a person who willingly transgresses the law of God. When you do that, the Bible says, There remaineth no more sacrifice for sins (Hebrews 10:26). Jesus is no longer your redemptive lamb.

It is possible to live free from sin; or God never would have said, Be ye holy; for I am holy (I Peter 1:16). If you’re a Jesus person, you will live holy. That is just your reasonable service to the Lord. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service (Romans 12:1).

When God created man and woman, they had divinity in them. They were never to have gotten old, been sick or died. They were as free as the angels in Heaven, and they were to have lived forever in that divinity; but when they sinned, the devil destroyed the divine blood in their lives. He couldn’t destroy the blood, but sin contaminated the blood that was in them; and they became his servants.

Not until Jesus, the Second Adam, came to Earth would we once again be offered the freedom of Eden. No, we could not live in the physical Eden, but we could have an Eden in our hearts because the sinless, divine blood flowed on Calvary. When Jesus carried that blood in His veins on Earth, He forgave people of their sins, healed the sick and showed He had power over death.

When you have that same power in your soul, you can have all the power you need on this journey from Earth to Heaven. That’s why Paul said, We are more than conquerors through him that loved us (Romans 8:37). The devil can’t stand the blood, and he runs from it. Resist the devil [with the blood], and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

God Can Do Anything

Because of the blood, you can have Heaven’s love. The Bible tells us, Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing (I Corinthians 13:1,2). You’re nothing in the eyes of God without divine love, and that love is only available through the divine blood. Jesus shed His blood on Calvary to wash away all your sins. Then He filled your soul with His love.

There is so much cleansing power in the blood. If people would believe in that cleansing power for their bodies as much as they do for their souls, they could be set free from anything. Jesus said, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23).

Jairus was talking with Jesus when he received the message that his daughter had died. As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue [Jairus], Be not afraid, only believe (Mark 5:36). Then Jesus woke that young girl up from death just as you would awaken someone from sleep. It was so simple. And he [Jesus] took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise. And straightway the damsel arose, and walked (Mark 5:41,42).

If you have made your case hard, you are the one who must change that. The Word says, Ah Lord GOD!...there is nothing too hard for thee (Jeremiah 32:17). You must decide that you don’t have to keep your affliction, and nowhere in the Bible does it say you do. Healing for everything comes through the blood.

Faith, Joy and Love

Because of the blood, you can have Heaven’s divine faith; but many use only human faith, and that kind of faith doesn’t stretch very far. It breaks just like an over-stretched rubber band does, but the faith of God is unbreakable. It can’t be destroyed.

The blood brings divine joy and happiness; yet you see so many Christians who are sad and depressed, and some don’t even know why. There are times when you will be sad due to a loved one passing away, a soul not accepting the Lord or other such instances; but God is right there to bring you out if you allow Him to. He said, I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow (Jeremiah 31:13).

Through the blood, you are to be a living example of the Bible. Ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart (II Corinthians 3:3). When you walk out in public, it should be the same as if two legs, two arms and a head are put on the Bible. People must see God in you.

The Bible is a book of love that says, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself (Mark 12:31). By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another (John 13:35). Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love (Romans 12:10). Does that describe you?

Divine Healing for Your Body

In the divine blood of Jesus, you will find all the promises of God; and when your whole mind and spirit are filled with that blood, you can claim every one of them. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature (II Peter 1:4).

Those promises include security and all your needs supplied. But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus [His Son] (Philippians 4:19). Those promises include healing for your body through the blood. It will destroy cancer, arthritis, deafness, blindness, paralysis and any other affliction you or a loved one may have. Crippled limbs can come to normal through the blood.

You must decide you can definitely be healed and set your time to receive. Then take your miracle with no doubt just as the woman with the issue of blood did. She said, If I may touch but his [Jesus’] clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague (Mark 5:28,29). Because of her faith, the healing power in Jesus’ blood flowed into her; and Jesus turned to her and said, Thy faith hath made thee whole (Matthew 9:22).

It’s All Through the Blood

You have to accept the redemption in the blood for your diseases and afflictions just like you accepted the blood for your salvation. It’s the same faith, the same love, the same divine blood; and it brings about the same deliverances. You just have to trust the Lord completely and have no doubt, no fear, no grudges, no clamor, no contention and nothing else unlike God.

Jesus made a cripple to walk and then told him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee (John 5:14). You must know your life is pure and clean and then patiently wait for God to move.

Some people think God gives them certain diseases or afflictions to make them humble, but that’s not true. The spirit of humility in the divine blood is what makes you humble. Fasting before the Lord makes you humble by bringing self under subjection to the blood and to all the power that is in the blood.

There is security and sufficiency in the blood for your soul and for your body, so stop letting the devil bind you. Put it all under the blood and go on to do the work of the Lord. The Word says, But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering [having do doubt]. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord (James 1:6,7).

Are you ready to accept all that is in the blood for you? Are you ready for God to move for you? Then go to page 6 of this magazine to find the prayer for salvation and the prayer of faith for a miracle. May God bless you with His best today.
