The Lord inhabits our praises; He lives in them. I preach the Word without compromise, live it without compromise and the Lord confirms it. The Lord confirmed what Jesus preached. Had He performed no miracles, His Gospel would have gone nowhere. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a Gospel of miracles, a Gospel of the miraculous. He said that these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:17,18). Where you find real believers, you see miracles, healings, signs and wonders; you see the light of the Star of Heaven come down to save a lost and dying world.

I want to weep over the subject: All Is Dark and No Star. Before Jesus came, the world was dark; there was no Star to guide people, no Star to give them light. The stars in the heavens couldn’t do it. The moon shining at night and the sun in the daytime couldn’t give the light man needed. Man had lost his way. Man outside Eden didn’t have the Star of Heaven, the light, the power, the greatness. Man was groping in the dark, for all was dark, and no Star. But things were about to change.

Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him (Matthew 2:1,2). The wise men from afar saw the Star. For two years that Star burned in the heaven for them. For two years it laid out their path, their route to the holy Child. It was a long journey, but they didn’t give up. With gifts to give to the King they traveled knowing that the Star meant there was a King. Herod asked the wise men at what time they had first seen the Star; when he heard it was two years earlier, he had all the boy babies two years old and younger killed.

Wise people who see the Star embrace it. Others glimpse the Star and call it fanaticism, thinking those who delight to follow such a Star are foolish. Sacrifices that Christians make to follow the Star the world looks on as death, but to the Star Jesus those sacrifices are life.

Countless Manifestations in the Star

Before I received the gifts of the Holy Spirit in my life, I had never seen the Star of Jesus. It was some years later that I began to see that Star, the miracle sign with its countless manifestations. Never has there been a star like it.

I see this miracle Star as the Jesus-Star that heals people. I watch the darkness of disease inside people, the cancer, the diabetes, and the other diseases. All I know is that I see these diseases as God sees them. No honor goes to me for it; I have no ego about it. It’s all from God. Then I watch the miracle Star come up through the darkness and either dissolve the darkness or move it out, leaving behind the glory of God and no sickness, no death. The miracle is just that simple.

Curing any kind of disease is no problem for God. The mail keeps coming from nation after nation testifying that people have been healed of AIDS/HIV. Medical science has no cure, but God has the cure and He taught me how to use it. People are healed and the doctors don’t know what to think about it. Again and again they say that they must have made a mistake in the diagnosis, or must have mixed up the records. They know that when a person has AIDS, he or she has no cure—but there is a cure in Jesus, thank God!

A Message Engraved on Our Hearts

The star of Jesus lit up the world. Jesus Himself said, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life (John 8:12).

Many wonderful, glorious things were written about this light. The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up (Matthew 4:16). The beautiful Star that shone in the heavens when Christ came to Earth was a glorious sight; Heaven’s light had come to Earth.

To everyone who receives Him, this Star means a King to reign on the throne of his or her soul. The Star, the Living Word who had come, gives people joy unspeakable and full of glory. What a shining Word He is to light up the lives of people! The Bible tells us that He came to light the way for the Gentiles and to be the deliverer of the Jews as well. We find it all in the Word of God. The message is glorious, wonderful, and we have it not only in print, but engraved upon our soul, upon our innermost being. Light is here; we don’t live in darkness!

This Star of Bethlehem is a Star no one could destroy. Wicked people had tried to destroy it on Calvary 2,000 years ago, but they hadn’t counted on the Resurrection. The light went out of the Star briefly when Jesus died on Calvary; there was nothing but darkness and no Star. What a dreadful hour it was to God when the light went out on Calvary! The Star died for you and me, but He died temporarily, thank God! Rising from the tomb, the Star shone brighter than ever, brighter than the noonday sun.

The Light of the Star Blinded Paul

Paul, the chief of sinners, was blinded by the brightness of that Star. A Pharisee, Paul had hated the very name of Jesus. It was on the road to Damascus, a city in which he had planned to destroy those who followed Jesus, that he met the Star. Paul said he saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me (Acts 26:13). That Star was going to reason with him. And when we were all fallen to the earth [Paul continued], I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. (Acts 26:14-18). Paul followed that Star the rest of his days on Earth.

Thank God, Jesus is our Star! He’s our Star of salvation, our Star of deliverance, our Star of help in time of need. He is our Star of supply. Never has there been a star like this Star, the most fascinating star anyone could ever see. I’ve studied the Star. Again and again, in one service I go into the vision and see the Star. In the healing line the Star will appear many times. I watch the Star move; I watch the Star, Jesus, at work.

The Shepherds Saw the Star

And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid (Luke 2:9). The glory of God shining around the shepherds was the glory from the Star. A Star from Heaven had come to Earth to give life to every man, woman and child, and the shepherds saw the light of the Star. They were close to it and they believed.

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord (Luke 2:10,11). How marvelous that was, how exciting! When they got to the stable they recognized that Star of Glory, but imagine how they felt years later when that light went out at Calvary!

Think of all the people in the dark today who have no Star. Of over six billion people on Earth, most are in darkness, in the night; many are in the dark because of their own choosing. In thinking that all they need for Heaven is to join a church, shake the preacher’s hand, and be baptized in water, they are mistaken. They must be born again. This Star only will bring the light.

Those in the night have no real life; they live in the flesh, in the powers of the enemy to satisfy fleshly desires. No matter how bright the sunshine, the darkness of the devil and his demons blots it out. The night is upon this old world.

Then Shall the End Come

There would be no light had we no Star Jesus. He came to light up the world, and He is lighting the whole world in this final hour so the world can see Heaven’s salvation one last time. The Lord said, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven (Hebrews 12:26). One more time He will shake heaven and earth, and then the end will come. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors (Matthew 24:14,33).

We are the Rapture generation. All I see are souls, souls, souls to be won, and beyond souls, Rapture ground. Our work is cut out for us and we have the Star to ever guide us. There is no reason why we should lose our way; the Star shineth, the Star of great love, the Star of God’s heart.

When God gave us Jesus, He gave us His whole heart; He gave us the light, joy and peace of Heaven. The Star brought peace for all the valleys we have to travel through. In all the dark nights, Jesus is our light.

Jesus Came to Destroy Death

It’s time to take off the garments of death. The smell of death was upon all of us when darkness was in our lives. Jesus came to take away death; the Star conquered death, hell and the grave. Those who crucified Jesus thought they were doing something wonderful; they didn’t remember or believe what the Star had said about His life: No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again (John 10:18). At the Crucifixion, the Star would lay down His life a ransom for all, but at the Resurrection He took it up again.

Even the disciples thought all was lost when Jesus died on the Cross. During that dreadful time following the Crucifixion, not believing He would rise again, they stumbled in the night.

So many do not recognize the Star. People have tried in every way to put out His light. When that Star died for you and me, for every person on planet Earth, oh, how the heart of God was grieved! When He had to turn His back on the sight, and His Son cried out, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? (Matthew 27:46), what a dark, dark hour it was on Earth! What a dark hour for the angels! How they loved that Star from Heaven! The most beautiful jewel ever had been sent from Heaven to bring eternal life to all who would accept Him into their heart and life. Never will His light be dimmed again.

Glorious Manifestations

It’s an overwhelming privilege to see the manifestations of this Star. I can see them with my eyes opened or closed. Again and again I see those glorious manifestations moving across congregations of people, see them stop over a person, and that person has a miracle. A number of people around that person may be healed as well. To see that Star move across acres and acres of people in the crusades is incredible. People are saved, healed and delivered in moments of time. I rejoice to see the action of the power of this Star called Jesus, the Star of Bethlehem!

People involved in the dark arts of the devil are curious to know what star I was born under. They say they have never seen anyone with so much power, so much discerning. They’re interested—until they hear from me. I tell them I was born under the Star of Bethlehem and I have no part in astrology or in any other darkness of the devil. That darkness has nothing to do with this holy Star of Heaven that brought salvation for all, Jew and Gentile alike, who will accept the light.

Everyone throughout the earth must see this light; it is urgent that the Gospel be preached to all nations; we are responsible to see that this light gets there. We have the Star, and we have the privilege to carry this Star with His great love message to the people.

In the crusades, I tell the crowds that I didn’t bring Ernest Angley; I brought Jesus! As I turn all the way around, I say that they’ve seen all of me, and now think of Jesus. He’s the miracle worker; He’s the one who gives salvation. In His name miracles will be performed. He must have all the honor, all the praise and all the glory, and He gets it all.

The Lily Blooms in the Valley

This Star is our great I-Am. This Star is the Rose of Sharon, the Lily of the Valley in all our valleys. You have never gone into a valley without the Lily of the Valley blooming there for you. Did you look around for Him? Did the devil keep your mind on what he was doing to you, trying to bring fear?

In my valleys I look for Him. I search till I find the Lily of the Valley. If I don’t find Him in that valley, I beat a path out of there, for that’s no valley the Lord wants me in; I change valleys in a hurry. In every valley the Lord sends you into, His grace has gone there ahead of you. I’ve never gone into one of His valleys without the grace of God being there first. I look for that grace; I depend on it. He leadeth me; He leadeth me. By His great hand and mighty power, by His great light, by the mighty Star of Bethlehem the children of God are led.

If you have any fear, get rid of it. Take the peace of God in the valleys as well as on the mountain peaks; take that wonderful peace, that wonderful joy. Why look down when you could look up and see Jesus, the Star of Bethlehem? Never go anywhere without the Star going before you; depend on Him; put your whole trust in Him.

No Real Star but Jesus

I can imagine what it meant to the wise men when they saw that star every night. Never has there been anything to compare with the sight except the pillar of fire for the Israelites when they came out of Egypt. That pillar of fire lit up the night for the people, warmed their bodies, their spirits and kept all danger away. So it is with us. We have the pillar of fire, the power of the Holy Ghost. He sees to it that we glorify the Star of Bethlehem, that we recognize Jesus Christ. The Holy Ghost serves each child of God through the Star of Jesus. He knows everything about Jesus; He is our teacher, our guide, our greatness. What a spiritual light this Star is!

People in the night call those who are famous, stars. They can’t get enough information about their lives; they envy them, think about them. However, the movie stars are not real stars; many of them have lived degraded lives. Not serving God, they’ve gone the way of the world. The Star of Bethlehem is the true Star; there is no real star here on Earth but Jesus.

People watched this Star when He was here on Earth, laying in wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him (Luke 11:54). But no guile was found in Him, no fault. Not finding anyone to testify against Him, His accusers dug up false witnesses. This Star was all Truth. When you follow this Star, you follow Truth only.

Although we live in a dark world, yet we have light. We don’t have to worry about the darkness; we don’t stumble as those who don’t know the right way; we don’t walk in fear and dread. We know our way because we follow this wonderful Star that leads straight to Glory Land. He is the healing Star, the Star of deliverance, of supply, of greatness. He is the Star of all knowledge, the Star of the future, the Star who holds the whole world in His hands. This Star gave His life that this old world could be saved if people choose to come out of the night, out of sin. But as long as people are in sin, they live in total darkness. No matter how many electric lights they use, those lights won’t light up their world. All is dark. How tragic! All is dark and no Star.

Re-created in Righteousness and Holiness

We all were born in the night, conceived in sin and iniquities. We came into the world with that old Adamic nature of sin inside. The first Adam failed the human race, sold out everything to the devil, sold us out. But the second Adam came as the Star of Heaven, the Star of perfect love, perfect light, and perfect deliverance. He came to supply in perfection everything we would need. He came with divine blood that sets the captives free. The divine blood that Jesus brought to Earth will heal any disease, any affliction, will wash away any sin. Every prayer He prayed was through divine blood, and the Father heard every prayer. Jesus said to the Father, I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me (John 11:42). The fasts of Jesus were through divine blood. His preaching was through divine blood. All the healing powers He used came through divine blood.

Nicodemus, seeking out Jesus by night, said to Him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:2,3).

Spiritually, Nicodemus was in the night, in spiritual darkness, but the light came to him when he met the Star of heavenly light. Only through a born-again experience could Nicodemus leave darkness behind and take the light of God’s plan for his life: holiness, righteousness.

This wonderful Star of light brought divine blood so we could be re-created in righteousness and true holiness. Had the Star of Heaven not come down for us, we never would have had the light, but thank God He came!

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life (John 8:12). The light shineth, the light of the world! No one can give a legitimate reason why they cannot come to the Light; no excuse is accepted in Heaven. Those who love darkness, those who have evil deeds they think are hidden are mistaken. Their deeds are not hidden from the eyes of God.

A Darkness That Can Be Felt

During a power blackout, many are badly frightened. Imagine the terror they will have when the moon turns into blood, the stars fall from heaven and the sun refuses to shine! The Bible says it will happen. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken (Matthew 24:29). For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine (Isaiah 13:10). There will be such terrible darkness upon the earth that the people gnawed their tongues for pain (Revelation 16:10).

We find that this darkness came upon the earth in Egypt; it was dark, dark and no star. And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days (Exodus 10:21,22). The Egyptians had mistreated God’s people, influenced them to worship idol gods, so God brought darkness on their kingdom. But the Israelites had light; the Star of God’s love was shining for them in the form of a pillar of fire that would go before them. God cleared out a path, and across the Red Sea they went dry-shod. The magnificent Egyptian army that had followed them was destroyed when the great Star of light moved out of the seabed and the waters closed in over them.

The enemies of God all will be destroyed in a lake of fire, the Bible declares. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever (Revelation 20:10). Remember, those who ask for darkness will have darkness, never to be offered the light again. No second chance.

Jesus, our Star of salvation, said, The rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments (Luke 16:22,23). Preachers and teachers alike have tried to take the flame out of hell, but it can’t be done. The Star declares the flame is there.

The Blessed Hope

We are not to sorrow for our loved ones who die in the Lord, for we have the blessed hope of seeing them again. But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words (I Thessalonians 4:13-18). The souls of our loved ones who have died in the Lord, Jesus will bring with Him when He comes the second time; and their bodies will come forth from the graves to be reunited with their souls. They will have a resurrected body like Christ had after the Resurrection, a body that will know no sickness, no death ever again.

Death Will Be Destroyed

The Star will destroy our last enemy: death. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death (Revelation 20:14). Death will not have dominion over our body as long as the Star is in our innermost being. We have eternal life from Heaven; our soul will live on and on forever.

Because of this Star of light, Paul said, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me (Galatians 2:20). The Star came to turn people from darkness to the light, from bondage to freedom. Do you have this light? The Star shineth—behold it!

I am ordained by Heaven to bring the Star, Jesus, to you, and He’s shining now for you wherever you are. With nail-riven hands of love and grace the Star is reaching out for you. See the Star of glory now, the Star of salvation. All may be dark where you are, but I have brought you light; now let that light shine forevermore. Don’t have darkness any longer in your home, in your life.

Are You Living in the Night?

I see people dying; all is dark. So many who are fighting the light will soon be in eternity. They will be going into the darkest night they have ever seen, and no Star to give them light, no Star to give them peace.

Why will you live in the night? Why won’t you accept the Star of Heaven? God’s heart can give you light through His Son Jesus this very hour. The Spirit crieth out through me for you to let the light shine in your soul. Don’t go into eternity without God. If you die without this Star on the inside of you, hell will be your destiny, eternal night. But if you will accept this wonderful heavenly light, all Heaven will be yours.

From Earth to Glory is just one step. The Spirit crieth, Come to Jesus! Come to Jesus! Come out of the night; leave it behind! When you leave your sins behind, you’ve left the devil of the night behind. Never forget that the devil is all darkness and no light, no life in him at all. Without the light of Heaven, there is no life for anyone. Always remember, the Star, Jesus, giveth light.

You who are unsaved can turn on the light by accepting this message and praying this prayer of salvation: Oh, God, I want the light! I’m coming out of the night into the light. I’m coming out of the night to live in the light. I confess all my sins of the night, all the darkness in the night and I’m so sorry for them. Forgive me, Lord! I confess my faith in the Star called Jesus, the salvation Star; the Star of perfect deliverance, perfect love, and Heaven’s grace. I believe that the divine blood that the Star Jesus brought washes away all my sins. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus. Come on in!

If you meant that prayer, He has come. The Star lighteth up your whole soul; the darkness had to flee, no more night, all is light. You’re pure, clean, and holy, made a new creation in Christ Jesus. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (II Corinthians 5:17).

Time for Healing

Now it’s time for healing through the Star called Jesus who came all the way from His Father’s glory to a sin-cursed, dark, dark world. Lord, I bring the message of your light of healing to the people. Those who have come into the light, no matter the death diseases in them, cancer, HIV/AIDS, or whatever, can be healed. Only believe what Jesus said when He was here on Earth. If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23). In the name of Jesus I come with His healing powers, with His divine blood: Heal! Heal! in the all-powerful blood name of Jesus!

Get well now; you who are rid of the darkness in your soul, keep it out, and keep your miracle. Jesus healed and said, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee (John 5:14). With Jesus as your sunshine at midnight, you’ll have a different life now. All these years the Star has been my sunshine at midnight; I never thought such light of love and grace could be mine. Oh, how I love the Star called Jesus! How I adore and worship the Star! He is my guiding light and He’ll be yours as you let the Star shine for you in all His marvelous glory!
